Hi potential female housemate, (yes I only wish to live with females) I'm friendly, down to earth and just a regular Jo (which happens to be my middle name)! My interests are veered toward artistic pursuits such as singing, card making, scriptwriting and volunteering as a FOH member for amateur theatre. I like to walk a lot and keep healthy though do enjoy a good wine! I have a lovely friendship circle spread across Melbourne and supportive family. I'm keen to meet someone who likes to chat from time to time but likes their free time too. I'd like to meet someone that I feel I can be myself with and to forge a companionship of sorts that has mutual respect, care and appreciation. I'm looking for a home not just a house that is shared and where both parties might communicate well so they both know where they stand. Basically I don't wish to feel I have to be in my room all the time or that the house really is the domain of the other person. Just someone who is kind, honest and willing to share resources would be great :) Prefer not to live with any pets.
Great size bedroom, authentic country-style renovation, great living and common space, nice backyard garden. This area is well known for its safety, quietness and convenience to basically everywhere in Melbourne. Bus stop is 2 mins walk and Canterbury Train Station is direct 15 mins bus. Popular Koonung Creek Reserve Park is in front of the house. Located in Balwyn High School Zone and friendly neighbourhood. Within walking distance to Aldi Supermarket, cafes, restaurants, banks and post office.
I’m currently studying full time at Rmit and working Part time. I’m clean, quiet and respectful of all my housemates and there belongings. Usually away most weekends. Always up for a chat and good time, but understand the need for privacy. Looking for a house with like minded friendly people :)

I'm a professional & have just relocated to Melbourne from the Gold Coast a few months ago. Looking for: - Either a Private room with private bathroom OR Ensuite room OR Studio/1 bedroom apt/granny flat - ALL Bills Included - Furnished - Near public transport with easy access to the City/ Amenities or Near Enough (Preferably within 30 mins or so) - A short lease to begin with, would be nice - just to figure out how the area/ suitability etc, is =) I am social but also like to have my own space at times when I'm working on my projects. An occasional glass of wine or desserts over movies and checking out new places is what my mates and I usually do. I'm always up for Roadtrips/Long Drives, Exploring, Brekky for Dinner (anytime of the day, really)! :D I keep busy and am not quite looking for a party house. Happy to chill over a cuppa/ leave ya to your own devices if that's how you roll. I am more than open for suggestions on places to check out in Melbourne- and you're also welcome to join in on the fun if you're keen on such things!
We are respectful, tidy and easy going. I (Aimee) work full-time managing a gym, in my spare time I go for walks with friends, to the gym or for brunch, Kev works full-time as an antenna technician, in his free time he likes to go to the gym, to the beach and play his PlayStation. We love to travel and have lived O/S. We are looking for a modern rental property with one or two other people who are easy going, respectful and tidy. We are not a couple that is attached at the hip, we do our own thing but also enjoy quiet nights in watching movies (happy to do so in our own room). If we sound like the right housemates for you, let us know :) Aimee and Kev
The house is a detached property with a large garden, excellent location walking distance to the shops (inc ALDI) and bus direct to the city. Hi, I’m Marty and I’m about to turn 30. I am a full time disability support worker. I am a positive and friendly individual, who enjoys a chat, but I also likr my own space - I am looking for a room mate that is similar in this regard. In my spare time I like to go for walks and to the gym. I also like video games, watching movies and barbecuing. I like animals and I am LBGTQIA friendly.
It is a big neat house with professional cleaning each week. 2 min walk to buses and trams. Quiet and convenient. Peaceful and comfortable. Everyone is respected, all facilities modern and efficient. Try for a good living experience!
Cosy, friendly environment with really great access to public transport. We live about 20 meters from the 48 tram that will take you directly to the CBD in 30 minutes (off-peak). You'll have your own private space, but also have the choice to mingle and meet other travellers. Get access to limitless wifi, microwave, washing machine. We have a professional cleaner come in once a week to keep things spotless. If you want, meals can be provided at a very reasonable add-on cost.
I'm a country guy who has recently moved to Melbourne to study, I've lived out of home for 4.5 years and have a great track record with paying rent and bills on time every time, I'm quite relaxed and enjoy playing games and socialising with housemates when I'm free.
