Amazing views, close to beach, shops and train stations. I have a room available in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two storey gorgeous property. The home is 5 mins from the train station, supermarket and the beach. It is very central and close to the shops. The property boasts a main bathroom with spa bath, 2 living areas, a grassy yard with an outdoor covered deck area with incredible views of Edithvale Wetlands with access to the walking trail. It has central heating, evaporative cooling, a split system, high energy rating appliances (low emissions and cost) and is well maintained. It is definitely big enough to have your own space and peace & quiet. It is located in a great friendly area and is close to gyms, a golf course, beauty bars, fast food chains for a cheeky feed, petrol stations and medical centres. The room is on the top floor, with views of the Wetlands. Actual photos in the listing. The room also has a double in built robe. One of the bedrooms is to be converted into a small home gym. *Please note photos are from the sale listing. It is now furnished differently. E.g. no kids/kids house
The room I am offering is a large bedroom with plenty of space for a queen bed, TV, bedside tables and walking space. It has a built in wardrobe and is available furnished or unfurnished. You will have what is mostly your own bathroom. It is a double sized bathroom with a big shower and bath. A large mirror that runs across the wall and plenty of vanity space. (there are 2 people currently in the home and 3 bathrooms & toilets) The house is situated in a great location in Aspendale Gardens at the end of a quiet and safe court in a friendly neighborhood. A 3 minute walk to the bus will take you directly to the Mordialloc train station. Southland is a 20 minute drive, DFO is a 10 minute drive away. There is a bike path which will take you to the Mordialloc main strip of shops and beach or if you prefer to walk it takes about 30 minutes or a 5 minute drive. The Frankston freeway is around the corner and so is the South Eastern Freeway. I am across the road from the local shops, Service Station, Dan Murphys, Good life gym and many places you can get food to eat. It's a great big house with plenty of natural light filling all the rooms. Large living areas both indoor and outdoors including bbq area under pergola. Large garden and Balcony with veiws of the street. A visitors toilet and bathroom downstairs 2 carpark driveway so no need for off street parking. Huge modern kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, 2 seperate freezers, and a big pantry A big living room upstairs just off your bedroom to chill and watch TV if you dont want to in your room. A seperate study downstairs if you want some time away from your room. Large laundry with a big washing machine.
I love watching movies on Netflix and I am also a ps4 gamer. I like to go out with friends or go shopping but also like to stay home and relax and have a chill out day. I'm easy going I am still trying to master my cooking skills. I'm a kind caring person. I am a gardener and a support carer. I am looking for someone who loves animals and doesn't mind pets inside. I have a border collie cross named Toby who is house trained and sleeps a majority of the day inside and I have a rabbit named Poppy she is currently living outside as I am living with my mum but I would ideally like her to live inside as a house bunny she is also litter trained and has a happy personality. If you consider living with me you will have to be a kind and caring patient person and be able to accept me and my pets as a package deal.
I work full time during the week and I’m at dancing or at gym most nights of the week. I’m a clean person. Love to go out to dinner with friends or go on adventures. Always down for a chat but also love my privacy and will respect yours! ☺️ Female only roommates please
Hi there! I'm Teagan. I'm a 28 year old primary teacher. I'm a mature, respectful and extremely down to earth person. I love to get out and about to see live music or a chilled social drink. I'm not party raver but would love a home where we all get along and can have gatherings with good friends. I love to be active with my dog Roary. We’re often running on the beach or going on surfing adventures. I'm looking for a house that feels like a home with people that I can have strong friendships with. If you love the outdoors as much as I do and are looking for a super chilled house mate then I'd love to meet you and check out your humble abode. Cheers, Teagan
I’m a 25 year old looking for cheaper accommodation (currently in private rental) so I can hopefully save enough to buy my own house one day. I am looking for a place around Melbourne or Frankston areas to share with like minded housemates. I’m easy going, can be sociable but like to spend a lot of my time at home either learning something new, playing video games or reading. Totally supportive of LGBTQ+ beings. I couldn’t care less what anyone does as long as it isn’t harming anyone else. I’ve lived out of home since I was 16 so I’m very capable when it comes to household duties and always clean up after myself. Please feel free to message me ⬇️ ✌️ 📱📸 IG: hktpq
Hey! I’m Jess, currently searching for a lovely green place to live, as close to the ocean as possible! I’m an employment consultant for a not for profit, and I’m also studying to be a counsellor and yoga teacher. I’d love to be able to share a place with someone whose into the wellness realm, so we can go on cute activities together! Please shoot me a message, and I’d love to catch up for a coffee.
My girlfriend and I are looking for a place to create our own little bubble. We’re happy, sociable and always up for a glass of vino. Me (Callum), 26 from England currently in QLD completing my regional work. I will be returning to Melbourne early June. Georgia is a 21 year old Melbourne gal, works part time at a medical practice and studies psychology at Monash.
Hi, My names is Aaron, I work Full time, Monday - Friday. Im clean, quiet and respectful of other privacy any things. I do like to chill at home watching TV on weeknights but catch up with friends on the weekend. I enjoy my own personal space but also dont mind having a chat.
I have a very broad range of interests (across many categories; music, movies, sports, current affairs etc). I’m easy to talk to, I actually like other people and I am not judgemental. I can bring with furniture, electronics, books; all the necessities. I am a social researcher by training and inclination.
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Tasmania and am studying Occupational Therapy full time in Frankston. I'm specifically looking for somewhere along the Frankston train line (5-10 mins walk or bike) so I have easy access to uni and can occasionally ride home but also to family further up the bay. I'm quiet, considerate, respectful and clean up after myself. I've lived in share housing before and always got on well with my housemates. While I like to be social and have a chat, I also enjoy my own space, particularly as I now spend most of my time studying. I will tend to go home for my uni breaks (10 weeks on then 2 weeks off) so there will be a fair amount of time that I won't be around. I like staying active and go walking/cycling to have a break from the books. I also enjoy camping, travelling and a good pub trivia night. I'm not much of a drinker but will have the occasional social drink and I'm not a party person. I'm looking for somewhere to live with quiet, considerate people in a comfortable and relaxed space. I would prefer to be somewhere where the bills were included in the weekly rent. Looking forward to hearing from you Jodi
Im currently working as a Beauty therapist’s assistant as well as part time in events and promotions marketing but would love to study Interior design next year, and start my own business. I’m easygoing, nothing really phases me.. Im considerate, and respectful and truly do unto others as i would have them do to me. I mainly keep to myself and value my personal space.. Im looking for flatmates and if we end up great friends then thats an added bonus. I never judge and am hoping theres some like minded people waiting for a flatmate like me. In a perfect world im looking for a self contained unit, granny flat, studio or similar but given the scarcity of said bungalow... Im realistically seeking an arrangement involving max 4 flatmates in a houseshare/flatshare or similar. I love the beach and believe living near the ocean is important to me for mental, physically and spiritual wellbeing. Anywhere from Cheltenham, Parkdale all the way to Seaford would be perfect.
