1 bedroom, can be furnished or unfurnished. House is furnished. Shared main house bathroom(would mainly be yours). 2 separate shared living rooms. Great kitchen. Ducted heating and cooling. Internet included. Outdoor area with BBQ. Close to airport and a short 5-10 min drive to Wagga town centre. Short walk to bus stop that goes to town.
Hey there! My name is Bec and I’m a young health professional who recently relocated to Wagga for a change! When I’m not working I love cooking, wine and a good cheeseboard on the weekends. I have a wonderful golden retriever called rover who loves people and sleeping in unusual locations. I’m originally from Darwin and am looking for a room somewhere with like minded young professionals who love good banter and bad television ❤️
I’m a 19 year old female. I’m studying to become a nurse and am wanting to specialise in paramedics in the future. I am currently working as a bartender / waitress. I’m social but do enjoy quite time to myself at home. Tidy & respectful.
I am looking for a clean and tidy, honest, reliable and quiet person to rent an unfurnished bedroom in an older 3BR house. You will be living with myself, a 28 y/o female who owns the property and my indoor/outdoor dog. The bedroom has built in robes and a TV aerial point. The rest of the house is fully equipped and has ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout the house. It has a secure yard with a large shed and a small entertainment area at the rear. A car can be parked off the street in the secondary driveway. The rent will be $160.00 per week (includes internet, electricity, gas and water). As I own the house and have had issues with prior housemates, I would appreciate if the incoming housemate particularly respects my privacy, space and belongings. The property is close to a local shopping centre, the lake, walking tracks, is on the bus route and a short drive to the CBD.
In a friendly neighbourhood in Kooringal and not far from shops or public transport, and isn’t far from Lake Albert - this house is in a great spot. It has ducted gas heating and evaporative cooling, built in wardrobes, off street parking, and you will be free to use my Netflix, Foxtel and Internet. Power etc to be split evenly each quarter.
Location is probably the best thing. Quiet street, 10 min walk/ 2min drive to kooringal mall, and 5 min drive into CBD. House is fully renovated, freshly painted inside and out, new blinds to all rooms. Ducted gas in floor heating and ducted air con to all rooms. Unlimited wi- fi included, Netflix and bills included in rent.

A furnished granny flat in Duffy, that joins onto the house where I and my two children live. We are close to a bus stop, with good services to Cooleman, Woden, City, Tuggeranong and Belconnen. We share the laundry in the main house but otherwise it is self contained with little kitchen and ensuite. Separate entry and lots of storage. There is a joining door to the main house which can be locked from both sides but does allow some sound through. I have two active children so you would need to be able to live with that; like me they are at school/work during the week and with their dad every second weekend (not like you and me). We are respectful of people from all walks of life and ask for your respect and consideration in return. There is unlimited internet, excellent connection (VDSL2) and hot water. The flat does not have air-conditioning :( but does have some double glazing as well as a stand fan and two plugin column heaters for warmth :). We live in a lovely neighbourhood and have good connections with our neighbours, its a pretty quiet street but with lots of kids. We aim to be as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. I'm a full time public servant and full-time mum. Life is very busy! Please let me know if you're interested and we can work out a time for you to come have a look! Cheers Rebecca
Hi, I'm Chris, I'm relocating to Canberra because of an interstate transfer through my company. I'm gathering a few roomies together so that we can all live more comfortably, preferably 3 or 4 people sharing a large luxury house. I want the house to have an uplifting culture where everyone is happy and looks out for each other. If you're interested then lets chat :)
Hi, My name is Elise. I currently live in Melbourne, however I am looking to move to Canberra in the near future as I've met some new friends there and generally find the peacefulness of the capital appealing. To tell you a bit about myself, I'll start off by saying that I'm a 22 year old MtF transgender woman, meaning I am looking for housemates who are accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community. For work, I currently run a home IT business that makes me a reliable income for living in Melbourne. Upon moving to Canberra however, my first priority will be to get a job as I am not sure of the reliability of the income from my current job once the location has shifted. For the time period in which I will be looking for work, I have $5,000 saved up which would go towards paying rent and any bills until I have a steady income again. My hobbies include gaming, cooking, music and being around friends. Since I'm naturally a quiet person, I don’t think that anyone would have any issues with me being too loud around the house. Preferably my room would have space for a desk in addition to a double bed so that I could game from my bedroom, therefore not disturbing anyone else. I wouldn’t be a troublemaker in any sense of the word; I avoid drama and do not have any bad habits such as taking drugs or smoking. Due to past experiences, I would prefer to live with people who identify as female as I am not quite as comfortable around males. Due to the nature of my work and hobbies, houses that have NBN would be great, but it's not a necessity! I'm also happy to help cook for the house; especially if the kitchen is pleasant to be in. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask! Thank you for your time, Elise

I'm Mackenna and I plan to move out of home to get closer to work and University I love cooking at home and a glass of wine and enjoy a social household as much as a Netflix binge. I work two different jobs while attending my first year of university, so I'm quite busy but I enjoy hanging out when I am home. I am a clean and respectful person and I am an ease to live with. I will prefer to move in during February/March, but am looking at feelers to secure a place now. :)

Highly educated, great communicator, respectful, considerate, easy going, tidy and clean, love fitness and coffee. I believe that one of the best things about living in a share-home is the people you meet and the new experiences you are exposed to. Cheers!
Looking for a house/room for the next 6 months as a minimum, with potential for ongoing/permanency if it's the right mix/set-up. About me: I'm starting a new job as a Physio in March, and moving up from Melbourne. I don't take life to seriously, happy to have chats and build a friendly rapport with fellow housemates. Am respectful of others lifestyles and preferences. Like to keep things neat and tidy, and am approachable, so if i'm doing anything annoying just let me know! Otherwise, working, staying active, riding mountain bikes are my main ventures. Looking to move in anytime in March, flexible with start dates. Shoot me a message if you're keen to tee something up. Cheers !
