Hi Future Flatmate, I’m looking to share in the Harris Park/Parramatta area or, alternatively, Summer Hill/Ashfield area. I am a professional working full time in Sydney. I’m calm and easy to get along with; often busy after work but also a helpful and kind flatmate, and I am definitely clean and tidy.
Looking for a share house for myself. I am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a veterinary nurse. I like spending my days off at the beach, watching a movie or having a few drinks with my friends and family.
You won’t even know I’m there, unless you need me to lend a hand. I’m a musician so I love music, I love riding my motorbike, I’ll be at work all week and probably won’t be around on the weekends.
I’m a single parent with one child who I share 50:50 with the dad. My child is respectful of others homes and very well behaved. I’m a very clean person who doesn’t smoke or do drugs, drink on special & social occasions. I have one very obedient outside dog and one very clean inside/outside cat (goes outside for toilet, will literally claw you to wake up and put her outside). I’m a very happy and laid back person who is happy to socialise and kick back with a few movies and relax but also respectful of others privacy and need for time alone to just chill. I am needing temporary unfurnished accommodation to allow myself to get back up on my feet and then I can apply for a private rental on my own (have own queen size bedroom suite). Our safety must be ensured and is paramount for my child & fur family. Prefer to live with other clean females or a very respectful male to help ensure the safety of us both (as recently I had a male who was hoping for something on the side). If you have anything available then please contact me. Thank you!
I'm a 24 year old professional looking to team up and house share with someone who is fun, respectful and tidy. I enjoy having a few drinks but also like my own space. I am clean, courteous and easy going. Also, I have majority of the furniture it takes to fill an apartment. :)
Situated on 100acre property in beautiful Hunter Valley. Extensive views of rural rolling Hills and the Hunter River. Semi-rural lifestyle with chooks, goats, ducks and sheep yet within 15mins of Maitland and good access to the Hunter Expressway. House has a solar heated indoor pool, spa, large new kitchen and air conditioned home theatre including Netflix etc.
I have two bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom house. One bedroom has a double bed and bedside table. Other is unfurnished. Both rooms have a built in wardrobe. It is $150 per person. Willing to rent out both rooms to one person (use one as storage/spare) for $300. Happy for a couple to have one room for $ 250. There is a shared bathroom. House is fully furnished. All bills will be split between the people living here. I would like 2 weeks rent in advance (as a bond) and we can get something written up for that. So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
There a few rooms available so it gives you the opportunity to team up with like minded people to create the perfect atmosphere. Built in wardrobes, furnished or unfurnished. No smoking in the house. Large block great for a veggie garden or a bonfire watching the sunset. Watch kangaroos grazing in the backyard. Open plan living, working fire place, air conditioning, covered verandah with BBBQ, 25 minutes to the Uni, 10 minutes to Greenhills, 30 mins to the Vineyard or 40 mins to Nelson Bay.
Hi there, I'm Steph and I'm 26. I quite recently got a new job working in the Hunter Valley at a hotel full-time, and am looking to re-locate from Newcastle to be a bit closer to work. Looking anywhere from Maitland and beyond! I'm friendly, respectful, quiet and tidy and would like housemates who are the same. I'm looking for a place to relax and unwind after work. I usually keep to myself, love playing video/computer games, watching Netflix and reading, but I'm happy to have a chat too! Please feel free to send me a message :) Thanks!
