Large 4 bedroom house with plenty of places to chill! Eynesbury is quite unique and definitely suited for those after a more country lifestyle. There's an abundance of walking tracks, with monthly markets, a cute little grocery store with attached post office as well as a town wide golf course. The neighbours are fantastic and as a whole, Eynesbury is a self sufficient, friendly and welcoming community.
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime between Feb-April 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Tests will commence ASAP with surgery and more chemo to most likely follow. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Feb-April.

The house is light, bright and airy and only seven years old. Visitors love it as soon as they walk in. Very peaceful. The kitchen/living area is large and bright. Quiet street, friendly neighbours. A large pergola with outdoor table and chairs, expands the living area and a gas BBQ is available. The NBN is installed and unlimited wi fi is available as well as Netflix. The railway station is 3 km away. buses are also available to the station. The Melbourne CBD is 35 - 40 minutes away by train or freeway.
