Bush block (3/4 Acre) in a quiet neighborhood. State Forest at end of the road. Sounds of Puffing Billy and birds. Large house with separate living spaces. Open plan fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace and gas heater. Old rattler air-con. Fully furnished living areas.
I’m a 35 year old professional woman that is easy going and easy to live with. While I’m a social girl, I’m a non drinker and am not looking for a party house. I work pretty hard as a restaurant manager so my shift patterns vary. I have friends and family in the area and spend a lot of time with them. I love the outdoors and love pets so am flexible with furry flatmates. I’m clean and tidy and enjoy my own company. I have references available if you would like. I love travelling and try to get away as often as my schedule allows...wish it was more flexible but that’s life! If I sound like someone you could share with please feel free to get in touch. I’m flexible with move dates as I’m living with family.
ATTN: LANDLORDS/ AGENTS PLEASE NOTE I AM LOOKING FOR EITHER A 2 BEDROOM UNIT/HOUSE TO RENT FOR MYSELF AND MY SON IN OR NEAR MONBULK OR TO TEAMUP IN A 3-4 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH ANOTHER PERSON WHO WILL GO ON THE LEASE WITH ME. I AM NOT LOOKING TO SUBLET. Hi I am a single mum, with an 8 year old son. We are looking to share a fabulous large house with an empathic, easy going, intelligent, tolerant, mature and stable person, or single parent and child. I’d prefer to stay reasonably close to Monbulk for my son. WE HAVE ALREADY VACATED AND HAVE TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION ONLY UNTIL MID NOVEMBER. After living alone for several years, I was very dubious about whether my son and I could adjust to sharing with others. However, after the past 7 weeks sharing a house, (with shared living room and bathroom), after the initial adjustment, it has been great. I have even started to enjoy doing housework a bit more. Being accountable for a shared space is a good motivator. And I think my son has benefited from the interaction with another adult. Sadly, this place is being demolished on 19th November, and my housemate is moving to the Peninsular to be close to his daughter. My son has special needs, (nothing too serious) and requires a stable, calming enviornment. I'm happy to share more about that privately with the right people. He is very outgoing, and friendly, loves interacting with adults and younger children. He loves Beyblades, gemstones, singing and dancing and being a ninja. He watches T.V. but is not allowed Xbox, video games, iPads etc. We'd love to live somewhere with enough space for a trampoline, either outside or a small indoor one. I’m looking for a large place with a good layout e.g. 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, and good storage space that is easy to keep tidy. Would also like some outdoor space. And a small outdoor storage shed, or space to erect a small shed. I respect other people's privacy, but I am sociable and a good conversationalist. I spend a lot of time reading, researching, listening to the radio and podcasts. I have a background in Sociology and gender studies, personal care and student rights work. I am interested in many things especially culture, society, philosophy, psychology and even pointless trivia. I am fair-minded and considerate of others. I am interested in other people, without being intrusive. I accept people from all walks of life, all ages. With the exception of racist, misogynist, homophobic or people with very right-wing views. I'm currently on a pension with carer's allowance, and studying part-time, and doing some casual work. I am financially stable and always pay rent and bills in advance. I like things to be be agreed in advance, fair and reasonable. I have an impeccable rental history, long tenancies, and always pay my rent in advance. I have no debts, and am not fond of overt consumerism. I vape nicotine, and currently am smoking tobacco occasionally. I recently had a lapse back onto the tobacco. But am working my way back to just vaping again. I'm fine with cigarette smokers , but only outside, and away from my son, and someone who disposes of butts properly, keeps cigarettes, ashtrays etc out of reach please. I don't drink or take drugs. I’d prefer to share with same, but I'm tolerant of occasional drinkers, but no drugs please. I'm not a green thumb or very handy person. So would like a low maintenance property and/ or gardener included. Even better, I’d be open to share costs to hire a gardener and/or cleaner on a monthly basis. Also happy to negotiate fair rent in return for home help. Looking for someone who works part-time or full-time. Or another single parent with a child. Honesty and clear communication is a must. Also someone who understands children and what behaviour, content etc is appropriate/not appropriate for an 8 yo child is important. My son would love a pet. I'm not ready to get one yet. But he would love to interact with and help care for your pets, if you have any. Hope to hear from you soon!

I'm a 26 year old Male looking for somewhere to call home for the next 6 months. I'm a seasonal firefighter who has just returned home for Canada to begin work on Mt Dandenong in late November. I'm a clean, easy going guy who enjoys a bit of banter and keeping fit. I'm looking for some easy going housemates that love life as much as me. Insta: mitchjbrown
I could not pin down exactly why I'm good to live with yet I will say that every person I've ever lived with have all become friends and remained so long after the sharing of a home. - Brenden
I'm a 26 year old french man coming to Australia on the 29th of november. I'll get a job almost as soon as I land in Melbourne and i'm looking for a place to stay, at least for some weeks, if everything is fine, for some months. I'm a quiet guy, always ready to help. I'd say I'm fluent in English, native French, and I can understand German. I'm really sportive but I also love to spend some time on my computer. Interested in everything, I love to discover new things. I got no Australian phone number right now, but i'll get one as soon as possible when I'll be there. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am easy to live with. I am quiet, I clean up after myself and enjoy both my own space and a bit of company at times. Not really much of a party animal. My hobbies include computer games, movies, reading and gardening.
I am a friendly, respectful and considerate person, who has had many share house experiences, I take pride in my environment, happy and willing to contribute to the upkeep of the household. I'm very easy going & I welcome upfront communication to avoid unnecessary disharmony. I have a 3 year old, male, desexed & well natured indoor cat who will be coming along with me. I appreciate personal space and enjoy my own time and respect that of others - as well as I am open to getting to know new people, having a chat and sharing interests. I am part time working in customer service. In my own time, I enjoy music, singing and dancing, anything in the great outdoors, spontaneous and new adventures & love a good movie, comedy, action, an eclectic range of different interests. I don't smoke inside, bad enough habit as it is. I am environmentally & energy conscious so as much as humanly possible, I don't abuse life's privileges.
Hi, I’m Steve. Middle age, single gentlemen with full time government employment. I am looking for a house ideally with a furnished room (but still open to no furniture). I would like to live in a house with a person around my age or mature minded, someone who is happy to have a chat and occasionally share a meal – I’m not too bad of a cook! I would like to have my own bathroom, but again, can compromise. I don’t have any pets, but don’t mind if you do. I am looking to pay no more than $200 a week inclusive of all bills. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I’m extremely friendly but am more then happy to keep too myself if you prefer a quiet household. I’m tidy and love too cook. I’m in the process of being enrolled too TAFE starting in January 2019. I’m looking for a room to rent.

Only 5 minutes from Berwick and Beaconsfield, this large home is set back 100m from the street in beautiful Beaconsfield Upper. Two large air conditioned living areas in a tranquil rural setting on 5 acres with in- ground pool. Ample secure off street parking. Energy bills covered & also cost of Wifi (up to reasonable limits) and Netflix. Please note that the property has rural fencing and thus is unsuitable for further pets of any kind .. existing cat is not tolerant of other animals...
I am from Sydney. However, 2018 has been the year that I have called Melbourne home. As a housemate you can expect someone who is tidy, has the kitchen smelling fragrant with a variety of different foods. Also I am pretty quiet and usually don't go to bed very late. I have done some travelling outside Australia and it has really made me appreciate what incredible nature we have here, and just a short drive from the city! Therefore, while I am in Melbourne, I want to explore as much of the surrounds as possible and get to know Victoria. I am already in love with the Dandenong Ranges and I know there are many other places close to Melbourne that I want to explore. For me, it's important to have a connection with my future housemates so that we can work on creating a harmonious living space. This also ties in to how long I want to stay in my new location. It can all be worked out on a case by case basis, but for now, I am prepared to give a 6 month commitment. Get in touch, because we won't know how it may work out until we meet. Thanks :)
I'm an extremely approachable and tidy person. I have two 7 month old cats who are inside cats, however, I'm open to buying them an outdoor enclosure for when I am at work. I work at Mcdonald's full-time, I'd usually be working 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri. I graduated high school last year and moved to Victoria, I am not currently studying but I am looking to do something online in the future.
