Hello. I have recently moved to Melbourne from Queensland to start work as a paramedic with Ambulance Victoria after graduating from uni last year. I am a friendly, easy going, and social person and enjoy a wide range of activities from bushwalks, arts and crafternoons, movies, social sport, and a beverage or two; however, I imagine I'll be quite occupied with learning how to not kill people during my first few months of work. I am flexible with budget and move date (+/- 2 weeks) and have a 4-year history of renting with friends during my studies... so you won't have to teach me how to fold a fitted sheet. My previous flatmates have described me as neat and tidy, clean, organized, respectful and helpful around the house. My twin brother is an engineer, so if anything needs fixing I can close my eyes and merge souls with him to get the job done. This combined with my developing medical skills means I could be a handy guy to have around. Ideally, I'm looking to stay somewhere for at least 6months (and potentially longer) and am open to joining a lease. Thank you for your consideration and don't hesitate to fire away any questions. Theo.
I will be moving to Melbourne as a lecturer in Swinburne University of Technology by October. I am interested in renting a private room, preferably near Hawthorn. I want to rent for three months, from October to December. I am clean, tidy, quite, and a Christian.
I'm a kiwi - so always up for that aussie kiwi banter. I work full time in sales and marketing, am tidy and love cooking. I am 21 but have been living and working full time in Melbourne for 3 years now so wouldn't quite say I live the 21 year old lifestyle. I'm quite a social person so like to be out and about during my spare time. Happy to be social with my house mates or keep to myself. Easy going and hope to find a house mate who is the same. I also have a coffee machine.
I am neat, clean, non-smoker, with a busy work life. I travel interstate frequently for business and would like to maintain a permanent base in Melb where I can work after hours, shower, sleep and cook breakfast for 5 nights each fortnight. No party houses, no pets, no shared bathroom please.
Beautiful and comfortable house have two rooms to let. Separate bathroom and kitchen for guest. House has central heating and cooling system. Rent includes bills (electricity, gas and water) and internet wireless connection. Easy walk to trams, buses and close to eastern freeway. Half hours to city, 15 minutes to Box Hill and Westfield shopping town. Professional and friendly owner. 6 months lease available.
Hey! My names Jamison, (Jamo if you like). Im 21, Ive been living out of home since the age of 18 so I'm well aware of the responsibilities of living out of home and being self-sufficient, with finances and paying bills ect. Im origonally from the country but have been living in Melbourne for a couple of years now. Im currently doing my Carpentry apprenticeship here in melb and my lease has recently ended so im looking for a new place to reside for the next 6 months or so. Im not really interested in signing a 12 month lease/contract as I like to have my flexibility, but i would definitely commit to 6 months.. Im very outgoing, love the outdoors and quality social time! I do enjoy occasionally going out on a weekend for a drink but safe to say my party days have quietened down. I enjoy cooking, surfing and traveling back to east gippsland to visit my family. I should mention that I am a smoker but i totally respect people that aren't fond of it and as idiotic as it sounds i would never smoke inside or where it would be a disturbance. Im very organised and like my tidiness, but not a complete neat freak. I always clean up after myself and love a clean kitchen, but again im not over kill unless people are the same. Im very respectful of others and their space and their belongings! I totatly respect personal space as I also like to keep to myself at times too, but i won't shy away from a friendly convo. Im very hands on and happy to help and contribute to house hold chores! If you have any other questions don't hesitate to message me or get in touch! looking forward to meeting you :)
Our home is situated in a quiet and safe court. It is very close to Doncaster Park and Ride (bus station with 400 parks, with route to the city) and the Eastern Freeway. Greythorn shops is around a 5 minute walk away which includes Aldi, Crust, Subway, Australia Post, restaurants and much more. The house has wooden floor boards with carpet in the hallway and bedrooms. The house is heated by central heating and also a split system. We have a very big backyard. Bathroom has shower and bath. Wifi is available at an extra cost monthly. The room is a good size with built in robes. We are quite a social household, we enjoy doing things together like shopping or having dinner.

Hey there, I'm looking for a room in a share house around Footscray, inner south or inner east suburbs. Ideally looking to share with others who are also easy to live with and well housetrained- clean/tidy and prefer a home to be a place to chill out, enjoy and relax at the end of the day. About me-I am female, 28 years old and studying Exercise Science full time at Victoria University. I still have 1.5 years left then I am looking to do a masters degree. I also have two pet dogs (a boxer and border collie, 8 year olds) who I would much prefer live with me, so a secure backyard with verandah is ideal. Previous housemates really enjoy their company as they are great dogs and I walk/exercise them regularly! Therefore looking for long term (1 year+) if this is available. In any spare time from study/work I train in Crossfit, some yoga, some cooking. My rent per week range is around $180 or up to $220 for a place with a yard. I'm currently overseas in Japan so I am looking to move into a place when I get back to Melbourne from the 1st of July. Look forward to hearing from prospective housemates!
Hi Lovely to meet you! I am a friendly, easy going gal who is always up for a laugh and a chat about our day over a drink and meal or cuppa. I am respectful of your space and I love to have some downtime as well after my busy day. I work in Child Care so I need to keep fit to keep up with the babies and children that I care for. I do this with swimming, long walks, riding my bike and tennis. I am into healthy living so I am a non-smoker and social drinker. I would love to hear more about your home so feel free to message me. Have a lovely day. Fee :)
I am a professional working Nana who enjoys the quiet life, my hours are varied however I am out of the house by 7 am and return anywhere between 4-6 pm. I spend my leisure time travelling, reading, spending time with my grand kids, watching a movie, walking the dog or just chilling. I have a current wwcc and police clearance, I am reliable, very clean and respectful and expect the same in return. I have an outside dog that I cannot part with. Hi, I'm Will, a first year uni student looking for cheap long term accommodation. I'm currently in a Bsc course at Melbourne Uni, and so I'm looking for a place either close to the uni or with good public transport to get there. I have all sorts of hobbies, depending on whatever phase I'm going through or which fad I'm obsessed with at the time, but more consistently I enjoy watching/playing sports, videogames, board games, table tennis, pool - you name it, I'll probably like it! I'd like to think I'm fairly easy going, neat and tidy, though no guarantees ;) - Lastly, I'm open to new experiences and I think this could be a great opportunity for one!
Looking to 'teamup' and find a place in Surrey Hills, Mont Albert, Camberwell or Hawthorn. Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm happy cooking my own meals or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 2 or 3, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)

Also happy to share meals and have some booze once in a while, but I need peace and privacy to keep my mind (and heart) focused on my career projects. I've been gigging with a few bands, volunteering in some cafes and restaurants to help people and gain experience in hospitality aiming at getting a job as soon as possible, but DON'T WORRY about the RENT as I have saved some money and I'm happy to give you my bank account receipt, in case you need. Hello :D I'm moving to Melbourne on the 25th of August so I'm looking for a new place to live and hopefully have that sorted before I get there. I've been living in Perth for the past 3 years and have decided that its time for a change and some new experiences and adventures. I'm a down to earth, quite active and outgoing 26yo girl originally from Croatia. Prefer a clean house but always up for hanging out and having some fun. Don't know many people in Melbourne yet so it would be nice to find some friendly house mates that appreciate your owns space so I can get some studying done but also like to hang out. As I'm still trying to fit my life in a suitcase I currently don't have any furniture so a furnished room or at least a bed included would be amazing. Looking forward to hearing from you :)

Hi, My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a place to move into - either our own place or a flatshare. We are both very outgoing and simple people who love to have a bit of banter but we can also keep to ourselves if that's what you like. We would just like someone that we can get along with, instead of having to tip toe around 24/7. I work casually as a retail assistant and he works full time as a security guard. We both study full time so are generally very busy and won't be in the house all the time - would just love somewhere we can be comfortable and just enjoy ourselves. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
