Hi my name is Ashley, I am 22 yrs old and I am looking for a place that will take me and my animals or people willing to move in with me and my animals. I work at Pacific Fair and so would like a place that wouldn't take me to long to get to work. I work usually 4-6 days a week at different times of the day so I will be home at random times of the day, my roster changes weekly. I have 2 dogs both female, and 7 birds (but can maybe leave the birds at my mums place but would prefer to take them with me). My first dog one is an 8yr old Shih tzu cross Pomeranian and the second one is a 19 week old border collie. Both dogs are people friendly and the Shih Tzu cross sleeps under my bed most of the day and will only come out for food, drives, walks or when she hears me get home. Both dogs are toilet trained and sleep inside, they also have plenty of toys to chew so they don't chew furniture. Border collie is just a ball of energy because she is still young but will happily go for walk or runs with you. My birds are in cages outside so when preferably like a place with an undercover outside area, they only come out when I am home and let them out to stretch their wings or when I am cleaning their cages. Would like housemates that don't smoke not that I have anything against smokers but I get quite sick and have trouble breathing if I am around smokers to long and regularly, don't mind gender of housemates. I am a clean person, love meeting new people and enjoy sitting around having a drink or two occasionally around dinner (not a party person) I also like having my own space which is just me hanging out in my bedroom when I feel like being alone.

I refuse to work after midnight (grey hair thing), and am very happy to watch others having a good time & help keep them safe & healthy. I love fishing (lures, hate bait smell on my hands & gear), surfing, sunrise/set, clean air (don't care if you smoke when I'm upwind), long distance views from hills near the ocean, considerate people that know how to fit in & get along, good ventilation at home. HATE: dirty air from anything including: AEROSOLS (droplets of chemicals that aren't fit for humans invading everything. TELL me if you have an aerosol free home, or not), exhaust fumes (will not live on a main road), smelly animals (would prefer pet free home or at least one with pets that are groomed & clean), bad smells from anything, loud/boisterous in your face personalities that are talk-a-holics, synthetic & other hard recreational drugs. Typically I'm a quiet, reserved, gentle person that always has something to do. Note: If you are asking for a bond, the Residential Tenancies Authority (https://www.rta.qld.gov.au/) is the safest place for it because: 1] Anything can happen to you, and if it does it'll be difficult to recover the bond. 2] Not everybody is honest. Sometimes scammers keep new comers off the lease, hold the new comer's bond ... good luck getting it back. I would prefer to be dealing directly with the Rental Agent & become part of the lease _IF_ you are not the owner of the property. I have no probs with the property owner managing a bond. I'm retired but still make the odd sculpture. I definitely enjoy interesting conversations on a wide variety of topics. I'm a free energy researcher and have an invention I was selling in China... long story... I play around with Bitcoin trading and crypto-currencies as I feel these are about to take over as global currencies... I have travelled a great deal in my life and still get away at least once a year. I'm looking at importing and exporting. I do enjoy a red wine with dinner but do NOT drink to excess and don't want to live in a home where there is a lot of drinking. I have a nice car so need off street parking in the least, but prefer a garage. I have a lot of tools as I do still make sculptures (wind sculptures) so a shed/workshop would be good, but I can do without this as I can rent a shed if needed... I'm definitely an interesting bloke with a dry sense of humour and enjoy a good laugh... I don't take life too seriously, it's too short and too good to stress over the little things. I'm tidy and clean up after me and would like any I share with to do the same... I prefer to share with people who have some life experience, not young and careless... The reason I like living in this home nestled within the rainforest , its quite , peaceful but close to everything the coast has to offer. The beach , Burleigh Heads 13 mins drive , Robina town Center 6 mins drive. With mudgeerabar even closer if you can't be bothered to facing Robina for those bits of shopping.. we have a great little coffee shop in Bonogin itself. Here at home we have heaps of living space inside and out with a pool to chill by. To make this work you will need your own car. We have a cleaner that comes once a week also the pool cleaner monthly.. Foxtel included-if you want your own box in the room there will be an additional fee for the difference. A/C we also have, Also log burner for the few cold weeks we do get here. The Internet I run through a pocket wifi which works for me.. The reception does depend on your phone carrier. If you do Smoke , outside please. The cleaner , and pool bills that come we spilt 50% me and the rest spilt evenly between you and other flat mates. Look forward to seeing you.

The house is situated on a acreage property on the mountain to the north of the Currumbin Valley rock pools. The surroundings are park like and in complete harmony with nature. It is peaceful and tranquil environment. The views are toward the Tomawin Ranges to the south. Relative to the beach is 12km and the nearest shopping centre is the IGA in Currumbin Waters or the Pines in Elanora, around the 10km. Murwillumbah is only 18km away which is a quick way to go if you are venturing south. The outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, spa and BBQ area. The area for rent is downstairs from my bedroom, with totally separate bedroom, lounge, toilet and shower, so total privacy is not an issue. For mobile reception, you need Telstra, because their signal is the strongest. I do have ADSL2 cable connection with 100GB per month which I am prepared to share pending on usage. I am a clean and tidy person who is very considerate of always leaving the kitchen neat and tidy.
