Hello Im Amy. I work full time mon-fri and studying as well. I am a tidy person who's happy to keep the place clean and keep to myself. Im looking only for female house. cheers!
Josh and I are very tidy people who have a lot of respect for others. We are highly driven and motivated to progress through our lives and achieve our life goals. Josh has a Full-Time job and I a Part-Time, although I am searching for a Full-Time position so we would only be home ever so often. Late nights would not be an issue as we don't want to disturb other's sleep :) Keeping in mind that sometimes I work until 10/11pm in my current job. We are looking at share houses as a temporary solution as to save up for a more permanent living arrangement. We both currently smoke although have the respect of those who don't like it. We would create our own outside smoking area or just go for a walk so that the smell isn't near the house if that is preferred :) We are also very punctual and reliable with rent being paid on time! :)
Nearly a brand new two storey, three bedroom townhouse that comes fully furnished except for your room. There is one bedroom available which is downstairs - it is actually the biggest room in the house with the biggest BIR. Close to two big parks, awesome food and the Ringwood nightlife (Ha!) with Knox and Eastland at your doorstep. Trains and buses are also within driving distance. You will have unlimited internet, Foxtel, a decent backyard which is going to be redone soon and outdoor entertaining area, big kitchen and even bigger pantry and washing machine all accessible to you. I also do have a 1 year old horse - more commonly known as Casper the labradoodle who will stalk you until some form of treat is provided
Hey there, I am a 28 year old female, easy going and clean looking for a housemate to share my two bedroom town house in Croydon South. It is comfortable and modern appliances (dishawasher, heating and cooling, large fridge, broadband etc). The room available is very spacious in size. There is also under cover parking if wanted. I have a small dog so would definitely consider a housemate with a dog. Would prefer a housemate in their 20s or 30s male or female. Room is available as of 1 February 2017 as my current housemate is moving out of town.
I'm starting to study again this year and will be working casually so I won't be around overly much, more than happy to socialize but also happy to keep to myself. I do have a pug, that is house trained as well.
I'm a very tidy, quiet person, I love to get to know new people, I go out nearly every morning to go for runs, I love animals but don't have any, I'm going to start studying tafe and looking for a job currently
I'm a very quiet, caring & trustworthy person. I would prefer to live with an elderly lady if possible as I enjoy a simple & quiet lifestyle. I have been living in the Ferntree gully / Boronia area for most of my life.
Hello, My name is Blake 24 years young, I've recently returned back from living, working & treveling for 2years overseas, I am in need of a place to live, ideally somewhere close to public transport for convenience and work reasons (But doesn't have too be near public transport as i do have my own vehicle) Things I do NOT do are: Smoke, Take drugs, Drink heavily, And go on tinder hook ups. I am a pretty laidback guy, I love to cook and will of course always clean up after myself. I like to think that I am a pretty decent guy to hang out with drama free, quiet, adventurous, spontaneous, fun and who respects privacy. I currently work full-time Cheers Blake
I work in childcare, about to start a new job as full time. I enjoy my down time, and will respect your space and will also be down to share good talks and dinners :)
Very easy going, neat guy with a friendly personality. I enjoy watching all types of TV series, movies and listening to music. I have a flair in the kitchen and can cook some delicious meals. I am happy to hang out or give people their space. Looking to share or team up with like minded people. Anywhere in the Eastern suburbs.

Hi there. Elly and I currently rent a house together in Nunawading. Our lease is up on the 21st of January so we are starting to look for a new house to rent as well as a 3rd house mate to come along with us. We are looking in the eastern suburbs for a 3 bedroom house around $150-$160 per month each. A little bit about Madison: 23 years old, works as a full time receptionist/admin officer and studying Cert IV in Business. Likes adventures, movie nights and tattoos! A little bit about Elly: 26 years old, works are a part time disability support worker and studies Occupational Therapy. Likes chocolate, going to the gym and watching Netflix. We are both easy going, like hanging out with our housemates but our own time also and we are both very clean. If you are interested in looking for a house with us then shoot us a message!
I am 45 years of age, quiet type and generally keep to myself a lot. I work fulltime including half day Saturdays so like to relax on Sundays with my dog and go for drives. I have a 12 year old son whom stays every second weekend with me. My dog is a Kelpie Cross and is a playful energetic friendly dog.
I've recently moved from Byron Bay back to Melbourne to be closer to my family as my sister has recently had a baby. I am currently living with them in Rowville but I'm hoping to find a place of my own nearby, within up to 20 minutes from there. While a self contained residence would be ideal, I have experience living in shared accommodation and am open to doing it again if I find the right fit. I can provide a recent rental reference to assure you that I am a reliable tenant: consistently paying rent on time and always treating my home and flatmates with consideration, care and respect. I'm easy to get along with and find it easy to get along with most. I'm friendly and polite, happy to have a chat but also enjoy time to myself in my own space. Having a mutual respect for each others privacy is a must. I teach and perform music for children in Childcare Centres, Primary Schools and Secondary Schools. I'm definitely too old for a party house but still enjoy a social one. Feel free to ask if you need more info. Thanks for reading and good luck!
I am a 18 year old female from Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. Currently in Australia on a work/holiday visa after arriving here late November 2016. Quite a private person, keep myself to myself but I am very polite and friendly. I am a emaculate person and like to stay on top cleaning.
hey Im jinky :) I am an easy-going with people, tidy, who pays bill on time and I am also extremely respectful of someone's space. Non-smoker, dont party alot but doesn't mind having a drink one or two occassionally with flatmates :) Working full time as a Registered Nurse (shiftworker) and moving to Melbourne from NZ. Looking for a place that it is near to public transport as much as possible.
Hi, looking to find a share house with people who are the following -around my age -clean and respectful -preferably non smokers -preferably vegetrian or vegan If you would like to know more just inbox me. Thank you :)
Just a relaxed couple that probably spend more time in bed watching netflix or at work than around the house. We have a very large very harmless dog, a malamute/husky who doesn't dig or bark and really just wants cuddles. We both are either at uni or working 5-6 days a week, but when we are home we're a pretty chill couple, we like to be social and would love to occasionally cook for everyone, as cooking for two people is pretty much impossible! We MUST HAVE complete access to either a large garage or big storage shed, as we have a large amount of sound and lighting equipment to store, as part of a business we run. Willing to pay extra rent to do so, also willing to pay extra towards the bond due to the dog. We have a years rental history and are more than happy to get a reference from both our landlord and dog trainer if need be. We have been together for 3 years, don't smoke, love pets, and are pretty chill about whether other people smoke or drink. We have a fridge, washing machine, dryer, stand up freezer, tv + cabinet, couch ect, so most of the stuff to make up a house, however our current place is tiny, so combining furniture with others is easy done. We're just a couple of nice people who would prefer to have housemates rather than live alone as we like to socialise, but are more than happy to keep to ourselves. :)
Hello all... I would like to find a nice room in a laid back but yet vibey household... Not long back from living o/seas, now back in Melbourne working full time in the Eastern Suburbs, and so hoping to find some cool people out and around that area to share with. Have shared before, I like a clean house, I'm easy to get along with, love music, love travel, cooking, sport, outdoors...etc..etc. So please...shoot us a message! Cheers, Adam...
I'm a quiet person, binge watch shows on netflix. i play guitar, juggle, I have a house full of things already as I own everything in this sharehouse that is about to be disbanded. This place was shared by 4ppl, now 2, now 1, and rent is simply too much. I have one pet named Navi, she is a blue quaker parrot. she is toilet trained (mostly)... she talks and can make noise when shes cranky, she goes to bed at 8pm and doesn't make any noise until about 10am.
My name is Beau, I'm a 25 year old transgender, bisexual, vegan, moving back to Victoria after living in NSW for 7 years. I've been studying a Bachelor of Visual arts, but will be switching to a Bachelor of Arts at Deakin in 2018. In the meantime I will be working and hopefully studying a Barbering course part-time. I'm very clean, respectful, reliable, and laid back. I love cooking, gardening, and painting. I'm not a huge party animal, but enjoy a couple of drinks once in a while. I have a 3 year old French Bulldog cross, named Yoda. He's extremely friendly and loveable, and very easygoing. He won't dig up the garden or bark excessively, but he does enjoy a tummy rub and snacking on fruit.
Currently at this point of time, I'm 32, will be 33 in june. I'm a pretty simple guy that doesn't ask for much. Bit quiet at first thanks to my anxiety, but once i feel comfortable, i'm pretty chatty. I'm a good listener. I enjoy going on long road trips, fishing, camping, catching up with my few close friends and also being nerdy in front of the computer either playing games or delving into the weird corner of YouTube.
