Clean, respectful, easy going and quiet. I own my own business driving a car carrier 6 days a week (most weeks), and spend most nights away, sleeping in my truck. I need a room for the odd night I am home and on (most) weekends. When I am home I usually go to bed fairly early as I get up very early for work. I am recently seperated from my partner. We have a 5 month old daughter together. My ex obviously looks after her full time and I will travel to visit her. I am currently saving for a house and I am dedicated to working hard to acheive this goal. I am not a party animal. I won't be out at all hours of the night and coming home drunk. I will not be bringing people over. I am social but I also enjoy my own company and being a bit of a recluse. I am very adaptable and easy to get along with and I respect the needs, privacy and wishes of others. I clean up after myself and take pride in a clean and tidy living space. I am polite, well spoken, well travelled and have good manners and think I would make a great flat mate.

This is a brand spanking new build! Located in the new Canungra Rise Development! It is a 15 minute walk away from the heart of the town, where there is cafes, pubs, cute shops, supermarket and a few restaurants. Canungra is a real community, and canungra rise is a family filled estate. This is my first build that i have achieved at the age of 20! and am looking for some respectable roomates to share my brand new home with! I have two bedrooms to offer, with a shared bathroom between the two. so i will be considerate of both my flatmates that they will get along! if you know what i mean. aka sharing a bathroom can be very personal. I have two beautiful friendly kittys that are apart of my family. So roomates must be okay with the cats roaming all throughout the house. If you have a pet, Let me know and i will consider. I wont do anything that would make my cats feel uncomfortable, but they have lived with a low key dog beforehand and all was fine. I am happy to socialise, but sometimes you will not even know I am home. I love to watch Netflix. I am very into health and eating organic and love to go to the gym daily to train. I love bushwalking and adventures. I am looking for a room/grannyflat to rent that will allow 2 larger dogs. One is an older desexed female, she's just beautiful. She's been my best friend since a pup, I rescued her from being rocked. Looks a mix of staffy, pitbull, or something along those lines. Wouldn't hurt anyone, although not good with other strange dogs. And the other is a 3 year old wolfhound cross. He's a very good boy and a great guard dog. Both absolutely love attention and are very sociable, but will not destroy anything if left on their own. They are inseparable. They do require a secure yard however.
Hello, the room I have on offer is fully furnished and also includes a smart TV, just bring your clothes! The room has just been carpeted and freshly painted after some termite damage. There is plenty of room for off road parking and a fully maintained swimming pool for your use, also included in the costs is power, NBN Internet, Netflix, the use of the washing machine, pots and pans. There is some renovations/repairs on the main bedroom and ensuite (from the termites) at the moment but this does not affect the lounge, kitchen or main bathroom. There is still TWO Functioning Toilets though. So while the repairs are happening there is only one shower and bath. There will be two bathrooms once repairs are finished. I would prefer a female house mate for the simple fact I have found females to be a little more tidier and very respectful to the house. I am a working professional residing in Lismore with my family but require a room in Kyogle approx 4-5 days per week for work. I work 10 hour days and will be on call over night. When not at work in Kyogle I will be home in Lismore. I am easy going, clean and reliable. When I have a call out over night you may hear me leave and come back but I will try to be very quiet whilst doing so. I am interested in a spare room or granny flat or could go willing to go in with someone for a shared rental.
