If I find the right place I can move out as early as 22-30 Sept, or as late as 27 Oct - end of November (end of Oct/start of Nov is preferable).

ALL BILLS & WIFI INCLUDED!!! Gorgeous bright room, can be furnished if you need it. The room is quiet and has a really good feel about it. It’s an Art Deco home with wooden floorboards throughout, our home is fully furnished so you only need to bring yourself. We are looking for someone clean, tidy, either working or studying full time who is respectful and independent to join our friendly home! The rent is so cheap with how good the location is! I wish I didn’t have to leave but I’ve got a great job promotion in Queensland :) We are really close to public transport with the tram and bus stop a 1 minute walk which is so convenient :) a short 4 minute walk to Coles and some great cafes! Seriously has everything you need within a few minutes walk.
I'm a generally quiet bloke who's respectful of others. I work full time, and am fully house trained :) Although i'm quiet i'm also a drummer and really looking for a place where i can practise. My kit has had some muffling so it's not quite as loud as a normal kit
Our beautiful housemate has decided to get loved up and move it with her partner. So we need someone to join the fam! (Big shoes to fill) Move in date is 17th of September although we can be very flexible with this, very flexible Four bedroom townhouse located in leafy Balwyn North. We have a massive kitchen and lovely outdoor entertaining area (incl BBQ), which serves us well all year round. The living area is large with a 5 seater couch and large smart TV (Netflix and bachie sessions are encouraged). You will be sharing the bathroom with a male and female and have plenty of cupboard space. The house is kitted out with modern essentials including a dishwasher and central heating/cooling. The house is close (within 300m) of public transport (including the 48 Tram) and plenty of other amenities within walking and driving distance (including a Coles, Woolworths and IGA). There’s lots of lovely cafes around the area (even in walking distance) if brunch is your thing and a few good gyms. Your bedroom will be downstairs near the general living area. It currently fits a queen bed, large chest of draws, tv unit and bedside table. There is no built in robe but we have a freestanding wardrobe that is yours to use exclusively in the adjacent front room. There is on street parking and it’s pretty easy to grab a park. It’s very safe and we have all parked on the street before with no problems. Luckily we have all furniture/white goods we need! This means we can’t really have any additional furniture in the house and there is no storage space large enough for any big items.
Hi I’m a 38 year old female with a beautiful kelpie x staffy female 18 mth old dog. I’m a huge dog lover and looking for a pet friendly place preferably with a large yard that’s either on my own or granny flat/bungalow self contained or at least with an ensuite attached. If I am to share then I’d like the house to be large with multiple living areas. I need somewhere without other pets as my dog is friendly but not when it comes to her food as she’s very protective over that and had issues at my last place with this when someone brought his dog after we had already been there first so I know for sure this does not work!! I am looking in the Manningham, Whitehorse and Maroondah, Plus Montmorency, Eltham North eastern areas. Looking for a chilled out, respectful household and homely environment as want a home not accomodation. I want to be close to my family who live in Doncaster so that’s why these areas are where I’m looking at...

Hey y'all! I'm a full time call centre worker in finance (I like to think I'm not as boring as my job) that's looking for a new home! During the week, I am primarily out during the day for work and generally vegetate when I get home to some trash TV or YouTube. I would love a social home as I'm always up for a laugh and a chat. I have a boyfriend who might hang around some weekends but we like to go out on drives and to get food so you're unlikely to see much of him. Love animals however don't have any of my own so yours will get plenty of attention. Also, I'm a Pisces if that means anything to you ha! Keen to hear from you! Btw, I flexible on length of stay but would prefer at least 6 months
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
Hi, I'm Patrick. I'm an engineering/computer science student studying at Swinburne. I'm a tidy person that doesn't make a mess. I'm out of the house most Friday nights with friends, and occasionally spend the weekend out camping as well. I don't mind having a chat or joining a group meal. I'm looking for a no drama longer term living situation. I ride a motorcycle, so off street parking (preferably out of sight) is a plus. I've been living in a share-house in Blackburn for the past 15 months, and am only moving out to find a place closer to work and uni. I have some furniture I can bring with me, including a dining table, spare bed, mini fridge, and a compact BBQ.
Hi I’m looking to move out some time next year and just getting an idea of what’s out there.. I am a genuine, kind, bubbly person keen for a chat and always open to making new friends, although I still like my own alone time. I currently have 3 jobs, part time at Woolworths on weekends and a casual primary teacher during the week I also do freelance makeup artistry on the side. I am looking into getting a more full time position as well. I clean up after myself and usually keep very neat, I also love to cook and bake and don’t mind sharing.
Hello, I am extremely tidy and easy to live with as I am rarely home during the week due to my work full time work commitments and fitness regime. I study part time and live a healthy lifestyle. My interests include fitness, reading and social media. Please message me if you have something available. Thank you.
ABOUT ME I'm 26 years old and work full time as a Social Worker with DHHS. This generally keeps me pretty busy during the week and I prefer quiet evenings on week days as a result. P.s. - I come with Nextflix and a yearly Costco membership. MY PARTNER My partner, Hashan, is 25 and works full time as a mechanical engineer. He's generally up for a good chat after work but can appreciate alone time as well. AS A PAIR My partner and I are pretty social people and enjoy a good chat or regular catch ups with family and friends - we tend to keep this away from home but for an occasional BBQ or dinner and drinks. We are both respectful of personal space and we don't argue. We like having straightforward conversations and working things out for the best of everyone (collaboration is key!) As we both work full time, our weekends are generally spend out with my dogs or doing other life stuff... Or sleeping in... We both enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places (you will most likely be invited to join in!) and are an active, healthy eating kind of couple (I like to bake sweet things and brownies occasionally though). Both our families live in Melbourne and we generally go to family events 2 or 3 times a month. THE DOGS I have 2 dogs - Vespa and Nox - both girls. They are both purebred boxers whom I compete regularly with in dog sports. Both dogs are fully house and crate trained and they don't bark unless there is need (or, occasionally, when they play). Vespa and Nox are very affectionate, friendly and enjoy the company of people. Nox loves playing fetch with a frisbee and Vespa would play tug-o-war all day if she could! Both girls also love a good cuddle and will happily Netflix and chill all day. Vespa and Nox generally spend their days in the yard, but I tend to have them inside with me when I'm home. They are walked/trained for 30mins every morning and on weekends my partner and I like to take them on adventures.

Clean, quiet, slightly geeky Kiwi Asian with a full-time office job in the city. Been living in Melbourne for 6 years. When I'm not out with friends, I spend most of my time doing computer stuff or reading. Looking to live with someone who enjoys the occasional brunch and movie night! Happy to meet up a couple of times to see if we get along. Need to be walking distance to a train station or 109 tram stop, with a parking spot near home. Allergic to cats! :(
