Hi All....I've moved from WA to spend time with family on the coast... I'm respectful of others things and property...I am neat and tidy...Quiet and peaceful surroundings is what I'm looking for....I have a home based business.. I enjoy yoga,( time to start again)..I am a social drinker and smoker (outside)... Cheers Jason
We are easy going, clean and considerate. Most people would describe us as friendly, open minded and polite. We both enjoy socialising however equally appreciate our own chill time as well. We are both lovers for animals (Eden is a vet nurse in training), travel and music. Through both of our own life hardships we have adapted to living out of home, renting from a younger age than most. We are often noted for being much more capable, mature and independant for our ages. Eden and I are able to politely integrate ourselves into a new living space with people of all backgrounds. Over the next 6-12 months we are needing a place nearby our local area (Mudjimba) to be able to work, keep active, study and save money to travel.
* STUDIO OR PRIVATE ROOM IN SHARE-HOUSE WANTED * Neat, tidy, mature and relaxed 34 yo working 2 jobs (1 full time and 1 part time) Child and pet free – Sunshine Coast local with lots of references Looking for something fairly private and bright with a little character / un-furnished before the end of May
I’m currently looking for somewhere for me and my beautiful 1 year old Kelpie pup Wally to live. I work full time currently and am not home much between Wed-Sun. I’m very easy to get along with and come with zero drama.
I'm here to see if anyone would be interested in applying for a nice rental together. I have been looking into share lease for rental accommodation or considering renting a room off someone already established. Must be respectful towards each other and each others property. I'm a neat person, don't have kids, don't have any pets but I do like animals, I don't smoke... Quick at paying my bills and always on time, I respect peoples privacy, I'm willing to compromise with wants and needs with the accommodation and I will always help out when I can. If you would like to get in contact feel free to message me. I'm a friendly and easy going person so don't hesitate to ask any questions. Wishing you all the best, Paul
I like to keep busy with photography and art and my dog. Enjoy walking my dog daily at beach and around Noosa. I like a quiet night in most nights with a glass of wine. Not a party person. I enjoy growing herbs and vegies in my zen garden & love to cook. Although I still smoke I'm working at quitting. I have a sense of humour and like a chat now and then. My little mate Teddy is a cute Jack Russell, He's 3 1/2 yrs old and my shadow when I'm home. I'm semi retired, starting again. Chef and photographer and artist. I'd love to have access to a workshop or shed for being creative in.
I have an egalitarian outlook to living with people; Always pay my share of bills on time, Clean & Tidy, Have shared with guys & Girls all over Aust - in my own home & houses I've rented; With lots of furniture or enough to help others, and I prefer to spend time working in Gardens, and/or driving & exploring an area. Fishing takes up a percentage of my time...
I work away a week at a time so someone that is on my opposite roster would be ideal. I am easy going and tidy. I come with a champion six year old daughter and a 13 year old staffy. I am an ex turf farmer so I love to look after the lawns. I have just signed a three month lease on a property in Cooroy so I would be looking at moving in early May.
I'm relaxed, fit, young at heart, vegan/vegetarian, spiritual, conscious person. enjoy outdoors, walking, running, cycling; I have a road & mountain bike, ex pro racer ;) I'm interested in teaming up with another/others to start a new share house :) I have a unit size of furniture, could fit easily in a single garage if not needed, or could share things with flatmate :)
Peaceful and quiet area, shops, cafes and public transport (bus & train), and popular Saturday markets are all only a short walk away. Only a 16 minute drive to Coolum Beach. Great outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. Built in robe in the room. A gluten free house hold - with housemates all putting in for groceries and taking turns at cooking. We have an outside dog.
I am a tidy, respectful housemate who is happy to have a chat but also to leave you in peace. I have lived in a sharehouse before and became close friends with my flat mates. I often cook for flat mates and like to have ‘family night’ with people. I am very sociable and like to go out on a weekend if I do not have work or study to do.
Beautiful secluded rainforest studio with big sunny deck. Studio has a proper kitchen with stove and oven. Space for washing machine on deck. Small but functional bathroom. Completely self contained living in one of the most scenic and peaceful locations on the coast. It’s currently unfurnished bar a nice wardrobe, I’m willing to help out with furnishings. As for bills, a contribution to power. Will be getting internet connected shortly and would require a contribution to the bill with this too. Other than that, that’s it. Would suit young professional or possibly a couple. Not really a party hangout but I have no problems with music played at reasonable hours and I don’t mind cigarettes smoked outside. No pets unfortunately as fencing doesn’t allow. Currently putting it up for rent for 6 months and will see how things go.
Well hey there, I'm Brendon **Looking to move in around June, 2018** I'll be on the lookout for a potential house-mate to find an awesome place; or a home-owner who is happy share their home! About me, I'm a full-time student with 2 part-time jobs. Having a busy lifestyle, I tend to be the clean, quiet, respectful and easy going house-mate that hopefully, you're after as well =) I'd love to hear from like-minded, pleasant people who are also on the hunt for a house-mate without any drama or any extra hang-ups. I have references from previous agents and landlords, along with character and professional. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. Also, I do have a pair of old, lazy cats who will be coming with me. They both come with references as well, and I am more than happy to discuss an added pet-bond, along with the necessary cleaning and bond-cleaning thereafter! Until then, happy searching. Warmest regards, B =)
Hi :) I have just moved to the Sunny Coast from WA for work. I am a full-time teacher looking for somewhere to live for the rest of the year. I am easy going and a great team player, especially in terms of keeping the house nice and tidy. Not home much during the week, and often out and about on the weekends exploring the coast! Would love to make a friend to live with.
I am a full time working girl as a leasing agent, are just about to relocate back to the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane and am looking for a beach vibe room/granny flat to rent. I always pay my rent and bills on time. Clean, tidy and neat human being. (Bit OCD when it comes to my room and the kitchen especially, never have to worry I won't clean or offer to help) I'm a out going person with a lot of confidence, so being shy and awkward is not a worry with me. Socialising is always good among room mates, but I also like to keep my privacy and sometimes I will binge watch movies after work. Going to the beach, nature walks and watching live gigs are just a few things I like doing on my weekends or when I have spare time. I don't have a partner or dog, and I am a LEO.
I'm an easy going honest down to earth guy who is clean and tidy.Social by nature at the same time I respect people's privacy. Love the beach and the outdoors.I work hard so I'm looking for a comfortable peaceful environment to live in. Work for a Cosmetic company on the sunshine coast.
I’m looking for temporary housing. I’m unemployed on disability payments, currently exempt from working as I’m working on my mental health. I’m very tidy and considerate, I clean as I go and don’t leave mess in common areas. I’d like to sign an RTA lease and put together rent receipts so I may have a rental history for when I leave. Also, I’m happy to go anywhere from between the Sunshine Coast down to Ipswich/ West Brisbane. As long as public transport is accessible by foot, I’m happy.
