My name is Amy, I live just outside of Geelong and am looking for a room while I'm studying at ACU. Im extremely easy going and easy to get along with. I like to keep a clean and tidy house as well as having respect for others in the house in terms of noise level, equal cleaning and cooking.
The house is modern, comfortable and clean with a raised wooden verandah overlooking a large backyard and the leafy valley beyond. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is ideally suited to students or staff at Federation Uni's Mt Helen Campus which is only 2.5 km away or for anyone working or studying in Ballarat. You only have to walk one and a half blocks (4 mins) to the bus stop for the Number 21 bus that takes only 7 minutes to arrive at Federation University (formerly bus route 10) on it way to Ballarat. The Buninyong shops and parks are close by - less than a 10 minute walk. The room can be fully furnished with desk and ergonomic chair, semi-furnished or unfurnished. It has a large double built-in wardrobe with two sets of drawers and a large bookcase. The windows have new super-insulated curtains. The bedroom window and door are lockable. The house has a large, modern open-plan kitchen - dining room - sunroom overlooking the backyard, and gas and electric heating. The double garage can easily fit two cars and has extra space for storage.
I am hoping to live with friendly, healthy people! I am respectful, healthy, active, honest and reliable. I eat a whole food plantbased diet so hoping to live with people who don't cook a lot of meat! I don't smoke, drink or do drugs & am hoping to live with people who aren't into partying.

Day Surgery nurse currently working in Melbourne but will be doing further study at Deakin Geelong this year, hence the move. I work Mon - Fri with the occasional weekend - no night shifts :) I like to keep healthy and fit, also love the occasional pizza and beer! Would need a small courtyard/backyard for an adorable and friendly mini dachshund - he is also a very well trained inside dog who loves cuddles. He mainly lives inside and I usually let him out to go to the toilet. He's very friendly, but like most dogs, barks if strangers approach the house Free security system. 😊 Given I'll be travelling to Melbourne I'd love a place who love dogs and I don't have the worry about him while I'm away. I am looking to move late April/May.
Located Close to midvale shops (including Supa IGA, anytime fitness) bit over a stones throw from Federation University, bus stops, etc.. Central heating in most rooms, aircon in main living area, unlimited WIFI, 52" TV including Netflix. Study/Music including printer. Couches & bean bags. Cutlery, pots, pans & utensils, etc! Built In cupboard. Medium sized fridge/freezer. I've still got a bit of land scaping to do, most liking towards summer. Also got a double garage, which is just used for storage at the moment. We'll sort out parking. Also, Fences will be sorted out later on down the track, So preferably no pets at this stage. Any other questions feel free to flick me a message. Thanks :)
Modern home in quiet court. One decent sized bedroom for rent has built in robe and you will with have your own bathroom including bath and own toilet at the rear of the house. House is fully furnished except for the available room. House is extremely clean and tidy. House has central heating and an aircon.
You will have your own bedroom and there will be a spare room to store excess. it is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood and is close to the football netball grounds. It is within walking distance of coles supermarket and a bus stop. It is 10 mins from mt helen campus and 15 from SMB. The unit is relatively new, it is clean and in great condition. The rest of the house is furnished so you only need furniture for you room.
I am looking for a housemate to move into a near new 2 bedroom townhouse located in the centre of Mount Clear. It is only a short walk to Midland Village which features a grocery store (IGA), a gym and a bunch of other small stores. It is also a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to both Federation University as well as to the Ballarat Bridge Mall. There is a shared kitchen and dining area, lounge room, laundry that is all furnished as well as a large enclosed backyard. All you would need to do is deck out your bedroom with a bed and the other things you need ☺ The rent for the room is $120 per week, with bills then split equally. Right now I don’t have any internet but this is likely to change in the near future.
I'm easy to get along with , have a sense of humour. I'm 25 still living at home. I'm currently unemployed, but I am trying to start up my own home business in spray tanning. Currently living in Herne hill. I also have a cat that I will take with me to the New house! :)
Hey I really hate these self describe sections so this will be short and brief. I'm Joiner by trade, which if you have no idea what that is that's cool surprisingly not many do. I'm a clean individual who always pays his bills on time and more than happy to do my fair share of house chores. On the social side big fan of heading out an grabbing a drink at the local pub and chilling not overly keen on the night club scene Well that's me in a snap shot
Hey, I'm Grace - a full time student at Melb Uni and working part time in Geelong. I tend to keep fairly busy but would love a house mate/s who I could chill with in the evenings. I'm easy going and have lived by myself the past two years up in Melbourne (this is the part where you're impressed I can pay rent, cook and clean for myself). Ideally I'd like to start up a house with one or two others, and I've got a fair bit of furniture which I'm happy for everyone to use. I'd dig a place with a garden so I can get a legendary veggie patch going, but happy to compromise :)
Hey guys! I am looking for somewhere in the Geelong area after securing a job there. Currently living in Melbourne, so will be going back there a few days a week. I'm super easy to get along with, spend a bit of time at the gym, love to go out and socialize, love my music and spend time at the beach & doing fun adventurous things where I can. I'm an animal lover (particularly dogs!) so am very open to pets! Also a happy, non-preachy vegetarian and love to eat healthy and stay active. I also don't mind a drink or two when I'm off work! Would love to stay with some people of similar mindsets and lifestyles :)
