Hey there I'm 29 a full time chef I work 6 days a week I'm into computer games and sports I just moved here from Melbourne I'm a clean an tidy person I would like to move in ASAP you can reach me on thank you
I am an easy going artist who is a bit of a foodie, neat and tidy and a reliable rent payer. Happy and witty, intelligent and creative, I'm into DIY and gardening and do a mean chicken in the weber! I am not a party animal but into red wine and music. I am employed at Monash Health. Currently, I am living in Melbourne. From May to July I will be visiting my Mum in SA, so my stay in Ballarat will commence on the 1/8/2017. I realise that I'm starting my search rather early, but as I will be coming to Ballarat practically every weekend between Feb and April, I was hoping to meet with potential flatmates for our mutual benefit. Who knows, you may have a room for me when the time comes and then we already know each other! If not, well then we have just found a new friend to pick up with come Spring! :)
Hi Huge apartment in Ballarat's cbd, in fact it would be hard to be more central! You really can walk outside to all that Ballarat has to offer! The apartment is fully furnished and includes a double draw dishwasher and large washing machine. There's even linen and a fully fitted out kitchen. The apartment is so large that there is space for each tenant to have their own separate office at no extra charge! Nbn, gas and power bills are an extra $25 per week unless the bills are higher than budgeted.
A 3 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, open plan living/kitchen space. $300 per week (total to be divided between tenants) plus bills, only a two minute drive to bridge mall or a 15 minute walk. 5 minute walk to Coles supermarket. 2 bedrooms available for rent from January onwards. Close to public transport.
Great location with easy access to central Ballarat, train station, sporting ovals and walking tracks. Spacious, tidy house with separate dining area and living area. Outside patio, double garage for storage and veggie garden for those keen enough! Loads of on street parking on quiet street. Gas heating. Bills split evenly. Would prefer someone with experience in a sharehouse or similar environment. House fully furnished minus your room. Room includes built in robes and book shelf. Generously sized room, will fit a queen bed.
I am moving from the Shepparton region to study a course in Business and expand my horizons in a new area. I am studying online so I have more flexibility with work and personal endeavors and it will be full time study with a placement involved. I dabble in various instruments and have an appreciation for music however I am not disruptive and respect others and their space! I do not drink alcohol and I am a non-smoker however I do not mind living in the same abode as someone that does smoke but I am not very tolerant of drunks and big hullaballoos. If you want to hold parties, get togethers or shindigs in the home occasionally that is a-okay. I am cooperative and groove well with other people and critters, I pay rent on time and am looking forward to doing something new after my gap year.
I am 21 years old from Melbourne starting my Post Grad Exercise Physiology at Fed Uni. Lived on res for last 3 years so used to being in a shared environment. Need an atmosphere where I can study but still enjoy having a good time.
I'm 24 years old who has started a graduate auditing job and looking a place to move out to when I start working full time in the next couple of months. I'm willing and sign up for a short term lease and then extend after I pass the probation period at work.
I am pretty quite and easy going until the weekend but besides that I am pretty understanding and easy to get along with, I like the area I am living in to be nice and clean so there won't be a mess mostly I am a kitchen hand atm soon to start my personal training course but for now I need a place I can settle at or until I find a house since I've been looking for quite a while. if you have a pet it's would love to move with u even more cause I like pet but mostly prefer a dog
I get along well with most people and have lived overseas for several years always making friends along the way. Recently I decided to do the study I've always wanted to do so I will be mostly keeping to myself as my Uni workload is demanding. I've lived in many share houses and have always done my part. For fun I play music and like to cook and am not uptight about sharing.
My name is Luke, I am a third year nursing student at feduni, I am clean and tidy, respectful and due to being in my final year won't be partying every week, I have no pet and just looking for a nice room that I can come home to after a day of study. I have a part time job and am reliable with my rent. Hope to hear from you Kind regards, Luke.
Hi, I am a 22 year old female, working and studying in Ballarat. I have a passion for animals and am currently studying to be a vet nurse. I am extremely reliable and easy-going and have a beautiful 1 year old staffy called Arnie. I enjoy spending time with family and friends but spend most of my time studying. I am looking for a room to rent within a household that is equally easy-going and likes animals. Please don't hesitate to contact me if I sound like a potential housemate :)
Hi, I'm Claire! I'm a 25 year old professional moving to Ballarat mid year. I am looking for a room in an existing share house or to team up to start a new one. I'm very easy going and reliable, and while I enjoy my space I'm partial to a good chat over a bev (or three) ;) Please don't hesitate to contact me if I sound like a potential flatmate!
