Hi, I am relocating from Sydney to Wollongong in May, and I am looking for a quiet place that will have no parties/ non smokers/ no pets (dogs) inside the property (however I would not mind if they will be outside in a garden or somewhere separate, and the parties will be occasionally and not every weekend). I have been living in the current shared house for two years and had no issues. I can provide references if required. I am a clean tidy person and expecting the same from other housemates who will respect the sharing environment. My budget is up to $250 depending on the location, number of tenants, cleanliness of the property, bills included or not, etc. We can discuss any details in person after inspection. It would be nice if the other housemates are early birds as me and use the night for sleep, and may be interested in surfing, doing exercises, bushwalking, driving adventures, etc., however, it is not a big deal if they prefer to spend some time by themselves too.
