Moving back to Brisbane with my dog (very friendly and quiet) 31 years old working full time, keep to myself but am happy to cook for the house and have a chat. Don't drink, basically just play games or watch Netflix when im home. I do have all furniture that a house needs but can store what isn't needed and just take what i need in my room
I'm a professional working full time, not a messy person, and won't leave the kitchen in a unkempt state (who likes cooking in a dirty kitchen?). I clean up after myself and am more than happy to be a friendly, social roommate, however like everyone I do enjoy private time. I also keep a fairly active lifestyle (running, cycling, rock climbing, etc). Most of the time, anyway :) Ideally I need at least room for a desk with a PC and books etc., on top of regular storage. I also have a car, motorbike and two bikes (pedal power) that will need to go somewhere relatively safe. I'm looking preferably for somewhere with more than one bathroom, and if there's undercover parking or space for my car (and/or motorbike) that's a big incentive for me!!! I have my own bedroom furniture so an unfurnished room is best. Message me if you think you may have something for me to consider, or if you want to team up to find a place.

A bit about me..i recently finished my post graduate diploma in OHS and currently working part-time as a disability support officer. I am looking for a place I can call home for the next few months before I relocate to NSW to start my new role in OHS!! I love photography and some say I know my way around the kitchen. I am clean and love to socialise and at the same time respect personal boundaries.
Hi! I'm Tatum, I'm 25 and I'm a student. I have a year and a half left of my degree and I also work part-time. I work between 2 to 5 night shifts a week depending on how busy I am with uni. I am looking for a flatmate/s who I can build a friendship with and feel comfortable around. I enjoy my downtime and privacy but also like to socialise and have fun. I am clean, tidy and respectful. My current lease ends mid October so if you think we'd be a good fit I'd be happy to hear from you :)
Big 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house with lots of room and space, a pool, gardens are nice and maintained, internet, power, water, gas, etc are all included in the rent. The only real rules are to keep the house tidy and clean, no smoking, lock up when you leave, and turn all lights/air con off when you leave the house - nothing too over the top I think. One of the best things about this house is the security and privacy, and that we're in a very quiet part of balmoral but still walking distance from oxford st!
A big, 4-bedroom light-filled recently renovated modern home in Balmoral, close to Oxford st, with air-conditioning in every bedroom and both living rooms. All rooms freshly painted with built-in wardrobes, flyscreens on every window and fans. There are two complete bathrooms, downstairs has double sink, rain shower and deep bath, upstairs has double size rain shower and lots of cabinet space. Downstairs has tiles and carpet, upstairs has hardwood floors. Shared laundry and huge kitchen that comes with a fridge, a big pantry and gas stove and brand-new dishwasher. Lots and lots of storage including big cupboards downstairs and a lockable outside area for bikes etc. There's a big outdoor deck that opens to a tidy yard, very private due to retaining wall foliage and there are views over to the Westgate bridge.
I work part time at a restaurant and barely home but on days off I spend quietly in my room or out with some friends. I enjoy socialising and would be up for a chats or outings with housemates but love having my own time. I am a tidy person, join in cleaning days and am someone that doesn't get in the way. I like to binge tv series, have a drink here and there and watch dog videos. Am super chill but also down for an adventure! :)
Hi I'm Leonard, I'm looking to move in with someone already renting or owning a share house and aiming for nice and adventurous flatmates. I am going to work in Murrarie, so the house should be in the near (Bulimba, Morningside, Cannon Hill, etc.) I'm: humouros social neat relaxed not smoking looking for action/adventure a hobby photographer interested in sport I like going out I like almost every music genre I’m looking for a cool share house with nice people in the age of 18-25.
I'm looking to move in with someone already renting or start a share house with someone and aiming for a modern/respectful looking house. About me. I work full time as a store/logistics manager in eagle farm. I've done house shares a couple of times before, I'm tidy, easy going and respectful of people's privacy. During the week i just work and rest. On weekends I will generally be going out to see friends or unwinding at home. At home I enjoy being social and having a chat but will sometimes keep to myself. For the house i have a good fridge, microwave, washing machine, dining table & chairs, TV cabinet, flat screen TV and various miscellaneous items which im willing to sell or buy other items if necessary. I also have a jetski and tools, so a shed/garage space would be ideal.
Looking at moving out of home. I will be bringing a large lovable doggo with me, who is playful and loves people. I take full responsibility for her and her business so would just need someone who likes animals and is down to give a few pats every now and then. I am currently a full-time uni student but do work part-time. I know how to pull my weight with cleaning but also require the same respect for shared workloads when it comes to the housework. Ill keep to myself but i'm always down for a drink and a laugh.
As a person, I would think of myself as quiet and peaceful, very caring and respectful of others, polite, well-mannered and considerate. Full-time, long-term employment. Part-time university student (external - online)
I am studying a PhD degree. I am about to finish. Next 3 months you wont even see me, because I will be in my room working long hours :) I like indoor climbing and yoga. I am a flexible person. Having said that, in case we have a problem, I like conversing and overcoming problems. I am quite tidy. I am looking for a safe and clean place; so I will clean after myself that's for sure.

I am friendly, clean, polite, humorous & have lived on my own for the last 4 years - so I'm happy to do my own thing but I'm also quite social. I'm into fitness, food & exploring places as I've just moved back here from interstate.
I’m relocating to Brisbane from Mackay as my partner has recently made the move and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do! I enjoy living an active and social lifestyle Work full time as a dental assistant Keep my living space clean and tidy And enjoy meeting new people :)
I am a retail manager, so work full time. I am easy going, I clean up after myself and I am respectable. I am fairly quiet during the week and usually try to head to the gym. I don't mind a cheeky drink or two over the weekends though, but don't go crazy. I do like my down time, but I am also always up for a chat.
Hi, I'm able to keep to myself or mix it with a good house environment. I work Monday to Friday and often do overtime, so by the time the weekend comes around, I'm always very down for a beer or two. Really, I'm just chasing a house that's close to work and has a few other, like minded, easy-going people.

Hello!! As an Australian citizen and being here in Brisbane for 6 years I can proudly say I am a local. I just returned from a Holiday and looking for a friendly home to settle down and get back to reality haha. Well I work full time in retail in CBD and also have social worker background. I am friendly and easy to get along with everyone and everything as long as you are good with hygiene. I am personally super tidy, clean, quiet, trustworthy, have good sense of humour, and respectful of your privacy and space. I live an active healthy lifestyle. I love fitness, music, gigs, beach and road trips. I'm fairly chill and quiet, and tend to keep to myself if I am home, however, I am an extrovert and if you are the same we would be a good fit to hanging, chatting and sharing meals and beverages sometimes, otherwise I don't bother you ;) For now please message me here on flatmates until I re activate my simcard. Cheers
Hello! I am a 37 year old female looking for a lovely, drama-free place to live in Brisbane, by the end of September! (Please note, I cannot move until my lease expires in September. Cheers) I would prefer to share with like minded people who are between 35-45 years old, and enjoy a peaceful life! I currently work in retail, and I am also an Art Therapist. I enjoy creative endeavours and gardening, so some space for these pleasures would be essential to my survival! I have spiritual/new age interests which makes for a meaningful, quirky and fun life at times. I also enjoy bushwalking, op shopping, camping and kayaking. I would like to have my own cat. This is very important and I cannot stress this enough. LOL. A pet friendly place please! (Please note: I'm not looking for a tiny cupboard-sized room or a converted sunroom.... its just not my thing. Cheers) I think I am good to live with because I am considerate, respectful and self aware; funny, friendly but I also like my alone time; I always pay rent on time. I am quiet, but not anti social, and like a harmonious living environment. Not sure what else to say! My current lease ends at the end of September, so lets get on with it! Hope to meet you soon! *Genuine responses only, and please have a current listing of your place/space for me to peruse*
Hi! My boyfriend and I are moving out of our current place and looking for a new place. We both work 40-50hrs per week so keep pretty busy. Extremely tidy..hate mess. Not the party type and love our down time after a long day 😄 we’re into surfing, or anything to do with the beach really, travelling, gym and brunching :) often at the GC, Byron or somewhere in between on our days off.
My name is Ashley, a 22 year old postgraduate student and full time professional in public service. Its been 12 months since I moved to Brisbane and I'm loving it! Outside of work and study, I enjoy going to the gym, a food lover, exploring interesting things around town, travelling and making the most of life. I am looking for a lovely person to share a apartment/townhouse with. I would prefer my own bathroom. I am usually out and about so you will likely see me a few times in the week which means you have some time to yourself. I will also ensure I clean after myself and I can even cook for the both of us if its one of those lazy Sundays.
I'm making the move from Sydney up to Brisbane at the start of October, hoping to move into a share house with some easy going people (preferably similar age - mid 20s) that are up for the occasional beer. I'll be working full time Monday-Friday in the CBD and enjoy staying active and getting out and about on days off.
I like to live with one flatmate because I want to try the experience. I am polite, fun, kind and I would like enjoy this in a shared way. I don't have trouble with anybody so I think that I am a good mate.
Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a 37 year old single gay guy. I recently moved back to Brisbane after living in Sydney for a while. I'm a bubbly, optomistic guy. I'm not a party animal, but love a glass of red. I'm very clean too. I actually love cleaning. Why i don't know. lol. I lived in Canada and NYC for almost 10 years so i have a kind of aussie / canadian accent apparently. Would love an ensuite, but totally open to the right place with the right flatmate. First world problems right... :) I would love to live with someone who is more extroverted than introverted, someone after a friend more than just sharing a living space together. I'm happy and chatty most of the time, and like similiar. I like optomists, rather than pesimists. Idea of the perfect flatmate: Happy, says " How you doing? ", loves to catch up and chat the end of the day, watch a movie together, not into drugs at all ( I never seen illicit drugs do anything good for anyone ) and loves a glass of red. Non judgemental and gay friendly. Someone who supports the gay community, even better! If you love Rupaul's Drag Race, i will love you. :) - I don't hook up much, maybe once in 3 months - but you would be cool that i'm getting laid and visa versa. lol. Some gay guys can be really snooty and uptight which i dislike. Try living with gay guys in Sydney - you leave one fork in the sink and they need to take a Valium to calm down. Worst flatmate for me: Complete gamers, introverted and shy, rude and just says " Hi " once a day and nothing else, does everything to excess - if your a gay guy that must drink 2 bottles of wine and get smashed every time you have a drink and stumble in at 7am, good for you, but at 37, i'm a little passed that. No judgement - I was like that in my 20's, but not now.
