One bedroom available in an open, airy, 2 bedroom house in Beachmere. Sharing with me, 36 y/o professional, non-smoking female. I am easy going and approachable, partial to a wine or two and a chat. The room is a good size with a ceiling fan. The house receives lots of breeze, has a balcony, a large garden and shed with undercover parking for your car. Prospective flatmates must be pet friendly as two dogs currently reside at the property with me. Consideration would be given to someone with pet/s of their own (pending approval from the owners). Our backyard looks straight onto Deception Bay, with a dog off-leash area just out the back gate. The area is rich with bird and marine life and would suit an outdoorsy person, or someone just wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and suburbs. We are 20 minutes from Bribie Island, and Caboolture and about an hour north of Brisbane CBD. Rent does not include bills, which include wifi, water, and power. Looking for a place to live until an overseas trip. Working part-time as Night-fill at Woolworth's so I do 7pm-12am. I'm very quiet about coming back that late though and won't disturb you. A bit of a bookworm and not into big parties or anything, just a few close friends and small gatherings. Always up for a chat and very easy going.
