Room available to the right person on a small farm. Beautiful environment with a big garden and great views. Lovely, quiet retreat from the city. Environmentally conscious household producing most food on the farm, tank water and solar power. Horse facilities including round yard and arena. Would consider a well behaved dog (poultry friendly!) or one horse to be kept on the property. Comfortable mud brick cottage with air conditioning and wifi access. 10 minutes out of Kilmore. Regular train service from Kilmore - 1 hour to Melbourne. Great little country neighbourhood with tight knit community. You would have a small furnished room downstairs in the cottage with your own bathroom. Rent negotiable if you're willing to help out on the farm.
I'm really neat and quiet and always pay rent on time. I'm looking for a place asap as I'm living in motels at the moment. I'm looking for work right now but until I find some I'm on Centrelink payments.
I’m honest and hard working, my hours are completely different to the normal 9-5 job which means I’m usually out and about before everyone else. I’m really self sufficient and I keep my space very clean and clutter free, I am looking to move with my dog who is 2 years old and loves people and animals all shapes and sizes. I’m happy to either be on property and have a small back yard.
Im 31 single with 4 kids. haha so thats funny. i am a full time contractor working in the building game. im pretty quiet very tidy and spend every second week with my kids who are all under 8yrs. im very easy going and enjoy a good chin wagg too. looking to share a house with another mature fun person young or old i don't mind as long as you have equal chillness
I am very relaxed, and (I like to think) kind. I dont throw parties, but enjoy cooking up a storm. I love musical theatre so on occasion when cleaning I love to blast Mamma Mia. I am a receptionist and my hours change every week however I am neat, tidy and looking for somewhere that I can relax (and get away from my family!) I am flying to the US in Late May 2018, so would love to work in with somewhere this would suit. Please feel free to contact me :)
Two Introverted young adults who spend most of their time gaming or at work, usually head out on the weekends to see friends and family and frequently spend a lot of time in their room! We both work casual with full time hours!
I and my friends are looking for 3-4 share rooms or a house has 3-4 rooms to rent at Kyneton or close to Kyneton. We like tidy, clean after ourselves. We are kindly, polite, talkative, team player, nice to live with, and NOT party animals. If you have some rooms are suitable us to stay, contact me then. Thank you so much!
2 rooms upstairs are already occupied by 2 people and they share an upstairs bathroom. 2 rooms are available downstairs and both rooms are large with BIR or WIR, include bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, and small tv, bedding and towels not supplied. Downstairs bathroom shared by only two people, those who rent the downstairs rooms, BBQ and entertaining deck out back with one acre of landscaped gardens including mature trees, fishponds, and rose gardens, flower gardens, a vegetable garden and fruit trees, all looked after by a gardener at no additional cost. Large lounge and kitchen open plan with breakfast bar, adjoining sunroom is where a very large pantry area adds additional cupboard space to the kitchen, the fridge is also in the sunroom creating extra cupboard space in the kitchen, laundry is European style off the sunroom including washing machine and clothes dryer. Toilet is seperate. Downstairs bathroom is spacious with a separate shower with new glass, a very large spa bath, and a large window overlooking the back garden shielded for privacy by the placement of a large water tank and mature plants placed to block views into the bathroom. There is also a formal dining room with sliding doors to back decking. Dining room has air conditioning, piano, well stocked bookshelves and cathedral ceilings raising the height of the roof to second storey level in a triangular design making the already large room seem even more spacious, perfect for entertaining should you wish to invite over a few friends and entertain privately using the dining room and its sliding door access to the large decking area, also furnished that overlooks the best views of the beautifully landscaped gardens. The large shared lounge is 8m x 5m not including the kitchen which adjoins it but is additional floor space. It has a charming wood heater that capably heats the whole house upstairs and downstairs within an hour and holds the warmth all night, electric reverse cycle heater / cooler and ceiling fan also in lounge available whenever desired but rarely used, the ceiling fan cools the whole area in summer because like the dining room the lounge also has cathedral triangular shaped ceilings at an even higher elevation. Rooms for rent are on ground floor of two storey house. Each room has individual deadlocks on door for security and privacy. No smoking indoors sorry.

Hi Guys, large house with yard available in Wallan VIC. The area has really developed in the last couple of years, which has seen a number of good local cafes and bars around. THE HOUSE: 3 large bedrooms (master with ensuite currently rented), the two remaining bedrooms share one large bathroom with Spa bath. Full ducted heating throughout and wood fire in lounge room, split system air conditioning. Large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. Seperate study / office area and large tiled rumpus room (currently empty - house mates may wish to turn this room into a gym, theatre room, activities room ect. I used to have a pool table and bar I there, but have since moved it out. When the property was leased by an agent it was marked as a 4th (double) bedroom) - would consider renting this space out to a tenant for their sole use if requested. The house also has a large alfresco area with cafe blinds perfect for entertaining and a large front and back yard (tenants job to keep maintained). BEDROOM 1: $200.00 per week. Large bedroom with queen bed (optional - can remove if preferred), bedside tables, curtains and large wardrobe. BEDROOM 2 (includes garage parking): $220.00 per week. Large bedroom with queen bed (optional - can remove if preferred), bedside tables, curtains and large wardrobe. OTHER THINGS WORTH NOTING: - water, gas and electricity is included. The property currently has Foxtel which is paid for my the remaining tenant. - minimum 3 month lease term and a 2 week bond required. - Hendrix (the ragdoll cat is the boss of the house) and Jagger (the frenchie) is also a current flat mate but will be moving out shortly. Pets considered upon application.
I work full time as an office admin/storeman in Campbellfield. I've lived in Melbourne for only a year now from the Gold Coast. I like to have fun but I'm also very laid back. I'm out going but I also like my personal space as well. I'm clean and tidy and I have respect for others.
Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm a 28-year-old male journo currently working at the ABC (so you know; integrity, respect, trustworthy nature, etc) in human interest stories... if that interests you. TL;DR version: - I have a large band t-shirt collection. - I really enjoy coffee and beer, but not together. I bake my own bread. - I enjoy watching The Office, F.R.I.E.N.D.S and anything about Harry Potter. I'm moving out of my house I'm renting in Lucas in the coming weeks due to the owner putting their house on the market. I'm open to living either near Ballarat CBD so I can walk to work, or in the nearby surrounding suburbs. A bit about me: I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I currently live with 2 females and have lived with a mix of guys and gals before, also growing up with three older sisters. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also colour-blind but that's a whole another story. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! I have a lot of existing items already including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, washing machine, dryer, etc. So I'm pretty self-sufficient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. I often like to come and go when I need to as I'm a fairly social person outside my four walls and spend a fair bit of time on the road. I am the kind of person that likes to bring a friend over to watch TV every now and then, so I like to be social with people and respectful of others in our shared spaces. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then grew up in Hobart, a couple of years in Melbourne then Mildura, so I've gotten used to moving recently for work, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place with work with a permanent job in media (yes, they actually exist). Ideally, I'm hopeful of living in a house of about 3 people (give or take a person), young professionals around my age (flexible with that) that have had experience in sharehouses before. If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have of potential rooms and shared spaces. I can provide professional and housemate references where required. Now that you've made it this far, I'd love to know more about YOU and what you're looking for in a place or housemate! Thanks :)
