Fantastic, private granny flat. Would consider renting entire dwelling. Beautiful bush setting, with resident wallabies, possums and frogmouths and lots of local birdlife. Building is hexagon shaped, complete stand alone brick dwelling, built as a separate home and has established treed garden surrounding it for complete privacy. Beautiful open, spacious, light space with huge windows letting you feel connected to nature. Although we are just outside of Cooroy on a rural block, there is a fantastic little café close by (also with free internet), if you feel like getting a bite to eat or a coffee. It's a great way to live in the bush, but not be isolated as well.
Walk to the Eumundi Markets! ...Other than that, the best thing about this property is the town its located in. I've lived in Eumundi for a year & I'll stay here for good. Beautiful town that has retained the village feel and the locals are awesome! The room comes fully furnished and is approx. 4m x 3m with a double robe, heaps of room. I can put items in storage if you're hauling gear.
I'm here to see if anyone would be interested in Teaming up and applying for a nice rental together. I have been looking into share rental accommodation or possibly considering renting a room off someone already established. Am flexible when it comes to location. Must be respectful towards each other and each others property. I'm a neat and quiet person, don't have kids, don't have any pets but I do like animals... I keep to myself a lot and keep pretty busy, but also up for spending some time together for some meals, outings around the sunshine coast and going for the occasional drive to the costal attractions. Quick at paying my bills and always on time, I respect peoples privacy, I'm willing to compromise with wants and needs with the accommodation and I will always help out when I can. If you would like to get in contact feel free to message me. I'm a friendly and easy going person so don't hesitate to ask any questions. Wishing you all the best, Paul
We are a happy married couple, from England here on a working holiday visa (currently in our 2nd year) working full time. We enjoy being outdoors and going for walks after work and spend most weekends out in the sun! We both don't smoke, don't party and don't drink much. We are big foodies and enjoy the simple things in life. Matt is an artist and will be selling at Eumundi Markets from November and so we are looking for something further up the coast to be closer. If you would like to know anything more about us please feel free to get in touch!
I work full time in early childhood education and care (in Nambour) and study part time online uni (Environmental Science). I lead a rather busy lifestyle with work and uni, so I enjoy and cherish my solitude and quiet time at the end of the day. In saying that, I am quite social and like making new friends. I love being outdoors. I often spend a lot of my weekends out hiking or mountain climbing. I love being surrounded by nature- it's my happy place. I have a black cat named Elliot who is my best mate and has blessed my life for 11 years. He is well behaved and keeps to himself, mostly being an indoor cat. I do let Elliot outside however, when I am home. He does love a lay down in the sun! He is also litter trained. I'm looking for a quiet place and would love somewhere that has a backyard or courtyard. I love sitting outside, gazing at the stars and enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. I would prefer my own bathroom but can be flexible. I also have my own furniture, so would ideally need a shed or place to store it, if you have your own furniture. I hand back the keys of my current place on 31st January, so still a little while away, but I am very organized and would hope to move straight into another place just before my lease is up, rather than waiting around last minute to organize something. I have great references; I am quiet, tidy and very trustworthy and reliable. Give me a message if you have something that caters to my needs and interests, as well as yours. Also, I have been living on my own for quite some time, so would ideally prefer to live with just one other person. I prefer to not move too much and would love a place where I could stay for 12 months or longer.
I am a semi retired researcher/musician, moving to the Sunshine Coast to be closer to my family. I love music, reading, art, nature, gardening/growing vegies, bush walking, travel, and enjoy being in peaceful environments. I am a quiet, but communicative, thoughtful and considerate sort of person, play the flute/piano, am a non smoker, a social drinker, and enjoy fresh food and home cooking. I enjoy watching TV (news, documentaries, good movies etc.), visiting local markets, music festivals, national parks, and spending time with my family.
The place is walking distance like four houses to the IGA and another block to town centre. Has air conditioning. The linen and cleaning is included. No requirement to do any outside gardening. Yes there is a view to Mt Ninderrry.
Two rooms to rent fully furnished may suit independent quiet mature honest persons $200 each or perhaps fly in fly out workers or perhaps workers from Brisbane up the coast five days a week. Uni students maybe interested. Staff at Nambour Hospital maybe wanting a quiet atmosphere. They would have their own bedrooms and shared facility (kitchen, bathroom, lounge). Air Conditioned, fully security screened, Linen supplied if needed. Unit cleaned . . Internet available if needed. There are views to Mt Ninderry, 5 minutes walk to town central IGA and Yandina Markets.
I'm easy going and nature loving. I walk my dog twice daily for half or an hour each time and the rest of the day she usually sleeps. As I'm away for two days or more each week I'll take her with me obviously. Love a chat over a coffee and respect other house mates' privacy. I also love to ride my horse which is agisted in the Noosa hinterland. I can move any day or stay longer than 6 months if suitable. If you have a fenced property to share I'd like to hear from you! :-)
We're are quite quiet people who enjoy spending our days fishing or staying indoors. One loves to build things while the other prefers to work with children and get creative. We have 2 lovely guinea pig, 2 hermits and a dog.
This fully furnished 2br unit. This town house is in a small complex, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. This room has a double bed and built in wardrobe, pictures show other furniture but has been removed. Only 15 minutes drive to Coolum, 25 minutes to Uni, 10 minutes from Nambour. We have an IGA and everything else you need here.. doctors, day spar, hairdressers, markets etc. Must love cats as there are two older indoors cats live here.
Very nice feel to the place. 2 rooms to choose from the bigger one is $10 extra. Tv points in every room. Netflix. Darts. Beer. Right in town walking distance to shops. I'm a happy go lucky type a guy. I'm good to hang with. Very considerate and respectful. Clean and tidy.
I’m 21 and a very clean and respectful person but I don’t mind “kick backs” and social environments. I’m a casual worker at IGA but my shifts average 3-5 a week with good hours so rest assured rent will ALWAYS be paid. I do have a dog, Marshall, who was a rescue. He is 3 turning 4, is vaccinated, desexed and loves a good cuddle. He is very well behaved and doesn’t dig holes or anything that would scare real estate agents away. I have people who can vouch for this. I don’t mind a smokers home it really doesn’t bother me. I really would prefer that internet, electricity and etc. are included in the rent.
Hi my name is Josie (26) and me and my partner Max (29) are looking for a new place. I work in hospitality and Max works in construction. We are both ambitious and hard working. In April 2019 we will be moving to France as Max's working visa expires, so for the duration of our stay we will be working as many hours as we can to save for our move. We are both very clean and tidy. We love to cook together, we're easy going and mostly keep to ourselves. We're hoping to find a quiet and comfortable home with like-minded people, with whom we can enjoy our final months in Australia with.
