The property is sort of like a little community, everyone is very polite and friendly. Everyone mainly keeps to themselves but are right there if you ever need anything. The property has a great outdoor area with a decking, comes with unlimited internet, apple tv and even the netflix password! There is one under cover car spot for the unit and various other uncovered off the street spots
Moving to Melbourne (from Brisbane) in late September for work. Sociable. Happy. Respectful. Clean. Usually pretty busy, but am easy going when I am at home. Will be working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Free time usually spent being active, out socialising with friends, or chilling while watching a movie/doco or reading a book.
HI! I am Olivia, been living in Melbourne for almost 2 years now, and looking at staying longer. Would love to team up with someone to find an awesome apartment in the Eastern suburb area that we can make home. I would prefer to live with females around the same age as myself to increase my connections if possible. I am very easy going, quiet and keep to myself, but do love to hang as well. Not into partying at all as i work full time as a Pharmacist (long hours). Would love to make new friends! I also love a good movie and popcorn! Kind, easy going, trustworthy, reliable.
About the house: Very spacious unit with a spare bedroom. Big enough backyard perfect for socialising and relaxing. The second bedroom is smaller than the master, but the open kitchen, living and dining room does make up for it . I've made an effort to make this house a home, and I've love to share it with someone. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to have any dogs, but cats are welcome, i do have a rabbit already but she has lived with cats before and they were fine together. About me: Like most i enjoy coming home and being alone and binge watching a tv series in one night... but i also love to come home, cook a yummy dinner and sit around with a couple drinks and have a good laugh. Really looking for someone to share the house and live together rather than just live separately in the same place :)

I am a working professional looking for a houseshare with clean, respectful, sociable, like minded working professionals; who are demanding the same from the flatmate(s) they are seeking. I am hoping to find an individual or existing group of flatmates who are well balanced in their approach to work, life and the household. Respectful of privacy; but sociable and fun when it is mutually appropriate. I have a 2.5 year old daughter, who on occasion, would be staying with me. The amount very much depends on where I will be living, but I think the reality is she will be staying with me one night during the week and every other weekend. Originally from UK, I've been in Australia for about 10 years after being sponsored by a company to emigrate here. I am a Project Manager for Telstra and my interests are gym, tv/films/docos, cars, technology, 8/9 Ball pool, darts, poker, moderate socialising and more recently The Wiggles and epic Mr Men stories. Look forward to hearing from you if you consider me a match and you would like to know more. I have not been imposed with a deadline to move and am required to give a month's notice before moving. This would of course be inclusive of a transition window.
I am 24 years old. Working as a nurse doing night shifts currently. Plan to continue studying next year. I have one small dog that doesn't dig holes or cause any trouble and also a cat that doesn't climb curtains or furniture. I am a happy person, that cleans up after myself and very easy going. Happy to pay more then $200 if bill are included.
John and I are a happy couple, we are quiet, clean and responsible. We love getting to know new people, John is working five days a week renovating houses. I am a doing part time study and looking for part time work.
Professional full time (technical executive) working in CBD. Seeking two rooms (happy to consider furnished and unfurnished). Will commit to at least 6 months, likely longer, depending on how houseshare goes. Have a primary school aged child living with other parent, so housemates need to be OK with a well behaved child over time to time. I would like a secure garage space (i.e. lockable, enclosed on all sides) to park 1x car, with the property within 10-15 mins walk to a train station. I'm easy to get along with, will always pay my rent on time, and respect others space. I'm both happy to consider an existing property, as well as team up with other people to rent another property. Happy for bills to be excluded from the arrangement (i.e. we split, for more transparency). Strongly prefer only sharing with 1-2 other people.
Very clean and respectful of housemates. My little doggo and I keep to ourselves most of the time unless the posty dares pass by or housemate wants some pats (for dog, not me). Note: he does not destroy or dirty the house. I have never lost money on a bond from having Max, he does not chew and is housetrained. I just started a new job 4-5 days a week. I tend to be on my computer a lot when I'm home; I cook regularly but do my dishes, am vegetarian but won't tell you what to eat, like to clean regularly and pull my weight. Never late on bills, happy to manage that kind of thing to be sure it's all sorted on time, we get discounts, etc. Usually up for a little friendly chat, but totally down with personal space and alone time. I don't enjoy a super social party home. Privacy is important to me.
Looking for a small group of people to move out with. I have a cat, am working full time and studying online. I like to talk but am also capable of keeping to myself :) Chuck me a message if you're interested! Ps: I pay for Netflix
I am easy going, tidy, clean and spend most of my time with study.
