The locations is perfect for someone wanting to be close to the city and the major bus links to the city are about 2 minutes walk and the train is about 10 minutes walk so you can be in the city or Newtown in 25 minutes.

Contrary to the photos the bed does not come with the room as that is our previous housemate's but this means that you are free to make this room yours. It's north facing so not too hot in summer, and opens up on to the balcony overlooking the communal courtyard that you can see in the photos. Your bathroom is technically the communal one for the apartment, however we only use our one so unless there are people over it's all yours. Your home-to-be is a new apartment in a complex which was completed in 2017. It's north facing which means that it doesn't get too hot in summer, and we have heating/air conditioning in the rest of the flat so you'll be warm in winter (well, during little bit of cold that Sydney calls winter) and kept nice and cool on those days when you feel like you'll melt from that scorching Sydney summer sun. The kitchen has a Mele oven and gas stove, so if your keen on cooking you'll be set to create all that you desire. There is also a washing machine and dryer our little laundry. We're hooked up to the NBN and our internet is unlimited and reliable. All of the rooms, except the bathrooms, open up on to the balcony that overlooks the communal courtyard. This balcony is home to the little herb garden and is valiantly tended by our 5 month old staffy x puppy (see photos) when we're out of the house. Said puppy has attacked the basil and a bag of soil but other than that he is is toilet trained. He knows basic commands and doesn't bark however he's still learning his manners and will shower love and attention to any and all who walk in the door no matter how much you want it. The courtyard is a shared space that includes a number of lemon, lime, and mandarin trees which we are welcome to eat.
