Hey all! I'm from Glasgow, Scotland. I've been working and living in Sydney for a year now. I've lived in shared accommodation throughout the duration of my stay. So super clean, tidy and respectful. I'm not looking for a party house but do enjoy having a drink or two! Looking for somewhere long term around 6 months of so. Looking for a private room too :) Feel free to ask me anything Zahrah xoxo
Located in the prestigious suburbs of Alexandria and Zetland, this newly renovated, fully furnished 3 bedroom house offers convenient inner city live. Just moments away from Green Square station you will be very mobile with your travels, either you are going to the airport or to the city, its just 10 minutes by train. The place has been furnished in a very stylish manner with all the appliances needed - fridge, washing machine, dryer, cutlery, plates, pans etc... There is a backyard with lockup garage for up to two cars. Theres also a BBQ for those upcoming hot weekends.
Hey! Norwegian girl living in Sydney on a 1-year working holiday. Currently staying in hostels, looking for a private room in a nice share house. Studying economics and business management online whilst also working full time as waitress in Alexandria, so preferably somewhere close to that area or a train station with good connections to central/green square! I’m friendly, easy going, and adventurous. I enjoy working out, sports, hiking, photography, and going out for casual drinks whenever I have some spare time. Working most days and in my free time I’m usually out with friends so won’t be around too much. Although I’m young I concider my self a mature person, previously lived with people 10 years older than me and we had the best time. Would like to be friends with my flatmate/s and do stuff together, but do also appreciate privacy and respects others. Clean and tidy, good cook;, non-smoker. Cheers!!
FLEXIBLE On move in date and rent as I am looking for somewhere that I love and lucky not to be in a rush! ME: I'm a 30 year old who works full time in infrastructure comms, hours being 9ish-5ish, with the occasional late night and some regional travel. I'm pretty social and get out of the house most evenings if only to go to yoga or something. At home, I alternate between being social and hiding in my room with a book. I stay up quite late most nights, so you may hear me creeping to the fridge to stare at the contents before convincing myself it's way too late for a snack. WHAT I'M AFTER - MUST have my own bathroom or ensuite. - Must have decent sized built-in wardrobes. - Ideally some kind of parking solution. - Prefer not to live with a couple. Also, would really appreciate air-con but as long as there's decent insulation not a big deal! YOU: Gender or sexuality wise - no preference. I just like friendly and genuine people as I am the same. (Fair warning - am rather grumpy in the morning). I'm looking for somebody considerate and straight to the point (blunt even) so that little household issues don't turn into hurt feelings and instead get resolved easily. I.E. if you think I'm being crap or my tv is too loud or whatever just tell me and vice versa. - A non-negotiable quality is the desire/willingness to keep shared places clean, particularly the kitchen. Open to a cleaning roster if that's easier, or maybe even a cleaner. (Victim of post-traumatic share stress disorder on this issue) - Ideally somebody I can talk to/joke around with so that we can have a comfortable balance of doing our own thing and interacting. GUESTS : - Not open to a "party house" but definitely need everyone to be able to have friends over for a gathering occasionally or an unplanned overnight guest (common sense/consideration being key.) FOOD SHARING AND FURNITURE: ◦ Happy to share any bulk food items - I cook pretty well but it's not a hobby of mine. Would consider a room with a bed in it depending on the quality of the bed, as I plan to buy a new one. PETS Love animals but would only consider a breed that doesn't shed if living indoors.
Having traveled around the world, I enjoy the company or presence of a fun and interesting personality, and to have that in a roommate would be ideal. A little about me: I'm currently working as a photographer and a mechanical engineer. As a roommate: I'll be bringing along my personality, stories, a helping hand, positive vibes, respect, giving your own space, cleanliness, and much more. My hobbies: painting, dancing on the streets, singing in the rain, meeting new people and traveling.
I'm looking for somewhere by early May, anywhere between redfern to Maroubra. Reasonably social guy but probably prefer only one or two housemates. Car port is ideal. Into surf and dancing and reading. Like to cook, but not that often. :)
Hey, I'm 26 years old and am currently working full time. I'm polite, tidy and considerate. I'm clean around the house and always happy to pitch in with any work that needs to be done. I like to think I have great taste in music and hopefully pretty easy to get a long with. Big video game nerd but I'm always looking to get out of the house and have a good time. I'm pretty tidy around the house and always happy to pitch in and help out
Fully furnished ultra modern three level terrace home in Beaconsfield. Room comes with a bed. We have a neat backyard with a BBQ and entertaining area, an atrium and a rooftop terrace which is great during summer :) We also have a beautiful kitchen, a study and fairly big lounge area. It's a great home with great people.
Hi there, My name is Kate and I’m 32 working full time. I’m a relaxed, easy-going and considerate housemate. I can be a social person but also I respect people’s space. I’m house trained and enjoy my living space being my sanctuary, a place to unwind. The simplest things make me the happiest; good friends, yummy food, the beach or a great tv show. Feel free to say hi :)
Hi guys, I work full time 6 days per week and also 2 days a week I have evening school! I’m clean, tidy, organize, quiet, easy going, social nice housemate:)) I like to drink wine or beer after work at home and watch movie weekdays. I'm looking for private room and nice housemates as well:)) Cheers

We are very easy going and neat and tidy. We love wine, food and board games and are keen to make friends with the people we live with. Currently working full time in Alexandria. Looking for someone who has a similar schedule to me. Like to keep everything clean but a clean freak. Looking for someone who is easy to get a long with but who is also respectful as space as a lot of the time just want to relax after a long day
I am a financial professional from Hong Kong, will come to Sydney for a 3-months work. I'm a easy-going person, so you can retain lots of privacy or often share your life with me. I would also like to share my culture and my knowledge about Hong Kong with you if you wish. I'm also a tidy person, willing to do housework for us. As I need to change my working hour often, I don't want a party house. In return, I would also be quiet when I am alone in the flat when you are sleeping. I enjoy exploring, especially local community, so I may go out alone in daytime. I can bring you along if you want.
Beautiful stunning house surrounded by cafe, tennis court,IGa supermarket, coles and Easy access to public transport. house with own backyard with Netflix, wifi facility. And very comfortable house. A small piece about me, I am 23 and have lived in Adelaide my whole life. I have a law and commerce degree and currently work in one of the Big 4 accounting firms. I love to socialise with friends and family and live a busy and filled life. I am really looking for a place to stay with people who will be the first friendly faces I meet in Sydney and can give me a few tips about what Sydney has to offer!
I'm 23 years old working full time in HR. Looking to find a new place to call home as I'm currently living with my sister who is moving away and am used to a warm and family-like environment. I'm very friendly, clean and easy to get along with. I enjoy cooking dinners at home and chilling out during the week, will never say no to a glass of wine and Netflix or a few hump day beers. While I respect personal space I'm not looking for flatmates that just keep to themselves I want a sociable and fun household. On the weekends I like to get out and about; go for walks, grab a coffee, go to the beach and enjoy a drink (or 5). Love trying new restaurants/bars and having a good time. Looking for like-minded flatmates (either girls or guys- no couples) to share with. Private room only and some sort of outdoor/entertaining space preferred. Let me know if you think I'd make a good fit to your place, would love to hear from you.
Gday future housemates, About me: 28, currently working fulltime as an engineer in the city, recently moved in from Melbourne. I have recently finished my Masters Of IT and have been working ever since, enjoy my time cooking, wine, working and keeping fit. I like to party and would consider myself fairly social but do not bring parties back home. I always clean up after cooking and do my best to keep the community areas neat and tidy. I have been living in a shared arrangement for over 12 years with all kinds of people, never had trouble with landlord or housemates, so you can say I am well trained and friendly. I love computers far more than I should as it's my job but I wouldn't consider myself as a geek (ok, maybe a bit). I do not watch TV (occasionally Rick and Morty or Mr Robot) so you get the couch to yourself. You can talk to me about anything: Music, Politics, cooking, Work, relationships.. anything. I love wine and beer but all in moderation. I love coffee science, you would often see me make good brews. Love a good run and often sweat it out in the gym. I will be your good friend but also make sure you get your space when needed. I am flexible, Can move in or team up. Cheers, Kal
Hello Im 30 from Newcastle in England and not been in Sydney too long. Working full time as an Air Conditioning engineer. Im super clean, slightly OCD, spend half my time tidying up after the people I live with and I am looking for somewhere closer to my mates in Zetland or the surrounding areas whilst I get my head down and save some money. Im super chilled, quiet and respectful, I would take the lease on my own place but not sure what my plans are as just on a working holiday visa at the moment. Ideally would like my own ensuite or bathroom in a modern flat in Zetland but also open to similar properties in the surrounding areas. Ideally living with just one other male or female around the same age, love animals so if you have pets I can also help out with those. Love my football, or should I say soccer now Im over here, just got back into the gym and also love my music. Like to go out for at least one night on a weekend after working hard all week but love to have a calm, quiet retreat to come back to, certainly not after a party house. Could commit for at least the 3 months. If that sounds any good lets chat. Thank you. Carson

I'm moving to Sydney permanently in May and would love to come view your flat. I'm a 22-year-old straight male from New Zealand, moving to Australia for work. I currently fly back and forth between Auckland and Sydney working as a Key account manager for a logistics firm in Beaconsfield. I would consider myself an active and social guy. Snow Skiing and surfing are my life. I'm social and love getting out on my weekends for a drink or something adventurous but also enjoy lounging around, listening to music, watching movies and eating good food. I've flatted in NZ for the last four years of my life, I'm clean, tidy and considerate and keep to myself when need be. Let me know if i'm what you're looking for in a flatmate.
