So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I am Esme and my partner is Maxwell. We are currently both studying at Flinders university. I am studying Psychology and he is studying Information Technology. We are looking for a place to live this year near to Flinders University and preferably in the Adelaide Hills. We would ultimately love to live in Hawthorndene, Blackwood, Eden Hills and surrounding areas. We are seeking a private unit, granny flat, apartment or bachelor pad. It pains me to do this but I'm putting my room in Mt George up for rent. I'm leaving Adelaide in late February and so move in time can be flexible. It's a decent size room with a built in wardrobe and a view of the garden. Mt George is a couple minutes off of the Bridgewater exit which is 10 mins up the freeway. It's a big modern house on a 3 acre block surrounded by walking trails and Adelaide hills vineyards and cellar doors. The room also comes with 3 loving house mates, a thriving veggie patch, 2 llamas, 2 baby goats, and a lamb!

Hi whoever, I work FIFO roster so I will work away for 3 weeks (during this time I will be living at my work and not in Adelaide) and then I will have 3 weeks break to which i will be Living in the house in Adelaide. So I will only be there half the time I like my own company but also don't mind being social or whatevers going on. Hi, I’m a speechwriter and communications officer, working for government and based in the city. I’d like to think I’m a friendly and kind person who values being tidy, organised and considerate of other people and their needs. I’m also a (reasonably) good cook! I am somewhat introverted so need some alone time, but I also enjoy socialising and good conversations. I’m keen to live in an inner city suburb, especially if it’s close to some nature like Linear Park or the Botanic Gardens. Alternately, a great house further from the city, but close to a national park like Morialta or Belair, or near the beach, would also be good. Some of my other interests include meditation, reading, theatre, art, movies and travel.
The room is equipped with a double bed with a mattress, TV, 2xbedside tables and a cupboard for storage. The common area includes a study desk and a chair with a table lamp which can either be converted into a tiny home-office or study. This desk can solely be used by yourself as I don't use it.

Two stories house with two kitchens and three bathrooms, the room that's being rented out has its own balcony, wardrobe, bedding, studying desk and central air con, the internet is cable so it's very fast, all bills are shared which works out to be $50~60 per month per person.
