Friendly and pleasant to talk to, but I also like my quiet time and I enjoy my own company. I'm on a steady fixed Disability support pension so I'd ideally love to keep rent at less than $180 per week, including bills (somewhat negotiable) so that I can meet my budget goals as I'm currently saving for a car. I would prefer somewhere I can maintain some privacy such as renting a bedroom with an ensuite/own bathroom, or a granny flat for example, in a quiet, friendly home. I'm neat, clean and polite. I am currently renting in Bright, Victoria, I just gave my 28 day notice to vacate so I would like to be settled in a new place by end of November if I can, and am flexible of duration of stay. My real estate will be more than happy to provide a great reference, I have not been late once with rent, and given them no trouble as a tenant. Can provide older references too. I enjoy reading, some gardening, spending time with family and my cat. I will be busy several days a week helping my sister with her child while she is at work. I love movies, music and cooking/baking. My cat Bear is 6 and she is very timid, and keeps to my room or the yard, so if possible I'd love to live somewhere that doesn't have other dogs/cats as Bear is a real scaredy cat! I'm also happy to sign a Pet Agreement. I'm an outside smoker and am happy to have further discussion or for you to ask any questions about my situation, your expectations etc. Thank you.
Hi my name is Jessica I am hearing impaired I currently live in western suburbs my empolyment is dog grooming in the eastern suburbs I have 10 month desexed indoor litter trained cat looking to move closer to my workplace ASAP
Hi everyone! A little bit about the house: It's a beautiful two story space, with a spacious open floor design downstairs and all bedrooms located upstairs. Includes a small backyard, inducted air conditioning/heating, dishwasher and decent storage space available. Happy to split internet cost too :) One of the rooms available has access to a garage, whereas the second space will need to park on the street. Both rooms are basically the same size and have built in double wardrobes. Large enough to comfortably fit a queen bed and a desk. Rent is paid monthly, bond is $587 (Equal to a months rent). As my room mates are moving out there's room to bring across furniture if you have it. If not, I'm happy to source the bits that are missing (E.g. a couch and kitchen table). A 5 minute drive to Croydon Station, 10 minute walk to the local shops, bus stops close by and rather quiet as its away from the main road. **Flexible with move in date - can arrange an earlier move in date if needed :)
- Ideally seeking a female housemate! - It is a fairly new place so it has modern furnishing and the rooms are large - Open plan living area - Small yard area and BBQ - Ducted heating and air-con - Bus stop outside our place - Short drive to the shops and to Croydon Train Station Need to Know - The photo of the room is the real estate agents, so its not furnished as shown. - We have a 10 year old Ridgeback/Lab so you will need to be comfortable with dogs but he is friendly! - Bills (Gas, Elec, Water) are split equally - We require a two week bond and a months rent upfront. So bond is $320 and a months rent is $690 (per calender month) so total of $1,010 is required upfront.

Hi, I am Robert, I'm Hungarian and 37 years old, I came to Australia to study, work and to experience this wonderful country. I've just got my Diploma of business and looking forward to do my Bachelor of Business. I'm looking for a clean place with a private room and some fun and social people. I'm a friendly and sociable guy, who respect the house rules and have no problem sharing common spaces. I've been working as a chef (full time) at an Aged Care Facility in Wantirna. When I'm not working: I love fishing, getting a workout, going out with friends, reading or just play master chef in the kitchen (One of my professions is a pastry chef). I also enjoy games, listening to music, do some activity or simply watch a movie. I'm a non-smoker, organized, tidy guy. If it sounds interesting then shoot me a message or an email and I'll get back to you asap!:D Cheers, Robert
I’m looking for an awesome roomie to live in this cosy little house with myself, its a nice renovated house with wooden floorboards, fireplace, modern kitchen with dishwasher, split system heating and cooling, enclosed off private entertaining deck and decent front garden with vege patch. Pretty much will have your own bathroom as I’ll have my own and practically have the house to yourself most of the time, as I work 10hr days Mon-Fri and generally on the weekends, plus I go gym most nights, so really wont be there all that much. Looking for someone who is easy going and who caries a positive demeanor, responsible & reliable with keeping up with payments and knows how to keep a clean environment. Preferably seeking people who are working full time.. but ultimately not essential. Students or people with benefits who can prove to me their longevity of past financial security/stability will be welcomed too. Ideally people for 6month+ stay. Located not to far from the station, 2min walk from the supermarket, cafe’s and other shops and about 10-15m walk to Ringwood East station with a bus stop at end of street that takes you there. Closeby public transport takes you to all the Major train lines and surrounding suburbs. 2 weeks bond is expected, Rent is 190pw with split bills, when 3rd tenant moves in will reduce rent by 20pw and bills will be split 3 ways equally. Scoured the net, and on the best plans with the best rates Energy/Gas/Internet, so split bills will work out fairly cheap. Unlimited Cable Internet with WiFi. A little about me I’m 25 and I manage a company of electricians Mon-Fri, am into a whole lot of things, am quite a diverse dude, some being my health (gym, meditation, cooking, yoga) loves a doco or going on a hike, play basketball and overall am rather a chilled guy, very understanding and easy to live with, as long as respect is shown mutually back I’m sure we will make great roomies, I like to have a laugh and joke around (life's short so I like to enjoy it) and occasionally share a dinner/wine over a good chitchat, maybe play a boardgame or the occasional Netflix binge whatever. Will have a rotating chore roster so everyone pitches in every week to keep the house nice & clean. Pets Considered upon inspection and approval. If apply, please use a photo as I like to see who I’m dealing with. If you think that this sounds like it suits your needs, then shoot me a message. Look forward to hearing more about you :)

A fantastic personality who gets along with anyone but also respects the privacy of others. Likes to keep her area clean, can cook and has house sat since the age of 16 years old. Respectful of others in the household and can adapt well to house rules.
John and I are a happy couple, we are quiet, clean and responsible. We love getting to know new people, John is working five days a week renovating houses. I am a doing part time study and looking for part time work.
I'm a 22 year old full time administration worker at a production company in Bayswater. I live a generally quiet lifestyle between work, gym and netball as I'm trying to save for bigger and better things one day. I love to cook and have an unhealthy relationship with Netflix (who doesn't)! I have a little gold fish who spends my Saturday nights in with me and though I'm generally a hermit, I do occasionally go out and have a boogie with my pals but it's a rarity.
Cleanliness in kitchen, bathroom and of the main shared areas are a must. Not keen on sharing in a house with pets or smokers. I have years of experience renting in share houses therefore i know the drill - being attentive to the house and mindful of personal space. I like to gym, do Pilates, healthy eating and cooking, and spend time browsing the net.
We are a friendly, clean and quiet couple looking to save some money by living in share accomodation. We both work and always pay our rent on time. We get along with everyone and make friends very easily so we hope to move in with easy going friendly house mates.
Hi All....I'm a former homeowner of 25 years and once my kids moved out I downsized. Recently I sold my small unit and am in between purchasing a home. I am looking for ongoing share accommodation. I have most of my own gear for a small unit with some of it kept in storage. I make an awesome housemate because: I laugh stacks, I work in professional employment in education and relate well to most personality types, can cook, I am clean and organised (but I am happy to make little messes if that makes me too tidy, ha ha), I am a really healthy person and don't smoke or take any drugs. I have great friends and family and a nice boyfriend. I love cycling and am usually either at work or out cycling or hiking. I just use my home as a base where my fulfilling life revolves around. I travel alot and so am away often. I care heaps about people. My personal ethos is "that all people matter all of the time." I have two canaries who can live in my room. Their singing is beautiful. They fly outside the cage for a short time when I am home. If they cannot come there is a great friend they can live with for the time being. I can bring a great fridge and washing machine with me. I also have a terrific TV and lounge-suite.
Super easy going & I laugh lots. Get along great with others but also understand the importance of alone time. I enjoy going on hikes & staying active, in my spare time I watch a lot of films and read books
I'm a 17 year old student finishing year 12 and will be beginning an apprenticeship as an electrician next February. I'm currently working at a winery on the weekends and when I'm not doing that, I love reading, playing and watching soccer, doing anything with my best friends and of course, Netflix. I'm fairly quiet and will keep to myself but am still keen to meet new people and hopefully make new friends! Thanks for taking the time to read :)
We've been a couple for 7 years. We're friendly, tidy, quiet, and easy going. We both work full time. We're not partiers, and we don't smoke (don't care if you do). More than happy to have a chat and a few drinks with you, and will always respect your personal space when you need it. I'm vegan but Callan is omni, so your diet doesn't matter! We have a female desexed (mostly) indoor cat, and are looking at adopting a dog sometime in the future. We're happy to live with your cat and/or dog if they get along with other animals and they're house trained :-) We're interested in living with another couple (cheaper rent!) ideally also in their 20s, but a single person is fine too. We're hoping for somewhere between Bayswater and Ferntree Gully, but also open to any surrounding suburbs because with this market you can't be too picky... We don't really care who you are or what you do, as long as you're trustworthy, considerate, and can clean up after yourself!
Hi! My name is Grace. I have two rabbits and work in retail. I’m quiet and respectful. I enjoy cleaning but my room can get cluttered. I generally keep to myself but do enjoy having a chat! I love gardening and have an extensive collection of indoor plants.
Hi i am Candice i work in aged care and have 2 house trained cats named Salem and Luna. I love to chill and watch a movie or head out on a hike or another random trip. I'm a tidy, easy going person who always pays their rent on time
