Hi All, I'm currently looking for one other person to find a rental house with me. I'm a fairly level headed person and don't mind if the person i find either wants to be social or keep lives seperate from eachother. I am someone who would like, on occasion, to have a friend or two over on a friday/saturday night, but would expect both parties to respect eachothers personal/bedroom areas. I'm looking for someone around the same approximate life point and am looking to start a new rental for at least 6-12 months. I'm allergic to cats so I can't share a house with anyone that has one. Rules would be to look after the property as this is our home. To be respectful of noise in the evening when others might be sleeping. I have two rooms available. One is Studio/Granny flat, this has a Queen Size wall bed, a bathroom, Kitchenette, but you'll need a microwave oven and maybe a portable cooker. There is a tiny fridge, there is a pool table in there and an air hockey table, a couch, TV, Desk, heating - there a fireplace and also a split system heater and air conditioner. The other room is in the house. This has a single bed in it. A desk, bedside table. Both would suit a student.
