I've recently hired a cleaner to keep the apartment a pristine living space. The apartment is fully furnished and has a spare bed available with a brand new mattress. Must be ok with pets - I have a very friendly chihuahua and a cat (hence the townhouse- small backyard would be preferred). Dog is house trained, cat is litter trained. I clean up after myself. Hi, I am going through the process of renting a unit in Sutherland, and will be looking for a flatmate. The final cost is not yet confirmed, but it will be around $230 - $280 pw which will include internet however water and electricity will be on top of this. I hope to find a place by the end of January/early February.
A bright garden apartment has a lovely balcony and is only a 5 minute walk to train station. A sunny living room, clean / functioning kitchen and clean bathroom are light and private. The room has it's own toilet. On street parking is OK and available. It's a really easy place to live.
Hi! I'm a 21 year old student who is currently completing her law degree and working as a paralegal. I am a very easy going but sociable person! I enjoy a drink with friends but I definitely also appreciate down time. Happy to contribute to cleaning etc. I would prefer to live with other friendly students or young workers. I'm flexible on suburbs/move in dates/duration! I study in Wollongong but work in Sydney so anything close to a major public transport junction would work well for me.
