My home is a 4 x 1 in a very quiet street in the foot of the hills of Perth. The house is very secure with a carport that can fit 2 cars and solar powered front gates. The room you will be renting is the largest bedroom in the house away from the other bedrooms and has its own split system for heating or cooling. The room is partially furnished but if you have your own bed or other furniture it can be arranged. TV point in bedroom should you need it and room big enough for its own sofa or couch or any seating. Large shed at the back if you need to store anything. There is a large living area with a kitchen table and some lounges, tv and foxtel. Located 13 minutes or 10km to airport and about 5 minutes to Midland gate shopping centre.
This is a family home with Granny flat attached under same roof it has its own kitchen , dining and lounge area . It is a safe environment for students , it has air conditioning and is fully furnished . It is not a party house and would prefer those that are not in party mode . We have a bus route that links to the Midland train station . We have Midland Gate shopping centre 10 min away .We will always be respectful to our tenants and expect the same in return. Would like proof of employment. As there are 2 rooms it will be a shared accomodation unless you wish to rent the granny flat by yourself the rent will be discussed further .

The only other occupant is my friendly cat named Louie; it's not essential for my housemate(s) to love cats, but you must be at least be OK with having one around! I do like my own space (at opposite end of house), and would appreciate a housemate who likes the same. This is a quiet, clean & tidy house, not a party place with a constant stream of visitors! The greenery with 2 bunny queens ruling in the big backyard soothes the mind. So near to the airport yet not much affected by flight takeoffs and landings. Common sense to keep our home secure by remembering to lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Special request to please remove outdoor shoes when entering the property to maintain the cleanliness. Indoor slippers and backyard slippers are provided if required. Please clean up after yourself, wherever you are! Minimum noise after 10pm please. No strangers in the house, unless agreed with me at least 1day in advance. Extra key bond of $120 required to secure the room and for the key upon acceptance. This will be refunded upon check out with key returned. Enjoy your stay and treat it as you would your own home!
