Hello!! We have an available single bedroom located in the very front of the house. As such, you will have your own privacy and easy access to bathroom and toilet which are just next to your bedroom. Generally, the bathroom and toilet are like your own as we use own ensuite unless we have visitors in the house. The bedroom has BIR and partly furnished with mattress (you will need to provide your own base if required), desk & chair, bedside table & drawer! Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious & you will be provided with your own sections in fridge and pantry. You can use our kitchen appliances and utensils when needed. Internet: We provide Unlimited NBN Internet with Telstra. Parking: There’s an available parking spot on the street just in front of our lawn. Location: Location is great! Very quiet and close to public transport which is only 4 mins walk to bus stop to Morley Bus Stn where you can transfer to any other buses around Perth. This area is quite central to all of Perth and close to airport / Tonkin Highway without hearing either. The neighbourhood hood is really safe and quiet. Dogs or cats welcome . I have Foxtel on really good home gym table tennis and decent bbq area/ back yard which your welcome to use all. I don’t mind few people over on the weekends that’s cool to just no massive party’s.
Great relaxed house that backs onto reserve and shopping centre 200m away. Bus stop about 200m also. Quiet with respect for your privacy as well as mine, just you and one other house mate that doesn't party but likes to be social. Location is in new area of Caversham but a few minutes to Guildford, Swan Valley, Midland and the train. Also not as far as you might think to the city, I find travelling from the east is never bumper to bumper for kilometres like the freeway. Parking in driveway. Hi speed Wifi included so long as usage is reasonable and full access to all of the home as you normally would in your own home. Room overlooks the reserve and is queen size (just looks small in photos) and bathroom not used by other tenant. Home has a cleaner once a week free to you but just clean your own bedroom.
