Looking for a sparkly individual to take over my room over the summer! The room is quite large, with lots of natural light and a built in wardrobe. It can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preferences. The house itself is huge, with no less than 3 living rooms (currently a lounge room, dining room and music/study room), kitchen, sunroom, laundry and two bathrooms. We have a massive backyard with an old and questionable bbq and a few fruit trees. Off street parking is available as well! It’s a 2 minute walk to the nearest buses on Waverley rd (767 and 623), and an additional 2 minutes to Warrigal road if you’re feeling energetic. It’s just a 5 minute drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre or Holmesglen Station (Glen Waverley Line). Everyone in the house is quite busy during the day, but we usually have dinner together and are looking for someone who will be social with the rest of the house.
Serene unit housing 2 male professionals, 1 working from home on most days. Access to PS4 and Xbox one (yes it's a gaming household, but one that wouldn't mind a female touch). Ducted heating and cooling means no cold winter nights and no hot summer days, unless that's your thing. No need for visits to the laundromat either as a washing machine is readily available. Walking distance to public transport on High Street Rd and Warrigal Rd also spells convenience, whether you're studying in Holmesglen or Deakin Uni.
What I love about living here is the fact that its so close to everything I need. We are a 5 minute walk to a train station that can take you right into the city. We're also close to a bus stop that can take you Chadstone, Southland etc. If you have a car, its only a 5 min drive to Chadstone as well. We have a decent backyard with a bit of storage space if needed. Unlimited internet download and NBN so you know its super quick. We also have Netflix and Fetch TV. We have a separate toilet to the actual bathroom as well so morning activities are never an issue :D We have our own washing machine and if you need a dryer, its only a 2 minute drive to the laundromat which is conveniently next to a bottle-O thats opened till 11pm 7 days a week *Theres construction going on next door but it shouldn't be too much longer until its all finished*
Neat and well maintained home hop, skip and a jump from train and bus transport. Friendly, older lady, would like to share her home with another woman, 50+ years. She is offering free rent in return for overnight presence and companionship and up to 10 hours practical help, including some cleaning, shopping and cooking as well as outings; no personal care. Homeshare is a program of UnitingCare lifeAssist, which matches older people or people with disabilities with homesharers who provide some company and practical assistance in exchange for free rent (with utility bills to be negotiated). It is a great opportunity to both save money and make a meaningful contribution to someone else's life whilst continuing you usual activities of working, studying etc.
21, law and finance uni student, work a lot, clean and keeps to herself.

Hi there, I'm a 24yo female student, doing a master's degree at Monash and the course is due for completion in this December. So I will soon become a young professional. I'm a friendly, respectful and considerate person and well-trained to share the house with others, which means I don't make mess or leave dishes in the sink for five days or make noises at night etc and I would expect the same from you. I like my home to be clean, so sharing housework and keeping the place clean and tidy is very important. I enjoy having quiet time at home, doing my own things, such as reading or studying, so party houses or households having too many visitors are my type. But of course, I would love to have a chat or watch TV with my housemate(s). I'm hoping to move in January or February 2017. It could be either a room in an existing share house or teaming up to start a new one, preferably with people of a similar age. Lastly, as I have a car, having a spot for my little runabout is essential. If you find I may be the one you're looking for, please feel free to drop me a message or ask me any questions : ) Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Jessica
A young working professional in mid-twenties who is also attending university for a Master's in Business. Easy going and social but also have a very busy schedule so I am out of the house quite often. Love to maintain a clean common area and keep an orderly house but also like to relax and share a glass of wine or meal with the roomies.

I like to read or chill out with a tea or wine. I am practical, sensible and organised. Love a nice chill out album on a clear night with a bonfire right next me.
Hello, I'm studying full time for the next 9-10 months (engineering) and looking for a room. I'm tidy, organised, and reliable with about 10 years of housesharing experience behind me. I mostly do my own thing and I'm always busy and never sit around on the couch. I lived in my last flat for 3 years in Brunswick, but I'm moving east to avoid the inner city traffic. I need a safe off-street parking spot. Look forward to finding out more about your place. Thanks.
