I'm a fun bubbly person with a great attitude to life. Interested in the great outdoors, sport, movies, going on adventures and having a drink every now and then. Happy to interact with other people but also respect everyone's privacy. I'm a second year nursing student, working part-time, looking for somewhere to stay in my last year of uni.

I'm really clean and organised, and respect my roommates. Always up for a laugh or a shared dinner. I'm looking for a place centrally located near the city, or in a major urban centre like Caulfield or Box Hill. I'm only interested in apartments, and preferably recently renovated or built. Young roommates (under-25) only! Thanks! :)

So I'm Kate - 23 year old who has just finished off an honours degree in literature (so my book collection is pretty rad), and I'm looking for a new place with friendly housemates to call home! I'm currently working as a lifeguard and manager at YMCA centres in a few locations which basically adds up to a part-time job, my hours can be a bit varied but not ridiculously. Why am I great to live with? My interests are extremely diverse - baking, cooking, netball, literature, history, 90s tv shows, boardgames, trivia, hiking, and swimming to name a few. I am a pretty active person, open to new experiences and different perspectives, have a gorgeously friendly border collie that is included in the package and is an absolute sweetheart, I am very reliable and - not to blow my own trumpet - but I'm a pretty fun person to have around.
In melbourne doing my masters from rmit. From india, respects privacy, non judgemental of any caste or gender. A cooffee lover or an addiction (call it anything). Loves to try new cafés or enjoy a glass of wine yo relax and enjoy a day off.
Hi everyone, I am between leases and looking for a place to live near my work in Kew East, I don't have a car so I'm looking for somewhere close to PT. I'm aiming to get my own apartment in the next month or two so I'd like somewhere to stay for the time being - I'm guessing 4-8 weeks? I'm looking for a furnished room (just a bed and a few drawers will be fine!) as my stuff is in storage and I don't want to move it all twice. A bit about me, I'm 39, from Melbourne, I'm a low maintenance, considerate house mate - I work full time so like quite, early nights and not a party animal (anymore!) I just like chilling on the weekend. I love cooking (I'm a veg but have no probs at all with carnivore housemates!) Love music, I play a few instruments, like having a beer with mates on the weekend. I've sharehoused a lot over the years so understand how to live respectfully of others. I like a house where we do our own thing and have space - doing stuff together occasionally as it happens not as a must ie like cooking together when it suits rather than it being expected each night. I'm a smoker. I don't have any pets and I'd prefer a pet free house.
Hi, I'm Georgia :) I am 19 years old and am a full-time student looking for accomodation at an affordable price. I study at Deakin (Burwood), and am currently looking for a casual job here in Melbourne (I have one back in Tassie that I work at when I am back for holidays). I dance a few nights of the week also. I am from Tasmania and moved to Melbourne at the start of 2016 for university. I am studying Exercise and Sport Science and will be in my third year in 2017. I will be heading back to Tassie soon for the Christmas/summer break, but will be back mid February and am flexible as to when I can move from my current place (in Eltham). Looking for a place in between Deakin (Burwood) and the city. Not too far from either. Loved living in Abbotsford earlier in the year, and will look at surrounding suburbs.

Hi, I'm a 24 yr old male who's recently finished sports journalism at uni and am hoping to get a job in the field. I currently work at crown around 5 days a week. I love all things sports, am layed back and enjoy the occasional afternoon bevo. I've lived with both females and males in the past so I'm not fussed as to who I live with. My current lease ends on the 4th of February and I'm happy to move into something that's available now.
Hi all, My name is Robyn and I'm looking for somewhere to live from February 2017. I've been busy travelling around this year, but now am looking for somewhere to settle down for at least 12 months and finish the last year of my degree. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Arts and work in retail; luckily for me I work for a large chain, so have the flexibility to transfer stores and keep the money rolling in. I've share-housed before, so am well house-trained and conscious of what to do and what not to do when living with other people. I'm looking for somewhere eastside, preferably less than 30 minutes by PT to the city, but am pretty flexible. I'm not a hermit housemate, preferring to socialise and hang out with people, whether it be brunch or pizza/movie nights, but like to spend time to myself as well. I have my own queen size bed, so unfurnished rooms are preferable, but I can always sell it if need be. Also, I'm not too shabby at cooking, and going to Aldi is one of my Top 5 favourite activities, so there'll always be a pantry of cheap food! Cheers, Robyn
Hi I'm Jacqueline :) 22 years old, single and my lease running out in march. I work full time and long hours in Balwyn Wednesday through to Saturday, so you wouldn't really see too much of me through the week due to working late. I'm super friendly and fairly social on the weekends! I enjoy a platter and drinks with friends most weekends, and do a lot of travelling back home to Albury to see the family. I'm super easy going and more than happy to hang out and chat or give you your privacy if you prefer :) A lot of my friends live in the outer suburbs so often on weekends I always find myself travelling out to catch up with them. I'm lots of fun but also respect that everyone loves a bit of me time! More than happy to live with a couple, i'll be your little third amigo. I have a TV, small black leather couch, and a small fridge if required, if no furniture is needed I can send it back home to albury. I've got bedroom furniture, so an unfurnished bedroom would be perfect! I'm not interested in sharing a bedroom with one or more people for the heads up :) ! I'm clean, reliable and keep the house tidy! I've always had a lot of respect for properties and neighbours, due to renting in the city and suburbs for the last 4 years! I also have a car, so a car space would be needed!
My name is Michelle, I am fairly quiet, but I do like to occassionally go out for a drink with friends. I work 5 days per week as a childcare educator. I love to get out and about when I can.
We are a relaxed and fun couple who love to travel, go out with friends, be creative, get active and always try new things! We have been living in our own property for the last 18 months and are in the process of renovating it before looking to rent it out. We are wanting to save a little more so would like to team up with another couple or person to rent with! Looking for a share home which is relaxed, homely and not a party house..although a few wines never hurt nobody!
Hi my name is Isaac. I'm a 22 year old recent teacher graduate. I am looking for a sharehouse to call home. I currently work as manager of a private swim school. I love all water sports and in my spare time I like to cook and dabble in art. When I am home I'm very much a "hang out in my bedroom and play video games or read a book" kind of guy. I'm respectful of others' privacy and space but also enjoy good conversation and having a laugh with good people when the opportunity arises.
I've recently moved from Byron Bay to study and find part-time work. I'm social, responsible and clean! I enjoy spending time outdoors when I can and making new friends. Overall I'm easygoing and always up for a drink/chat while also respecting the privacy of others.
I am a Student at Swinburne University studying Information Technology. I am from country Victoria and planning to move back to Melbourne to resume my studies. I am currently unemployed and will be seeking part-time employment whilst undertaking part-time studies. I am a person whom like to keep himself tidy and organized. I participate in Computer LAN's over each school holiday break, and often go out most Sunday Nights.
I have lived in share houses for many years and wouldn't have it any other way - I love community, and the people I've lived with tend to become great friends. Traits I value in myself and others include being considerate, open and kind communication, and taking care of all the usual sharehouse duties with grace! A bit about me - I'm 33 with a few creative bones in my body (background in theatre and visual art), and a passion for complimentary health (Naturopathy graduate, working as a Kinesiologist one day per week), and avid nature lover/camper/hiker, and also work the 9-5 x four days per week in local government. I'm rather busy and tend to fill my days and evenings, but I see building a strong relationship with my housemates as a high priority and love the periodic 'family dinner', and of course regular spontaneous cups of tea/vino and chats. Rachel :)
Hello all. My name is Shankar, and I am looking for a room in a real home. Originally from India, I recently moved to this city from Sydney. I'm 27, male and work full-time in IT. I love soccer, movies and TV shows. I'm friendly, tidy and reliable. Having lived in shared accommodations before, I understand how the game works(Things like keeping the common areas clean and cleaning up after myself in the kitchen, etc). I'm always up for a chat, drink or two, sharing stuff etc. But I also like to retreat into my room at times, and know that the others desire the same as well. Honestly, I prefer a home where the people are friendly and relaxed, as I've had some amazing housemates in the past. I'm not much of a cook, but intend to learn it ( I promise I won't turn the place upside down :) ). I am available to move-in asap. Also, furnished rooms would be at the top of my list, as I don't have any furniture with me at the moment. I Look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to text me on my number, and I'll reply as quickly as possible.
I'm from China, 33 years old. I like playing badminton, singing, travelling and shopping. I'm friendly, easy going and very respectful.
Hi, I'm Christopher. I just got back from traveling Europe and India and I'm looking for a nice place to share with some cool, likeminded people. I'm a graduate of film school and a full time barista at the moment but I'm really into doing film, photography, music, sculpture, you name it. I love the potential for a nice quiet tea with my housemates at the end of the day and maybe the odd loud music session while doing the dishes. I'm a relaxed person and easygoing person just looking for that chill lifestyle.

Open minded, friendly guy. I study masters at Deakin and work part time at Coles Express. Will be no delays in payments regarding rent or bills. I like to keep the house clean. I can cook as well! Love pets (I don't have one though). In general, a chilled out person who minds his own business. Looking for a house in suburbs such as Richmond, Hawthorn, Kew, Abbotsford, Glenferrie, Camberwell, Auburn, Burnley and Burwood. Send a message if you have a vacancy. Cheerio!
Tidy, easy to live with. I work part-time during the day and also at a restaurant at night. I am at uni also during the week.
Hi there, this is Ravi and Sowmya. We just finished our post graduate studies in Melbourne and looking to move into a couple room in a shared house/flat. We pretty much work Monday to Friday, go out on Saturday and like to chill at home on Sunday. We love sport (watching and playing) and we are animal lovers (so any pets would be a welcome surprise for us).
Hi Everyone!! I've moved to Melbourne last October and I'm looking for somewhere to stay long term. I'm 30 yo, originally from Poland but lived in Perth for the last 7 years. I have two jobs so will be out most of the time. I moved here to get a job in my proffesion (dental technician), which I successfully did. Working in Canterbury so preferably want to be within walking distance ir at least close to the train. I also work at Etihad Stadium/ Melbourne Park on the weekends. I'm quiet and tidy and I can also provide reference from my real estate back in Perth. I'm available to move in on the 11th of February. Thank you in advance. Aggie
I'm a 25 year-old working in Mordialloc and currently looking for a long-term stay in a share house in the inner north of Melbourne. When I'm not working I'm a keen cyclist and cricketer, podcast listener and pub trivia maniac. I've lived in sharehouses for the last five years across a couple of different countries, so I'm housebroken, reasonably tidy and cool with pets, especially silly cats and lazy dogs. I'm happy to keep to myself most of the time, but if you're living in a more social house then I can dig it.
I'm 24 and currently employed full-time as a project engineer. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with, reliable and very sociable. I’m very neat and clean up after myself religiously. I have had experience living in share houses and on my own before so I am aware of what is expected. Besides working usual hours of 8am-5pm, in my spare time I love to play guitar, binge watch crappy TV shows and eat more than I probably should. I am usually out and about on weekends, but also enjoy the occasional night in. I would love to move into a place with social people of similar age who would be up for sharing a couple of meals or drinks with each other now and then. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
Im Jaz, 25 yo Nurse. Im very friendly, down to earth and easy going Clean and considerate of other flatmates. Enjoy socialising and brunching , and a glass of wine or 2
Hi, I'm looking for a room or bungalow with a friendly household that also appreciates each others' need for solo time. I'm a temp worker (professional writer/editor) currently on break and looking for my next challenge. I like to think I have a good sense of humour and a sense of fun... I'm tidy and respectful of others ... and believe in teamwork to keep a household ticking along. Sing out if you would like to know anything else! :) PS I'm currently a part-time smoker ... and smoke in the street at my current location, never near the flats or inside. No butts left behind! :)
I'm organised, easy going, and I have a good sense of humour. I enjoy casual sports and cooking although I strive to be respectful of everyone around me.
Hi I'm Melanie, I'm currently a nanny in the area 3 days a week but am also a primary/special ed teacher. I love the beach and dogs, interested in spirituality and travel. I'd like to find a nice sharehouse, I'm housetrained ;)
Hi there! My current lease is up in Feb and I'm looking for an unfurnished room to rent, preferably less than an hour commute from the city. I work full-time Monday-Friday, and tend to just stick to my routine during the week. At weekends I spend my time going out with friends, catching up with family and relaxing at home. I’m tidy, quiet and considerate and would be looking to rent with people the same. I'm always up for a chat and enjoy the occasional social drinks, movie nights, games nights and the like but also enjoy my own space too. I am moving with my 3 year old koolie, Rikku. If you’ve ever wanted a dog but don’t want the responsibility Rikku would be ideal! She’s used to living in sharehouses and loves all the people. I can assure you she’s very well trained (top level obedience and currently training in agility) and I walk her daily (she’s an excellent running partner if you need one!). Both my past landlords have known about Rikku and it’s never been a problem. She’s predominantly an outside dog but I do sometimes have her inside in the evenings to watch tv with me. She is 100% housetrained and will quickly learn to stay off furniture and out of rooms that are off limits. However she does need a backyard so unfortunately apartments/townhouses won’t work. Rikku’s never lived with other pets (except for a top goldfish named Yevin) but I would be willing to try it. She doesn't always get along with dogs but would love a cat friend. If you’ve just set up a new sharehouse (or someone just moved out and took everything) I can also provide the following (otherwise I will be storing it with the parents): -dining table -bookshelf -washing machine -fridge (fits food for 3 people) -couch & two arm chairs -chest of drawers -bean bag -coffee table Cheers :)
Hi, My name is Connor Blair, I 'm 21 years old and am currently studying to be a secondary teacher. I will be studying full time at Deakin University in Burwood and am looking for a place to live in the burwood surrounding area, however I have a car and am willing to travel for university. For the past 2 years i have lived with between 2-6 people at a time and have found it great living with others, I have lived with people from many different backgrounds (both local and international students from Australia, USA, Canada, France, Hong Kong and England). I am a pretty easy going and friendly person who has only recently moved to Melbourne to study. This is my first time living in Melbourne, I grew up in Perth and then spent a few years living in Tasmania so I'm hoping to make some new friends here. Having lived away from home for a while I've grown to appreciate the importance of keeping everything clean and tidy and would like to live with people who feel the same.
I am fun and easy to get along with, clean and respectful. I am in my final year of High School and am focused on the very best grades for my senior year before university. While I will be attending parties during the year I have no plans to host them as I want a quiet, safe place to work.
