Hi there! I'm Bronnie. I'm a 36 yo hairdresser working full time in Ballarat. I'm really easy going, clean and friendly. I'm not a partier though do like the occasional wine or two. I'm happy in my own company but also like to hang out, have a meal etc
Hey! My name is danni, I’m very tidy and independent, I love to clean when I wake up on a Saturday. I’m bubbly and light hearted, open to talk and hang out or keep to myself. I would prefer to live close to town or at least close to public transport as I don’t drive as of yet, and rely on a certain bus to get to and from work. I love pets so if you have them I’d happily give them my love. I do have some furniture but would love if there was a built-in wardrobe but not a necessity. I don’t throw parties or have a million and one friends over all the time, I’m not a very loud person and I cook and buy all my own groceries :) I don’t own any pets but I would ideally like to move in to somewhere that allows them as I’m hoping to try and adopt a dog when I have the ability to.
Hey there, My name is Callum. I'm an easy going relaxed roomie who likes to live with friendly people. I enjoy binging a good Netflix show but also love to get out and explore national parks and markets nearby. I'm a tidy housemate who likes to keep common spaces open and welcome. I'm originally from NSW and I work full-time (typically 9-5) with the department of environment. When I'm not working I will be relaxing weeknights and exploring all Victoria has to offer on the weekend. I come with a collection of houseplants.
Our house is situated in a very quiet street which is central to Ballarat and within walking distance of many pubs and shopping outlets. The house has a very large backyard which backs onto the Yarrowee River which has walking tracks just metres from our door. There is plenty of on-street parking out the front and a large deck off the side of the house which will be perfect for a BBQ in summer. The bedrooms in this place are very large, however there are no robes. The toilet is seperate to a very large bathroom which comprises of a seperate shower and clawfoot tub. The house will be fully furnished besides from the bedrooms. Bills are not included in the rent, however with being uni students we like to be energy efficient to reduce the costs of these.
Lovely quiet location, close to walking track and walk to train station and shops. Apart from bedroom offered, it is a fully furnished house to share, with one other person. Great sized, neat and tidy house and garden, with gas appliances throughout. NBN available.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move places, closer to the main street where I have my business. So I am looking to have someone move in onto the lease. Have been living here for just over 2 years now. Current lease is finished, so it's just month by month, or you can sign a new lease agreement. Large master bedroom with en-suite is available, bathroom is a double vanity with large mirror and spa bath. Walk in wardrobe with mirror too. Would suit a couple. Lenient with the bond, I would like to store some things in the garage until I find space to move them. Bond would be 4 weeks rent in cash ($520) and I will sign over the full bond under the new tenants name ($1400). There are a few small things that need to be fixed in the house, but no where near the amount held in bond, only signing across to save the hassle of completely cleaning the house and having other tenants (sub-letting with approval from real estate) move out. Utilities are under my name, so will assist in moving those across and paying what's due so far (1 month into new quarter). Looking to have someone move in asap, there is a spare room to use while we transition and move out of the main bedroom. Weekly rent is $350. With the two others paying $120 each (including bills) and I cover the rest. So you can either keep the same or we can work something else out.
Unique fully furnished 4-bed Victorian house in Soldiers Hill/CBD location. Very homely and spacious house-share for 2 or max 3 tenants. High ceilings, natural light (northern aspect), big established veggie garden with fruit trees, quiet and private. 4 weeks bond lodged with RTBA. NBN internet included. $200 per week bills included (or $175 per week + bills) Our house is located a minute walk from a railway station, buses and the city centre, with space for hobbies, morning yoga or exercising, shed for extra storage. Would especially suit someone who likes the space, inner city living, gardening, walking to work. Safe neighbourhood. Parking: driveway or on-street free parking Room furnishing flexible Central Heating + Gas Cooking NBN Internet Large Established Veggie Garden + Entertaining Area Washing machine Shed possible for use as a studio
My interests involve going for walks, listening to music, reading/watching movies, aromatherapy and yoga. Searching for full-time work at the moment in the Ballarat area. I prefer to live with people who are like minded and easy going. I'm an empathetic person and good listener...I like cleaning with the music turned up and being in a tidy living space makes me feel great. Still working on my cooking skills but can make a great cup of tea! :)
Hello there, I'm an outgoing lively person. looking to move out with someone or two. I am working part-time, studying, enjoy cooking, like camping, play games, want to make videos for fun, like photography and other stuff. (my move date is just there to fill the criteria)
Hi There! Towards the end of October I’ll be looking for a new house share! My nature is to be tidy and clean in the home I live in. Getting along with housemates is important to me, to be friends and be able to chat is great! But of course to be able to have our own space is important. My hobby outside of working 2 casual jobs is running and fitness. Training for a marathon, my spare time is used out on a run or at the gym! On weekends you’ll find me out at a local running race, working or catching up with friends. Working so much and with training goals, partying or staying out late is not my thing. Hopefully, the people I live with will be in the same situation & respect those good 8 hours of sleep :) I'm also studying online (although taking a break currently until the end of the year) which means I need a good wifi connection. I've never had a problem paying bills on time, and am happy to set up automatic transfers. I have lived in 5 different share houses in Ballarat over the past 4-5 years. Moving on due to lease ending/people going their separate ways. I have lived with both males and females. I’m looking for a house share for anywhere between 3-12 months. If you think we make a great match for housemates, please send me a message!
I'm quiet, clean and considerate as a person and housemate, I am an introvert and like to stay to myself and always clean up after doing the cooking, laundry etc so I'm not noticed around the house much. I am self employed managing my own investment income and reliable with payments. My approach is to be sensible and collaborative with housemates and landlords so a positive can be achieved for all. Most of my hobbies are online such as sports forums, youtube, chats with friends, anything momo from twice and I enjoy doing the weekly shopping and cooking for myself and keeping organised.
I am neat, tidy, considerate. I am studying Business at Federation Mt Helen campus. My family live in Bendigo, I have a part-time job at Crust Gourmet Pizzas, I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy football, soccer, playing computer games and going to the movies. I enjoy my own company and am focused on my studies which are my first priority. However, I am socialable but not a 'party animal', so do not want to live in a situation which is noisy and disruptive. I am looking to live in a house which is respectful to all living there.
Need to move closer into Ballarat for more work opportunities , I am a neat and tidy person , very easy going ,enjoy going fishing , gardening ,cooking ,and walking my dogs , am an electrician by trade .
I am a radiographer that moved to Ballarat at the start of the year and seeing as my lease is ending soon I thought I might give Flatmates a go.. I would describe myself to be friendly and easy going. I am always happy for a chat and few drinks but also understand and respect the importance of personal space. I am also neat, organised and have reasonable standards. In my spare time, I'll play basketball and eat food...I love food with a passion. On a side note, I am also a strong believer of nap times so feel free to ask me about the importance of naps. I look forward to being roommates with you!
Hi I'm Mellissa, I'm 44 and relocating to Ballarat from the Lockyer Valley in Qld. I have worked in the travel industry for many years and hope to find a similar position when I move. I enjoy travelling, socialising, cross stitching and reading a good book. I'm neat, tidy and respectful of others.. Looking for a like minded housemate.
