Hey! Looking for a housemate /room/team up. Clichè check: tidy, clean, relaxed and friendly. Full time Mon-Fri professional, like my space but enjoy sharing a meal or a drink now and then, as we would be sharing a home. Out and about for the most part but I do like the occasional weekend in. Considerate of personal space. No mad parties but I'll come to yours. Like/love: design, architecture, dance, whisky, martinis, tennis... & more. I don't usually cook, I 'assemble' or grill but love cooking a nice meal every now and then to share. Looking forward to hearing from you!
24 year old American new to Sydney, wokring in the CBD on a 457 visa. Looking to find a place that is close enough to work and close enough to fun, or at least a good restaraunt or pub. I like to think I'm a pretty chill guy, and I might even make you laugh, I guess the only way to find out is to live with me.
I am getting close to middle 30's and working full time in the city. I am an Independent, outgoing, love food & travel around and very tidy & clean for living. I am happy to hang out sometimes and also want to have own my privacy.
Hello, Im Shandy and I'm 22 years old from Perth, Australia. I'm travelling to Sydney as I am graduating university. And decided I wanted this change for independence, self growth and hopefully even a career opportunity regarding something in the music, film, photography, graphic design industry. I am also hoping to meet new, interesting and like minded people. In short, I would describe myself as an fun loving, intellectual, energetic, positive, clean, bubbly, trustworthy, kind and respectful person! I enjoy discussing all sorts of topics including philosophy, psychology, travel, spirituality, music, art, creativity, etc. Learning about new cultures and traveling to different places is a goal of mine and I aim to broaden my horizons.🌎 My hobbies include cooking, singing, blogging, traveling and anything creative so would be great to live with like minded people that share the same interests. I arrive in Sydney on th 12th of Jan, and was hoping to have a look at places to rent and possibly move in around the 19th of January for 3 or more months. Kind regards, Shandy

Hi all! I'm Daniel, and I'm 41 (that went quick) and originally from New Zealand. I'm a creative, and work as a freelance photographer/photography educator with weddings, events, corporate and teaching. Being Freelance means my work hours are varied, and this allows me to do additional finance work for a broker. I'm a people person and am domestically sound and able. I'm relaxed and respectful, clean and tidy, and can pay my bills on time. I do enjoy good convo, but also space to unwind after photographing long weddings. I like to keep fit and spend time in the outdoors. Music is important, as I love noodling around on the guitar and going to gigs. Like all Kiwis I am well travelled and spent a number of years in the UK, and have taken in the sights of Europe, Asia and South America. I can relate to people from all walks of life. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to drop me a line! I Look forward to hearing from you! Dan

It's a 2 bed/2 bath split-level with the rooms downstairs, which is super handy when you or I have people over. You've your own bathroom and room, and the latter can come furnished if you want. Note it'll be a double bed with your average IKEA wooden bed frame if you want it furnished so if you err on the side of bigger, you might want to BYO. A king will fit, but I'd seriously be questioning why you need a bed of that size as a single person. The bed in the pic is a queen. I've been here just over a year and have never had any issues. We had one minor kitchen sink leak in the beginning that was resolved within 24 hours, and the building manager is extremely reliable. In terms of communal furnishings, I think I've basically everything you could possibly ever need in an apt from a double blow-up mattress to a crockpot but if you have stuff you want to bring, I'm happy to make room. A car park is available, but I rent it out to reduce our overall price. If you want to bring a car, you can tack on another $50 a week to the price listed. Sauna, gym and pool are part of the property, and water is included in the rent. An AC/heat unit is available upstairs and although downstairs stays relatively stable in terms of temperature all throughout the year, we both have heaters and fans just in case. My current flatmate and I each tack on $30 a week extra to the rent to accommodate household goods e.g. toilet paper, internet and electricity, which is transferred into our 'joint' account that we both dip into when we throw house parties and the like. Happy to sort out another arrangement for this stuff if you want, though :)
COUPLE'S ROOM AVAILABLE IN THE HEART OF PYRMONT !! If you are looking for shared house with respectful and easygoing house mates from all around the world this place is made for you! Everything is furnished with beds, beds sheets, TV, Internet Wifi, dishwasher, complete laundry ... This house is very well located on Pyrmont Bay: - 2 min from park with public BBQ. - 15 min walk from Darling Harbour - 20 min walk from CBD Rent is paid fortnightly 3 weeks bond 2 months minimum stay No hidden fees, bills included in the price. Feel free to contact me if you are interested by the place
Just bring your suitcase and relax... A stylish fully furnished penthouse in Jackson's Landing, Pyrmont on the waterfront 'literally'. Full harbour views that sweep 180 degrees around the building. An abundance of natural light. inc. 2 large balconies overlooking Sydney harbour and the Anzac bridge. Sadly my flatmate has moved in with her partner. So I have 3 room types and a number of configurations and options to choose from. All rooms have built in wardrobes, double sized beds and lovely views from every angle. Each furnished room is negotiable one larger & and one smaller. I can allow two people to share both rooms and the bathroom, or one person who can afford the two rooms and have their own private bathroom - it's all negotiable really! The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a built in laundry, high speed internet, air conditioning and 24/7 security. The complex has its own gym, 2 pool facilities and tennis courts. This is an idealic life style which is approx.17 minutes walk to the CBD. The John Street Square light Rail is on our doorstep and the 389 bus also, which goes straight through the city/CBD and onto Bondi Junction. The Casino, the Martitime Museum and the Sydney Fish Markets are at your finger tips and within a 5 minute walk to and from the local wine bars, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. Sharing with 1 couple both working professionals. I personally have lived here over 7 years now. This apartment will suit a professional person/persons who are clean, tidy, mindful and respectful of personal space. Not recommended for cat allergy sufferers.
I have a two bedroom workman's cottage close to supermarket, buses and ferry. About 15 minutes from city. Have a small dog, adorable. Fully furnished but happy to remove furniture if you have your own. Street parking available. House is light and comfortable. Balmain is a gorgeous area, lots of life with shops, cafes, pubs, but where I live, surprisingly very quiet. I follow vegan diet but happy for someone to cook meat if that is their preference. Neighbours are friendly and approachable. For right person, I am can reduce rent if necessary.
Welcome to the Wart household! We have set up our home in the most beautiful old house in Balmain full of character. The design of the house is absolutely gorgeous, my photos cannot do it justice. There is so much space, with a massive shared and stocked kitchen and living area (with a TV), a shared bathroom, and big bedrooms. We have a huge courtyard, and loads of natural light because of it. The house is literally a few minutes away from the main shops, a supermarket, and bus stops with buses that will take you 5 mins to get into the city. There are loads of fun pubs and cafes around. Our street has all day no ticketed parking, and there is always loads of parking space. My room is downstairs, huge, wooden floorboards, big windows and lots of light. It will come fully furnished. We are a relatively clean household, who like to keep our shared spaces especially tidy for one another. Three things to note before enquiring: - We have a kitten, he is a beautiful tabby who is the most affectionate little thing I've ever met. - Couples are more than welcome however the rent will go up by $50 a week. - The rent will also change in January when a couple currently living in the backroom leaves to go travelling

Hi my name is Anna and I am a down to earth owner/occupier with one room and bathroom to rent in a fantastically laid out 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Balmain apartment. It is $390 per week including water, internet and Foxtel. I prefer a flatmate who is house proud like me, works full time, is reliable and enjoys a social and active lifestyle. The furniture in the pictures is not the actual furniture in the apartment. The apartment has broadband and is furnished. The bedroom on offer can come furnished or unfurnished and has large built-ins. The apartment is large and the layout is fantastic. It is bright, airy and close to all amenities and Balmain's great nightlife. Water, Internet and Foxtel is included in rent but electricity and gas is to be paid separately. Great Built-ins Air conditioning New Ceiling Fans Internet Aerial for TV/Cable in room on offer Windows Separate own bathroom Gym Pool/Spa Great park area and outlook
Hi there, I have a room available in a nice Balmain terrace house. The house has two bedrooms, an attic/study space, living room and dining area, shower/bath, two toilets, kitchen, laundry room, and small front & backyard. The available room is 3x3m and has built in wardrobes with plenty of storage and a double bed. It’s a nice peaceful leafy street, and very close to the Balmain cafes, restaurants, shops, and markets. Woollies is just a 3min walk. The bus stop is 100m away and takes 10min into the city.
Hi, my name's Bree, I'm a 20 y/o born and bred Sydney sider. I work full time in insurance as an executive assistant Monday - Friday, and I'm looking at finding a room in the eastern suburbs, city or out Balmain/Rozelle way that's close to public transport to the CBD. I love (trying) to keep active during the week, but can never say no to a cheeky vino and a Netflix marathon when needed. I’m pretty laid back – not much bothers me except total insane mess or a filthy bathroom. Spend most of my weekends at the beach, or any day after work that’s warm and sunny for that matter, but also enjoy what’s left of Sydney’s nightlife, boutique bars or just a boozy Sunday brunch. General friendliness and banter preferred - not looking at living with a total stranger, but do respect down time and privacy! Really keen to find some likeminded girls to start a new place with as well. I’ve got most furniture for communal areas except for a couch, and come with a lot of scented candles and unnecessarily fluffy blankets for decoration as well (nick nacks are a weakness of mine…) I also come with a little ginger pussycat named India - she is very friendly and quiet, but tends to keep to herself during the day (in other words sleeps like she has the hardest job in the world...) and likes to have an explore and a cuddle at night. She is very low maintenance, but obviously people who don’t mind cats are preferred. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
Hi There, I work full-time, and study part-time. I'm very active, social, and love a night in. I'm happy with either furnished or unfurnished, and happy to live with pets.
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Work full time at CBA and studying part time at University of Sydney. Like to be active, socialise, watch sport, go out for dinner/drinks etc.
I am a Retoucher/Fitness photographer. Spent my working career in Advertising. Now I shoot fitness competitors for a living. Love the outdoors, beach anything that gets me away from the computer. I have a small 14 yr old small dog Belle. She basically sleeps all day after I walk her in the morn. She loves people and other dogs. I love fitness, go to gym 4-5 x p/w, like the occasional social drink and basically love to have a good laugh at the end of the day.
I am a very busy but social person. Very ambitious about my goals but still happy to help others out. Austrian 27 years old. Clean, tidy and respectful. I like deep and funny conversation. I love cooking (healthy food), watching movies if I find any spare time. Sport is an essential thing in my life.
- Malaysian Chinese that speaks 5 languages - Working a full time & part time - need a huge room with build-in wardrobe - need a place with easy excess & less walk to city - occasionally cook - clean, tidy & quiet (a bit OCD) - all bills included - cockroach free home (110%) - need absolute freedom, no weird rules & stingy landlord - no partitioned house/unit
Hi guys, I'm a positive and easy going person who enjoys the simple things in life. Travel and experiencing different cultures, countries, food are only a few of my favourites things to do. I play tennis and football and enjoy going to the local cinema for an independent/art-house film. I'm originally from Colombia and have been calling Australia home for the last 15 years. I have travelled quite extensively both overseas and interstate during that time. I just moved to Sydney from Brisbane. I'm a geologist and own a couple of investment properties interstate and am currently exploring a career change.
I am 30 years old moving from Melbourne to Sydney. I just got a 6 month contract to work in the CBD. I work in financial services. I am clean, tidy, sociable and respectful. I'll be heading to Sydney this weekend and would love to move in a.s.a.p. Please kindly advise if you would have a room/bed for me. Thank you. Kind Regards, RJ
Hi! I'm Nicole, I'm 23 and I am currently working as a professional dancer.I've just come back from Europe with three girlfriends and I'm currently living with my family on the central coast. I am constantly driving to and from the city for work and it's taking up too much time and petrol in my life. I am clean, always willing to help out. I enjoy going out and socialising and meeting new people, but also enjoy my own personal space and am always respectful of others space.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old student at USYD, studying education and I work part time. I'm originally from the Northern Beaches, but I want to move closed to uni and the city to make travel a whole lot easier. I'm a clean, tidy and an easy going girl. I like my own space and respect others desire for that too, but I'd really like to find some other chill people to live with who get along and don't mind having a drink and hanging out every now and then:)
very respectful of the person/s I live with . Love animals if there happens to be one . I engage with those whom I might live with and also enjoy my own company . I wouldn't be sitting on the couch every time you walked in:) i have an active social life . I never leave dishes in the sink? tidy up after myself and i have to say that I am very easy to live with
20 years old from Denmark, looking for a place to stay from february to june (5 months). I'm a fun, relaxed and clean person who likes to go out in the weekends, but also to stay at home and enjoy some good wine and company.
I am interested in sports, music and cooking. I am tidy, honest and easy to get along with. I really like meeting creative and open minded people. I am searching for accommodation in the greater Sydney region
I’m a 36yo professional, working as an L&D Manager, which keeps my weeknights low key. I like to make up for the time that I spend at a desk by going for a swim or getting out for a walk/run and catching up with friends on the weekend. I’m looking to rent a room in an apartment/house with one or two other people and, while independent and considerate of people’s need for space, I’m genuinely interested in getting to know the people that I live with; whether through having a chat after work or a meal/drink when our schedules line up. Like most people, I want to feel like I’m part of a home and not staying in a hotel. I'm looking for somewhere not too far from the CBD, with great transport links, as I think that we spend enough time at work and don't want to add to that with a crazy commute. I’m down to earth, respectful and appreciate living in a clean home, so I’m happy to do my share of the housework. Please get in touch if you have any questions or think I’d be a good fit for your home.
We are a young couple from Tasmania, looking to move to Sydney for work. We are both very clean and always clean up after ourselves. We are very easy going people and like meeting new people but we are also very quiet too. We enjoy travelling and spending our weekends out exploring. You won't have any trouble or problems with us. We would prefer to move in with another couple and would like a more modern unit or apartment, however we are open to look at anything. We would like to get a place somewhat close to the train station as we would only be bringing one car over. Maddison works in Tasmania as a payroll officer and Tom works as a teachers aide and child educator. These are the professions we would most likely continue in Sydney. Maddison and I enjoy travelling spending our weekends out in the city; shopping and eating out but we also enjoy going to the beach and going on bush walks. If you have any questions or would like to talk to us more please feel free to message us. Thanks Tom and Maddison.

I am currently working part time with a company that supports feeding women escaping domestic violence and homelessness. I am a laid back person with a happy disposition and extremely easy to get along with. I am open minded and well mannered. I am considerate of other people and understand the importance of clear boundaries and space when living in a shared environment.
I have a good sense of humor and I am quite flexible and adjusting with others. I am clean and tidy, would expect the same. I am not afraid from doing any house chores, and would like the company of individuals who would share the work load. I will be relocating from Adelaide to Sydney due to my masters study from Sydney Uni by the end of November, so I am eager to find a place for me. I love to have a chat for leisure but I also respect the personal space.
