Features include: - electric stove & cooktop - reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating - instant gas hot water - built in robe - large ensuite - built in laundry - includes white goods (fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave) - lovely setting and outlook with beautifully treed surrounds - rent includes electricity and hot water - fully furnished (although can be unfurnished if preferred) Murrumbateman is 35kms from Canberra and 20kms from Yass.
