A lovely room for rent in a three-bedroom unit in Balmoral. The bedroom is unfurnished, it just has a big sliding wardrobe, but we can arrange to get a bed for you. The unit is very lighted and spacious with an open plan kitchen, dining, living area, which has a glass door that open onto the courtyard with BBQ. The unit has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one of them you will be sharing with one housemate) and a toilet in level one, an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. The unit is 15min walk to Oxford Street where you can find cafes, restaurants, supermarket, shops, cinema and gyms. Bus stop is less than 50 meters away (bus routes 230,231,232,235), Hawthorne Ferry Terminal is 10-15 mins walking and Morningside Train Station is 15-20 mins. If you own a car, there is a covered parking space available. Rent is $240 per week and a 3-week bond would be required. Bills (internet, electricity, gas and water) are included. There is Netflix available for free. The room is available from the 3rd of June for both short (minimum 2 months) and long-term rental. Couples are admitted, $260 p/week. Come scope this place out, it's worth it just for the view. The bedroom I am advertising is located downstairs right next to a shared bathroom and toilet, it is a great size- easily fits a queen sized bed and tallboy + bedside drawers.
