Easy going couple from the UK, been on and off backpacking for a year or so. We've had experience renting in share houses in Australia multiple times while we live and work there. What is great about living on this property it is very quiet and away from the hustle & bustle. We live 10 kms outside of Pomona on 60 acres. We have a shared garden on the property which is there for all to enjoy. We are 15 mins to Boreen Point, and 35 mins to Noosa main beach. It is essential that anyone interested must have a vehicle as there isn't any public transport available. There is a bedroom with a double bed & single bed and the lounge room can be converted to a pull out sofa bed. The kitchenette is separate where you have a microwave, 2 ring electric cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge, all crockery & utensils plus a BBQ & outside sitting area.
I am quiet, tidy and dont smoke, drink heavily or party. I work 30+ hours a week, and spend my spare time relaxing or going to the beach. I need somewhere i am welcomed and feel comfortable living, and i will participate in all household chores and activities however do enjoy alone time. I would like an unfurnished bedroom preferable with built ins as I have my own bed and desk which I spend a lot of time at. This way I wont be in your way. A master with ensuite would be ideal. Would love a private granny flat or similar even a liveable shed. Wifi is an absolute must as all my work is sent to me via an app on my phone. Ideally I would like to be able to have my daughter (who lives in Melbourne) come and visit and stay with me once or twice a year for a week or two at a time. Fantastic, private granny flat. Would consider renting entire dwelling. Beautiful bush setting, with resident wallabies, possums and frogmouths and lots of local birdlife. Building is hexagon shaped, complete stand alone brick dwelling, built as a separate home and has established treed garden surrounding it for complete privacy. Beautiful open, spacious, light space with huge windows letting you feel connected to nature. Although we are just outside of Cooroy on a rural block, there is a fantastic little café close by (also with free internet), if you feel like getting a bite to eat or a coffee. It's a great way to live in the bush, but not be isolated as well.

It’s such a peaceful spot set on acreage, and still only about 15mins drive to Noosa beach, 10mins to Tewantin. Even though it’s a share house, the only thing we share is the laundry and cooking facilities.
