So i'm moving out of my apartment on the 1st August and looking for anyone who's out there looking for some nice accommodation. The room is on the 1st floor in the college square on swanston. Gets plenty of natural light, has a double bed, spacious cupboard and a big desk to study, procrastinate or anything! The bathroom is shared between the 2 people and the house also has a living area (picture below) and a kitchen attached. Its located in one of the best locations for especially Melbourne uni students cause the uni is literally across the road and there's woolies just 0.5kms away and cbd is a short 20 mins walk and just incase you're lazy, the tram stop is also in front.
