Hi, I'm a 24-year-old who grew up near Hamilton. I am neat, tidy, and good with animals. When I have time to myself I'm usually reading books, watching movies, playing video games, or going on long walks around Lake Wendouree or along the Yarrowee. I am active in Ballarat's volunteer community, assisting both the Salvos Store in Sebastopol and Voice FM in Ballarat. I am not currently a student, but I have applied to study Education Support at Federation University in 2019. My casual job doesn't provide as many hours as I would like, so I am also looking for a new job. It says January 8th for my move date, but that's the date I need to move by.
I am looking to move back to Ballarat due to University and starting part time work. I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as playing netball on the weekends. I'm easy going and happy to be social but also like my own time too. Looking for a property close to the centre of Ballarat due to having to commute to University.
I am a student, first year at Fed. I work on weekends normally. I'm looking for maybe 3-12 months, just depends on my circumstances over the next few weeks. I'm really nice and am happy to interact with those around me. I am 19 but I am also very independent and very mature and I am happy to assist with cooking meals if you work late since my uni classes are generally at an appropriate time. I would love to have an opportunity to live in a flatshare and I am good with doing cleaning jobs around the house and I'm really caring.
Both bright and bubbly girls looking for somewhere to call home! We are always up for a chat but also love our down time! Working part time and studying, in our spare time we love to find the best coffee in Ballarat, or chill out by the lake!
I’m outgoing, love to socialise and get to know people! Work part time at McDonald’s, as well as a winery, I also occasionally babysit children. I have my licence and a car, am a very neat and tidy person, play a variety of musical instruments, so I could attempt to entertain you 😂 saxophone being my main though! Love to exercise and keep fit and healthy, love to cook up a storm, as well as bake sweets like brownies! Totally into smoothies too, I’ll be studdying the double degree of nursing and paramedicine at ACU (I’ll be 19) which I cannot wait to begin! I also play netball, hopefully somewhere in Ballarat next year too!
Previous flatmates would say I am a very easy going person who is fun to live with. I enjoy the beach and exercise but also enjoy spending a rainy week reading a good book. I am in Ballarat only temporarily until late 2019 for work, but I hope to have some good experiences whilst there.
Hi there, A little about me, I will be continuing with my study next year and working part time. I have just newly moved to Ballarat with my senior dog who I love dearly and would only consider a shared space with other dog lovers that would accept her as one of the crew. She's always been an indoor pooch free to move around as she pleases and is always warm and comfortable. She is well mannered and friendly and gets on well with other well mannered dogs, chooks, horses, cats etc. A fenced yard would of course be a must but wouldn't have to very high as she is no escape an artist. I do have two vehicles one being my work van that if possible would be great if parked off of the road but not essential at this stage. I am quiet and health conscious, a non smoker and serious about my studies. So I'm not looking for a party house, but a space that is relaxed and respectful. I do like a great meal out and a cold beer at a local pub. Mountain biking, walking and adventuring with my K9 mate are a couple of things I like to do.
I am studying physio at Uni in Ballarat. I am a quiet, easy going guy who works hard but do like to go out on occasion. I like to watch netflix with friends and I get along with everybody. I come from country Victoria and travel home on occasion.
I’m an easy going person who will most likely be working or studying. Respectful of other people’s space privacy and wants! I’m social but also like my alone time, possibly looking to get a pet later on but that’s not on the cards for a bit yet 😊
I live and work in Melbourne so I am just looking for a place I can stay whilst I am in Ballarat for Uni (BN/BP at ACU). I will be a second year next with large amounts of placements so there may be periods where you barely see me and others where you see me all the time. I am very social but also like to keep to myself and like my down time. I've lived with a few different places with different people so I know how to live with different types of people, I am very independent but also love to be around friends having a laugh. I'm super friendly and love animals as I have three family pets (none of which I will be seeking accommodation with).
Me and my partner are very respectable, easy going and tidy tenants. Very social and are happy to get along making friends in shared accommodation. We clean up after ourselves and are both responsible adults who do the right thing and follow the rules.
My house is a recently renovated miner's cottage in walking distance to Bakery Hill shops, Bridge Mall, Bus Stop and Train Station. Central heating will keep you cosy in the cooler months. In a quiet street just off Victoria Street and close to the Melbourne exit. Large room, lovely neighbours. Evening meals are negotiable for a bit extra on top of the rent. What you will really appreciate is the location, as it is only 1.5 kms from the CBD. It is well within walking distance to Bridge Mall, and the historic Sturt St precinct, bustling with cafes, restaurants, galleries and shopping.
Unique fully furnished Victorian house in Soldiers Hill/CBD location. Very homely and arty house-share. You'll be sharing the house with 2 f/t professionals. Would especially suit someone who likes the space, inner city living, gardening, walking to work and not owning a car. I am a 30yo professional female who works in the hospitality industry. I am looking for somewhere to stay 4-5 nights per week as I will return home during my days off. I am a person who likes to interact with others, however I do like to keep to myself sometimes as well. I am very respectful of others space & like to keep a clean home. I am passionate about cooking & helping others.
I am a nursing student currently studying in Ballarat looking for a house to share with someone liked minded. I enjoy music, painting and reading. I’m looking for a home where I can come home cook dinner watch some tv and relax. I hope to live with someone who we can become friends and share a happy household if that makes sense? :)
Hey there my name is Ned. I am a legal professional who has recently acquired a full-time position in the Ballarat area. I’m clean/tidy, easy going, friendly and always up for a chat but of course respect your privacy and quiet/alone time and hope you would respect mine. I love hitting the gym when I can, but otherwise I work 8:30-5 everyday and will be spending most weekends with my family back in Melb. I'm currently commuting everyday from Melb, so hoping to find a place asap.
I'm a 24year old social worker and have a beautiful mini Groodle named Dexter. We are pretty easy going and enjoy relaxing after work. We are not party people and are not interested in a home that is full of activity.. I enjoy being able to come home from work, eat some dinner, maybe watch some TV and take my dog for a walk. We are looking to share a home with one other person or couple. Not interested in large share home. Have two years of rental history. Hoping to share a home for 6months, with the hope of buying mid 2019.
Hi everybody! We are a couple who works in farms for the 2nd visa at the moment. We are looking for a room from 19th November on in Victoria, possibly close to Melbourne but not necessary. Claudio&Clara
