I've recently moved to Melbourne from Tasmania and am studying Occupational Therapy full time in Frankston. I'm looking for somewhere along the Frankston train line so I have easy access to uni but also to family further up the bay. I'm quiet, considerate, respectful and clean up after myself. I've lived in share housing before and always got on well with my housemates. While I like to be social and have a chat, I also enjoy my own space, particularly as I now spend most of my time studying. I like staying active and go walking/cycling to have a break from the books. I also enjoy camping, travelling and a good pub trivia night. I'm not much of a drinker but will have the occasional social drink and I'm not a party person. I'm looking for somewhere to live with quiet, considerate people in a comfortable and relaxed space. I would prefer to be somewhere where the bills were included in the weekly rent. Looking forward to hearing from you Jodi
Hey! I'm a part-time student in Paramedicine at Monash university. I've been living out of home for more than 3 years now and I'm looking to some cool cats to share with. I work as a First Aider at sports events and music festivals etc. and volunteer with the SES and the Paramedic Student Society at Monash. In my spare time I study, watch Netflix, play some video games and I'm trying to get into mountain-biking! I love having a clean house and only an industrial dishwasher gets close to me. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and find some weird satisfaction in vacuuming and mopping. As someone who has and does work weird hours I'm super respectful of people's sleep and have no problem being quiet. That being said I'm looking for some peeps who are social and don't stay in their room all day, I love a good chin wag or a communal movie sesh, especially cause Harry Potter is coming to Netflix!
Hi there, I am actually looking on behalf of a friend, but would love the opportunity to meet you and help my friend find a peaceful place.
Im Sade! I work full time at a Special needs behavioural school. I love socialising, eating out and having a wine or 2. I also enjoy my down time as my job is very demanding. I enjoy exercising in the morning before work and binge watching netflix at night. Im a very easy going person and always up for a good chat! I want to live in a clean and respectful environment with no judgement! Hope to hear from you!
I'm a graduate engineer working full time locally. I am from Melbourne but have spent more than a decade living overseas and am now moving from Brisbane to Melbourne for work. I enjoy cycling and tennis and live with severe food allergies so I am very clean.
Full-time PhD student and part time researcher at the University of Melbourne. Lives life to the full and believes in a good work-life balance. Love exercising and the outdoors. Very social so it is important for me to live somewhere inclusive with a good family type vibe, where everyone feels comfortable hanging out in communal areas together (apart from when some time alone is needed of course). Looking to rent from 21st January onwards - I will be moving from Ireland so will not be able to view before then.
Hi ,im a chilled easygoing tradesman ,no dramas housemate, like a few beers occaisionally and work long busy days. i do need parking for a ute and builders trailer so basically a double space thanks. Joel
Hi! I'm a uni student working part time. I'm looking for a place to stay in February (Feb 6 to March 3d). I'm friendly and neat, non-smoker but I'm not fussed about smoking. Hope to hear from you soon! Anna
My name is Neil and i am a 52 year old sociologist, community worker and educator. I normally work internationally but am now back in Melbourne on a short term contract (3 month) which may extend to longer. Hello! My name is Carlye and I am a busy professional working 5-6 days a week in healthcare. Outside of work I tend to be at the gym, socialising or occasionally at home playing guitar/uke or cooking and baking. I am tidy and respectful, and like to think I'm pretty balanced in terms of being friendly and social but also enjoying my own space. I am looking for another busy professional to share a nice home with, so hopefully we can have a chat and see if we might get along! I have also two small female cats. They are adorable and highly quirky and entertaining, but very well behaved and are no trouble at all. They like to be outside lazing under a tree during the day and on my bed at night. Drop me a line and let's see if we get along. **Update: I now have a 3 bedroom in townhouse in Mentone that I will be looking for a housemate to share with in about a month when I move! I have a full house worth of furniture so only your own bedroom furniture would be required
I’m a kiwi, pretty fresh, only been in Melbourne just over 18 months. I’m a photographer and love working with people in the portrait photography industry. Party days are over but definitely up for a chat over wine. Love the beach, workout most days and eat pretty healthy. I’m chill, enjoy hanging with friends or with my partner. Any other things you want to know just ask!
My name is Omara, I’m 28 years old. Been in Melbourne for around a year and a half now, studying for my Masters degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at La Trobe University, city campus. I work full time at a health food store in Bentleigh, I also teach guitar online during the weekends. I usually work long shifts and go to the gym after work. I’m easy going, I like meeting new people, happy with the occasional chat, respect everyone’s privacy and value mine. I don’t smoke, but don’t mind the occasional drink. Feel free to stalk my social media😄
Hey guys! I'm a Canadian on a working holiday in Australia during a gap year from my studies. I'm fun, outgoing & I love to have a good time. I'm looking for a room preferably between Edithvale & Bentleigh on the Frankston train line but I'm not picky :)
Hi Flatmates, Excellent references as required. Non smoker. Relaxing time after work is watching t.v , reading, swimming. Work in Early Years Education...full-time Monday -Friday Friendly disposition ,respectful, honest and reliable person. Appreciative of indiviualisim and building respectful relationships. Like to create relaxing spaces wherever I am.'' I always reset a space , leaving the space just as nice for the next person to use'' Love swimming , The gym for a good workouT. Nature lover, flowers .plants. growing organic foods . Great cook ! Fun, great sense of humour. , Looking foward to hearing from you..
I love cooking, the beach, outdoors, health, fitness, travelling, photography and social time with friends! Searching for a new home and fellow housemate with good energy, humour, respect, non-smoker, no drugs, no parties at home and no pets. Preferably a place within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to the train station is my preference. I have a car. Some form of parking would be great! I work full time 9 to 5.30pm as an Office Manager.
Looking for a flat share or team up to find our ideal place-most important to me is who I live with. I’m Jess, I’m 26 and a hairdresser who works full time Tuesday-Saturday. I love the beach, anything outdoors and adventures. I try to stay active and get to the gym but mostly to balance out my love of food and wine haha. I’m easy going, very financially responsible (I was paying my mortgage until recently and am very pedantic about having bills etc paid on time) and respectful of others space and privacy. I love being social getting out and about but also love days off on the couch and quiet nights after a crazy day at work. I wouldn’t call myself a party animal but I do like going out for a drink on the weekend, I’m not the type to bring the party back but would possibly have a friend round before going out and totally chill with your friends being round too. My main thing is I do come with a plus one haha, she is a 6 year old bunny who is an indoor rabbit super cute and cuddly and friendly. Easiest to think of her like a cat, she has a pen she sleeps in and used a litter box but is used to running around during the day. I think it would depend on how you feel about her being around and how we could confine her to just certain areas/how big the bedroom is and have to see from there. I don’t expect anyone to have to look after her but would like someone who likes animals and would be happy to give her a pat when they’re home. Oh and ideally looking to move in some time after Christmas. If you have any questions feel free to ask, look forward to hearing from you!
Im currently working as a Beauty therapist’s assistant as well as part time in events and promotions marketing but would love to study Interior design next year, and start my own business. I’m easygoing, nothing really phases me.. Im considerate, and respectful and truly do unto others as i would have them do to me. I mainly keep to myself and value my personal space.. Im looking for flatmates and if we end up great friends then thats an added bonus. I never judge and am hoping theres some like minded people waiting for a flatmate like me. In a perfect world im looking for a self contained unit, granny flat, studio or similar but given the scarcity of said bungalow... Im realistically seeking an arrangement involving max 4 flatmates in a houseshare/flatshare or similar. I love the beach and believe living near the ocean is important to me for mental, physically and spiritual wellbeing. Anywhere from Cheltenham, Parkdale all the way to Seaford would be perfect. Georgia x
Hey, my names Shaun, im 25 and have just started a mature age apprenticeship, doing mechanical plumbing. i play footy and cricket which keep me fairly busy. just looking for somewhere i can come home to and relax after a long day and even share the occasional beer. i like my alone time but am happy to socialize.
Well hey there potential roomie! I'd like to consider myself as a very considerate and respectable roomie. Always cleaning up after myself, keeping communal areas tidy for the next person, and just an all-round relaxed weird person to live with :D I'm currently finishing my last few weeks of farm work for my 88 days and looking for somewhere to call home once that is done. I own a car (currently trying to repair) and will be taking in a really sweet and playful young kitten/cat come june as her current owners fly back to Italy around that time as their visas are over and can't take her back. I'm not normally a cat lover but this little one has been a little bundle of light ever since they arrived at the hostel, and knowing they would have to put her into an animal shelter was hard to accept when I plan to spend the next few years at least in one place. I hope I can find somewhere to live who doesn't mind :)
I am a 34 yr old, very tidy and respectful woman. I love little pets, but don't have on of my own. I am looking for a large unfurnished room or two small rooms, as I have furniture (all relatively small pieces) that I want to keep. I am looking for my own bathroom but willing to share if need be. I am currently studying social sciences while working (mostly) full time hours. I love my job and am passionate about it (support worker/ art play with people with acquired brain injuries). I am happy and positive, but down to earth. Love to learn new things about people and the places they have been. Am more than happy to have a cuppa and chat at the end of the day if you want that kind of housemate! Would love a bungalow, studio bedroom or granny flat. Would also like to have the occasional gathering-party-thing at my place, but am willing to give that up for the right place!
I am 24 years old. Just completed my masters at Monash University. I am warm, friendly, calm and easy going. I just started working as a hospital social worker. I can maintain cleanliness and hopefully that can be reciprocated. I can be mindful of your and my space. I like to go to the gym, beach, trying different foods/things and enjoy being both in and outdoors. I would like someone who can enjoy a chat here and there, a good meal, or an excursion from time to time.
Easy going, respectful, clean and tidy, great sense of humour, well mannered, loves to have a laugh, Need a fresh start as I've been through a lot over the last two years and need to find a place that I can call home without any dramas.
I have a very broad range of interests (across many categories; music, movies, sports, current affairs etc). I’m easy to talk to, I actually like other people and I am not judgemental. I can bring with furniture, electronics, books; all the necessities. I am a social researcher by training and inclination.
Hi, I’m house proud, quiet.. funny sometimes or so I’m told. From the UK and been here 18 years and absolutely love it. Easy to get along with, like to chat sometimes and also like my own space at times too... like most people I guess. I am currently in the Uk on an extended visit home and am due back in Melbourne on 11th October.
Clean/tidy female, 40's, seeking a sharehouse or similar to call home. Fulltime employed, parttime musician, sparetime garden guru... I'm sociable, love to share a story and a laugh, yet enjoy my quiet time for the most part. Always mindful and respectful of others privacy, and space, I'm easy to get along with, drama-free and harmonious by nature. I don't have kids, but do have a lovely 12 y/old cat 'Buddha' who enjoys napping, occassional garden frolics and hanging out with the humans. He is a clean, quiet, well-mannered house guest.
Hi! I'm Jordy, I'm 20 years old and from Wagga Wagga NSW. I moved to Melbourne on the 30th Dec 2018, to start the new year off with a bang. I'm currently working in Marketing full time. I'm an ex motorcross racer, I write my own music, play drums piano and guitar and am an OCD clean freak. Do enjoy a night out just as kuch as I enjoy a night in with a good book. :)
