We're a short walk away from Royal Park, Melbourne Zoo, Queen Victoria Market and much more. The 19 tram takes you all the way up Sydney Road where there are lots of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a well lit and spacious living room and a backyard (with garden-roof-top-deck(!)). The room is very big with all the built in storage space you could ask for. You will be living with 4 wonderful people in their mid-late 20's. We are a friendly house and all get along well with each other, and will not say no to a house movie, dinner or drink. The apartment is great for many reasons, as you can see for yourself. We are on the 12th floor, so the view is quite nice. The flat is really spacious and because of the many windows, well lit. It is an open kitchen so the cook isn't locked up! This makes a great place for entertaining evenings. In the living room we have a pretty nice TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. available. We have a big balcony and a small one for BBQs! :) The rooftop is great! An indoors living room with a gigantic TV and an outdoors part that is great for practically anything. (BBQ available, reservations on demand) Also, there is a dishwasher and washing machine available. The rooms is currently unfurnished. We have a tram stop, 58 and 59, right at our doorstep. Tram 57 and bus 951 are only 3 minutes away. Bus 401, 402 and 403 are 4 minutes away. The train stops at North-Melbourne, which is roughly 15 minutes walking. Basically, enough connections!
