Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
Hi! I'm a nanny looking to find a guy/girl with similar interests to find a house to live in, along with my two beautiful Staffies and my extremely friendly cat! I'm originally from a small town up on the mid north coast but have lived in Sydney for about 5 years now :) I love music (mostly edm but everything really), and am very down to earth. I work long days and love to go out & be social when I'm not at home spending time with my pets. I'm flexible with the moving date! And would like some one aged 24-30 preferably.
Hi everyone, Sutherland is a great suburb to live in and this apartment is everything you could ask for. Top floor, plenty of light, high ceilings and close to everything at the end of Eton Street. I moved into this apartment when it was first built, and since then have been making improvements – floorboards, furniture, bathroom – which will all benefit the person who moves in. As you would expect, the apartment itself is fully furnished. Lounge, TV, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, split system aircon, outdoor area with furniture and so on. The bathroom has recently had a minor reno with a new vanity with heaps of storage and a new LED mirror. There is only 4 apartments on the floor with one common wall with the nearest neighbour. There is security access to building with lift access to the apartment. The apartment is easy access to everything - that means walking distance to the hub of Sutherland – Trains, Buses, Coles, IGA, White Horse Coffee, Aus Post, Banks, Cafes, Sutherland Leisure Centre What you care about – the room! The room is a medium sized bedroom (that will fit a queen bed size bed) with brand new floorboards and a built-in wardrobe. The room is unfurnished and without a bed apart from a desk, shelving and a rug (which can stay in the room or can be removed). There is access to a second small balcony off this room which has a small clothes line. Rent and bond Single person: $290 per week, excluding bills Bills: All bills shared equally (Gas, Electricity, Water and Unlimited Broadband Internet around $110-$130p/month) Bond: 1 months rent About me: I’m Laura, I’m 29 work in a marketing role and have a spare room that is going to waste. I am a lazy cook and a terrible plant grower but I enjoy all the good stuff – food, wine, family, sleep ☺ The house would ideally suit someone who is easy going, happy to do their bit and keep the place tidy, pays their bills on time and doesn’t want to have wild parties. They also need to like cats as there is a permanent resident here who will like to sit on your window and sleep on your bed (the cat not me). If you think this is you, lets have a chat.

Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need somewhere quiet during the day as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by. One major reason I need to move is I have neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking so I need somewhere that doesn't have this problem. Nature/gardens/greenery would be great. For housemates, generation Y would be good I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider places out of Sydney such as Central Coast and rural areas. Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus.
Quiet easy going professional who is clean and doesn't mind cooking every now and then. I currently work 9-5 and don't mind getting away for the weekends. I'm looking for a like minded person who I can share a conversation with and maybe a laugh.
Hi my names Bec. I am looking for somewhere to move in with young like minded people. I am very social and love a good chat but I also do enjoy having my Own space. I consider myself easy to get along with/ live with.
Non Smoker, Non Drinker, gave both up, years ago. Don't care if you drink socially, or smoke, it wont faze me, so don't feel guilty. I will have a drink with you, but prefer to sip a 7-up or a Solo. Not interested in alcoholics or drug dealers or users, am also not interested in coming home to someone absolutely stewed or fried. If your life revolves around a bottle, then please give me a miss. I come Police checked, because of my job, I work in Customs Bonded Freight (excise and bond) and the Maritime Industry. Sold my house and invested in large scale property development in the Hunter Valley, I along with 2 others own 1200 acres, including a winery. I wont prosper from it, but my grandkids will. Not married, never have been, all my kids (3) are grown up and live overseas. No ex-girlfriends or extra baggage. I'm a clean happy camper, of the non-religious type. Looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful. I do photography and video work as a hobby, as well as infrared photography.
Hi I'm annalice, I'm a friendly, easygoing arts-worker, an excellent cook, a woman of faith, a coffee devotee and Aunty to 6 adorable neices and nephews. Have always been based in Sydney but love a good overseas trip. Reasonably tidy and organised, generous, kind and responsible. Grew up with 4 sisters so good at getting along with all different personalities and sharing. Mix of introvert/extrovert personality. I organise fun and creative family programs and events for a museum in the CBD and enjoy my job heaps so I spend a reasonable amount of time there, sometimes weekend days or evenings for events and have odd days off during the week. I'm also a committed christian so I spend some of my time in related volunteering activities. I love organising events, starting creative projects, shopping, hanging with friends, taking dance classes, drinking coffee, baking, writing, crafting and spending time with my family for fun. My weekends are usually an equal balance between time spent socialising and housekeeping, am out a lot during the week so enjoy spending a day at home when there's a chance.
Easy going 22 year old. Have been living in share houses for over 5 years now, but looking for somewhere that feels like home. Friendly, social and always up for a chat- but at the same time considerate of other housemates.
Hi, I am almost 22 year old female. I moved to Sydney a year and bit ago from the country. I work full time for an optometry company and study interior design in my spare time. I am looking for someone to share a place with hopefully in the shire. I have various household appliances and furniture if it would be needed. Currently in a share house and just looking for someone for will be my room mate but also a friend to have a wine or two and a chat 😊 Have rented through agency multiple times with a good tenant history and reference.
Hi guys I'm Alex from Germany and I'm seeking for a clean and tidy room in the south of Sydney. I'm working full-time which means under the week you won't see me that much but at the weekend I'm always up to do something and hope to find some new friends! To myself I am easy going and really respectful person when it goes about living in a community. I want to stay at least for the next 6 months and if I'll like might be longer. Hopefully I can find something soon. Best regrets and see u later!
