I'm a full-time intern with Blue Pie Records and study design online, so I am currently on the go most of the time. I would consider myself an easy going and friendly person who enjoys a good laugh. I enjoy drawing, painting and reading in my spare time. I am hoping to move out in order to regain my independence and get my career rolling.
My name is Scott and I am looking for a place near Moss Vale due to work relocation. I am a general manager and have a sense of upkeep that is needed to keep a place tidy and clean. I enjoy cooking as I used to be a chef in my earlier career and love to watch cooking shows on the tele, so expect to be part of meal attempts and good food. I also tend enjoy gaming and reading in my spare time that I am away from work.
Am a quiet, clean, relaxed person. Respectful of others space, property. I always clean up after myself. Like to do yard, house work. No drama, no pets, non-smoker. I drink occasionally and like the beach lifestyle. I am originally from the USA but live in Australia now. I cannot live with a cat and wanted to be upfront about that.
Mature creative type (40+), looking for suitable household or separate granny flat/garage/studio. Am friendly but like my privacy. Go away a lot . Don't make much noise, mess or rubbish and happy to put in the effort to re-use and recycle. Willing to help with gardening/landscaping, get involved in composting and maintenance tasks inside and out. Length of stay flexible from a few months to a year or more. Start date flexible. Prefer parking space off the street for my van. Can pay rent up front.
It is close to the centre of Moss Vale as well as 10 mins from Bowral. It is very close to a train station also. It's a quiet area with a large backyard and fireplace. It is also only a bike ride away from the shops.

Hi there, my name is Chris I'm 43 and I am teaching myself guitar. I love to sing also. I'm a single lesbian with two kids. My two kids, 13 and 15 will come stay with me every second weekend, so ultimately I'm looking for a 4 bedroom house that "YOU", and we can all afford to live in together. We have a 7 year old border collie who is ball obsessed and gentle to other animals. She is my best friend, so it is paramount that she live with us. I am currently earning just a little under the necessary finance for me to have my own home, so meeting rent each week is not an issue. And because I will be needing 3 bedrooms, I am happy to pay 3/4 of the rent. I have beds for myself and the kids, washing machine and dryer, kitchen cooking stuff etc... I'm on the hunt for a secondhand fridge and sofas. Let me know if you are interested. Cheers 👍😎
My name is Elissa, I'm 34 and I'm moving down to the Shoalhaven region from sunny Marrickville. I have previously lived in warehouses and communal living/arts spaces so I'm a seasoned housemate. I cook a mean shared meal ;-) I'm social, friendly and love a glass of wine to discuss the important things in life like: Which Keanu Reeves movie is the most significant of his works? Why did we stop making rap music videos about workplace OH&S after the 1990s (why stop at all)? Are we living inside a hologram and does that explain Donald Trump? You know, the important stuff. I come with a well-behaved fluffy cat named Greta who kind of resembles a brush tail possum but we don't tell her that because I've heard cat-body-shaming is frowned upon these days. She gets along with other animals just great. I do stuff on the weekends like getting lost in the bush, wandering around abandoned buildings and doing stand up comedy (ok, I only did that once) but the magic 8 ball tells me there is much study to be done in my future. I'm returning to university, starting in January 2018. I'm also a qualified librarian and will be doing casual library work for extra bucks. I'm hoping for a largish bedroom, something that can fit a queen size bed, bookshelf, etc. I consider myself ultra-clean and keep communal spaces as shiny looking as Patrick Stewart's bald pate.
I find myself to be quite tidy and clean up after myself. I am quiet and will be working and studying. Looking for a place to stay whilst i do both, that is affordable with bills included in the rent preferably, great housemates aswell as fun.
Up for rent is a bedroom in this property in East Bowral. The house has open living areas, is located in a cul-de sac, has a double lock-up garage, is 5 mins from town, close to schools, shops, and the local pub. The house has gas heating, and is fully furnished... Fridge, washing machine, TV, couches, double bed, all cutlery/plates/kitchen utensils, outdoor setting, pergola, dining table etc.... Internet is provided and water/electricity is split. I have 2 kelpie/collie X's who are exclusively outdoor dogs, but definitely core members of the household - so you'd need to be OK with dogs to a certain extent. They are in the photos. If you're interested, I'd love to hear from you! Dave
Hello potential housemates The home is very large, modern with 2 separate living areas and a undercover outdoors area The house is located in a very quiet area of west nowra, walking distance to the uni and a 5 min drive to the center of town. If you know how to live harmonious with nice people this is definitely a home worth considering. You must be working full Time or going to Uni. All bills + internet included.
