I am a neat, tidy and will always clean up after myself. Pretty laid back. If people want to chat, I'll chat. If they want to be left alone to do their own thing, that's cool too. Am pretty quiet at home. I work full time in a government agency which is actually the reason I moved up to Sydney 5 months ago from the South Coast. As long as I live near atrain station (walking distance) and within 40 minutes of my station in the city, I don't mind what suburb I live in as long as it's a decent and clean place!
Just signed lease - moving in Friday 23rd Feb. Only 5 minutes walk to Green Square station, this cute little cottage boasts comfort both inside with your own room and built in robes, the spare room will be used as a home office where you may also enjoy the space and outside a little garden to relax to. There is NBN internet and I will be buying the fastest package available. I have a 12mth old border collie puppy. He's very hyperactive - so those of you whom are looking for a running partner - look no further.. LMAO Anyone with a sofa, fridge or washing machine will be favoured, although I do understand that I will need to buy these things anyway.
Male 24 working full time in Quality Assurance Independent, reliable and friendly. I am required to give 3 weeks notice for moving out of my current sharehouse. --- Ideally I am looking for a place with NBN that I can connect through ethernet cable (no wifi only places please) In my spare time I am a content creator, however due to family moving overseas I no longer have access to internet fast enough to keep up with my needs. I'm looking for internet speeds of 5Mbps upload or more and an unlimited plan as to not cap data from streaming. Speedtest.net will show you your results if you are unsure. I generally keep to myself when I get home from work as I will be working on videos etc so I shouldn't bother anyone too much. My room becomes my office when I am home. I receive notifications of messages using the Flatmates messaging system. Please do not call without first arranging a time as I will most likely be working.
I'm Ash (short for Ashton) a full time professional looking for my next home. Friends would call me easy going, mature and sociable. Self proclaimed foodie and amateur guitarist. I enjoy playing basketball and footy to keep fit. I'm someone who is always up for a good laugh/chat and also respects personal space and privacy. I'm clean and organised (not to the point it's OCD haha) so looking for like minded people in that respect. Not looking for a party house but I do enjoy a couple drinks on occasion. I work night shift from 7pm-7am on a 4day on 4day off roster so I'll be in and out of home at different times. Some nights you'll get the place to yourself, other nights I'll be home getting some R&R. I'm open to living with people of different genders and sexualities. As long as you pay your rent on time and clean up after yourself we're going to get along quite well. I'm flexible with pets and if you have a dog that would be awesome! *Flexible with the move in date- Mid/late March to early April* If you have questions shoot me a message and I'll get back to you. Cheers.
We have 2 dogs, 1 small 1 medium to large sized. We are very clean and tidy, always on time with rent payments. We work hard, Dave 6 days a week and Lucie 5 days a week.
I'm a mum to a wonderful four year old boy named Noah and a beautiful 12 year old fur baby (cat) named Rocco. I work from home and am a mum most of the time (but share custody with Noah's dad, so I have Noah about 70% of the time). Noah goes to school in the mornings Monday - Friday and then we're usually at home for a little bit in the early afternoon, then out doing extra curricular activities, scootering around the block, playing at the park or swimming at the pool. We're an active duo. I do Energy Healing, Kinesiology & Craniosacral. We are a healthy household, as organic as possible, as environmental as possible and no TV in the house. My passions are music, spirituality, healthy living, games (cards, board games, trivia, etc), the beach, traveling, spending quality time with family & friends, yoga/pilates, going to concerts, baking paleo/raw treats. I'm actually quite the baker lately & usually have something fresh baked every day or two, which I'm happy to share with you. I'm easy going, a non-smoker, occasional drinker (enjoy Friday drinks with my friends), very clean (not to the point of OCD, but I like to keep the house clean & zen), friendly & social gal who is originally from Canada. Sydney is my home now - I became a citizen two years ago. :-) We're looking for a 3 bedroom house in the inner west (moving from the North Shore) and to have a conscious, healthy, non-smoker, clean, kind, easy going and fun flatmate join our household. Noah and I would each have our own separate rooms and then the 3rd room would be for the flatmate. You must love kids and cats! Don't be surprised if Noah becomes your best friend. He's an amazing soul who is extremely social and develops deep bonds with people easily. Rocco is another amazing soul who loves to cuddle. His favourite thing is cuddles and pats on the sofa in the evening. If you feel like we would be a good match for each other, please get in touch and we can take it from there. :-)
From New Zealand moving to Australia in May for work. I'm a social guy, looking to meet a bunch of new people that share similar interests. I love surfing and anything active or outdoors I'm clean, tidy, organized and more happy to do my own thing when need be. Preferably want to move into an apartment or townhouse but open to anything.
I grew up with a large household, so I'm use to pulling my own weight around the house, while also being a sociable person. Although I do take my studies seriously I like to have fun to make sure I don't become a hermit drowning in textbooks. But then again, if you're like that, I'm pretty flexible. Basically I'm someone that you could have a meal with and talk about life but also can be told to bugger off without being offended.

Gday future housemates, Moving from Melbourne in search of a Job (have few leads and references) . My current contract as a software engineer (IT) is over in Melbourne and since there are plenty of opportunities available in Sydney I will like to try my luck. I have recently finished my Masters Of IT and have been working ever since, enjoy my time cooking, working and keeping fit. I like to party and would consider myself fairly social but do not bring parties back home. I always clean up after cooking and do my best to keep the community areas neat and tidy. I have been living in a shared arrangement for over 12 years with all kinds of people, never had trouble with landlord or housemates, so you can say I am well trained and friendly. I love computers far more than I should as it's my job but I wouldn't consider myself as a geek (ok, maybe a bit). I do not watch TV (occasionally Rick and Morty or Mr Robot) so you get the couch to yourself. You can talk to me about anything: Music, Politics, cooking, Work, relationships.. anything. I love wine and beer but all in moderation. I love coffee science, you would often see me make good brews. Love a good run and often sweat it out in the gym. I stay up till late so I get up late ( that's life of an engineer) but don't worry I am very quiet. I will be your good friend but also make sure you get your space when needed. Cheers, Kal
Hi! Generally quiet and clean person, looking for a nice place to stay for about a year. open to new experiences and friendships with whoever i live with! Currently working as a chef so would have varied times of being home. Look forward to hearing from anyone!
Hi guys, my name's Daniel and I'm currently in Newcastle for a training course with work. After this course I'll be heading to Sydney to take up a new role with a regional airline so proximity to the airport and ease of public transport to get there is a must. Estimating on being in Sydney from Sunday the 1st of April (and no it's not an April Fools thing, it's just when the plane gets in :p) I'm a pilot from Perth and am a really practical and down to Earth kind of guy. I love new experiences and lead an active lifestyle so enjoy getting out for a run, swim, hike/camp, travelling or sampling different local beers. I don't smoke and I won't be bringing any kids or pets and will gladly help out around the place and tend to be pretty clean myself. Looking for 6-12 months in the above suburbs as they are pretty close to the airport and not far from town, but open to suggestions with your superior local knowledge. Ideal location would also have a supermarket, some cafes and maybe a pub/bar or two within walking distance. I prefer share houses that would have a maximum of 4 occupants and am pretty clean and very considerate myself. So if you happen to have a room with a bed and think I may be a good fit, please feel free to contact me. Cheers! Dan
Hi everyone!, I am currently looking for a great place to stay while I am here in Sydney from the 10th April to late December. My course at NIDA is 4 days a week and 9-5 so I won't be home very often and on weekends I will be working. I'm fairly quiet at home, but I'd like to live in a place with equally social flatmates who are happy to hang out and share a meal or drink on occasion. I am a really easy-going and open minded person! I'm looking for a relaxing, tidy and comfortable home.
I'm Carlos from Colombia but I've been living in Australia since Nov 2015. I'm new in Sydney just arrived 6th February came from Perth. ☺️ I'm friendly, kind, respectful, interested in meeting new people and make friends, specially locals and English native speakers which is great to continue improving much more my English skills. I prefer non smokers, non party animals, kind, down to earth, sociable housemates not just to see everyone in their room. Share a house is with the purpose of making friends and sharing experiences and memories. I study and work part-time, my hobbies are going to the beach, do exercise, visit new places and take pictures, try new food (no spicy), catch up with friends, learn about other cultures and make networking.

I am from Brisbane moving down to Sydney for work in a bank over in Darling Harbor. I am a chill guy who works a lot and likes privacy but enjoys having a meal or drinks with friends on the weekend. I also enjoy exercising so really don't spend a great deal of time at home except on the weekends. And I will be flying back to Brisbane occasionally.
Hey, I'm currently in a lease until the start of April but I'm looking to move somewhere more affordable ($300 max). I currently work shift work at around 50+ hours a week so I'm rarely home and if I am I'm usually watching Netflix or sleeping. I hope to move out with like minded people (I'm 22 and don't mind a glass of wine but I certainly don't want a party house) and I'm up for a chat. I'm veryyyyy clean and always clean up after myself and pay my rent and bills on time. If this sounds like your cup of tea, message me and we can chat further 🦋
Hi! I'm Eloi, a French student majoring in Computer Science. I will work full time in an IT company located in Alexandria as an intern. I am looking for a convenient fully furnished house or flat in a quiet environment to share with up to four people. As I am very tidy, clean and respectful, not keen on parties, I'd like my flatmates to be the same. I have already shared a flat. Apart from IT, I like swimming, aviation and walks to discover new places! I'd really enjoy exploring Sydney and some outdoor activities! Feel free to ask any question, Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey there : ) I am super excited to be moving to Sydney (from Brisbane), taking up a new full time role with Bondi-based brand Assembly Label. I am an explorer at heart, someone who values engaging conversations and connecting with creatives from all walks of life. That said, I am highly independent and naturally respect each individual's need for space. I am looking to share a home with people who are great communicators, have a sense of humour, and love to get together for the occasional drink or meal out. Ideally I am looking to move in early-mid March 2018, and into a property for the long term. I am chasing locations in Rosebery (where the office is based) and surrounds. If you have a property you feel would be suitable to my listing and would like to get to know a bit more about me, feel free to get in touch! Emilie.
Hey there, we have 1 room available in our fantastic, spacious, 3-level town house in Alexandria. The place is really quite amazing. Great design and heaps of space. There is one good sized double room available for $350 per week. The room has a built in wardrobe and the large and clean bathroom would be shared with only 1 other person. Bills are additional to rent but usually do not equate to more than $100per person per month ($23 p.w.) and cover high-speed internet, gas, electricity, water. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all possible modern equipment. There is lots of cupboard storage space so always plenty of room for everything. Next to the kitchen is a dining area surrounded by our internal garden and with a view to the skylight overhead. You would be sharing with 2 girls both +30 and creative minded professionals. We treat the house like a home and sometimes cook together. However, we all have busy lives and the place is spacious enough that if you require privacy you will have plenty of peace and quiet. The area really is a hidden secret with The Grounds of Alexandria and a selection of great new coffee and breakfast places all within 5 minutes walk. It's a 20 minute walk into Surry Hills or 5 mins and $8 in an uber, 30 mins walk to the city or 10 mins and $14 in an uber. Or a 2 minute walk to Green Square station where it is then one stop (2mins) to Central. Getting to the beach on the weekend is a 20-30 min bicycle ride or Coogee is 15 mins and $20 in an Uber, Bondi 25 mins and $25 in an uber. If you have a car there is always plenty of parking on the street available. We are looking for ideally a guy 30+ to make the house a home, someone who appreciates comfort and good design in a home and is sociable but laid-back and respectful of others space. If this sounds like you we'd love to hear from you.
