I'm a student at Curtin University and Looking for an accommodation. Right now looking for work as I'm leaving the place where I'm living right now, they people turned out pretty bad in nature. I'm working as a carer of their kid but now I want to leave the place, I suffered from lot mental harassment, emotional damage, traumas and disgusting behaviour of those people and only reason of leaving that place.
Hi there! I'm a 19 year old Curtin student currently on a semester break from uni (returning in 2018). My current lease at Cockburn ends on the 6th of January 2018, however I am looking to move in somewhere with my brother mid-late Decemeber. We're both looking for two rooms in a team up situation around that time . We both have part-time/full time work to support us and have a fair bit of furniture and household stuff we are happy to share. If any of this sounds appealing to you, please don't hesitate to contact me! :)

I do not work regular 'office' hours (often weekends / evenings). Drink alcohol infrequently & in extreme moderation. Well behaved socially but enjoy own company as I work with the public. Security conscious and handy around the home if required. I know how to use a vacuum cleaner & clean a toilet. Garden & pet friendly. Ideal situation for home owner with spare room. Older person (35+) best. Scooter owner. No car, no pets, no partners. Straight shooter - good communication important.
Hey, I am an Electrical Engineer, recently finished from Curtin University and currently full time working. Looking for a Master / En-suite room complete with private bathroom. I am not a party person and hope to find a descent mature housemates. It is important that the house has no pets. Thanks, Moneer
Pretty much stay in my room and game the whole time, just looking for a nice place to live for 6 to 12 months while I evaluate where I'm moving to out of Perth (or if depending on y'know, anything, but I'm in a stable position here and I always give plenty of advance notice of changes). Just me and my little buddy Peaches (love bird, chirps during the day but that's about it, lives in a cage). Looking for someone who can keep the place nice, tidy and quiet. A place with a lovely kitchen and reasonably modern. Aiming in the $350 - $500 region split with me and +1. Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs. I expect to split everything 50/50 if we're aiming for a 4 x 2 place (compromising on space divisions) or a split closer to 65/35 (for rent, still 50/50 on services of course) if we're aiming for a 3 x 2 place and you intend on only having one room and a bathroom to yourself. I work full time at Crown, been there 8 years so pretty stable. Able to move ASAP
My name is Nisha, and I'm a full time student at UWA. I work 4 days a week at a GP in Bentley as a receptionist- and I'm looking for a house close to work as I sometimes work very early mornings. I'm easy-going and friendly, and love to have a chat and a giggle with anyone. I value my personal space, and will respect yours. I like to spend my free nights doing face masks and binge watching reality tv with my boyfriend. Looking for something within the next couple of months, with a short term lease- preferably 3 months.
I am a mature age student looking to live with like minded people in a quiet environment, who don't mind an occassional drink (Not a party house), or a meal/Coffee catch up with other housemates. I work in a Childcare as a casual childcare assistant. I am originally from Country Victoria, and have lived in Perth for Four years now. I am involved in Scouts as a leader with the Venturer scout section, which keeps me busy. I love water based sports, and am looking for other housemates who would enjoy getting outdoors for a walk, or a quick paddle on weekends.
I am in Curtin University with a scholarship to take the PhD in Chemical engineering and this means I am out in the morning and I only come back home at night or usually very late. Sometimes I even have to work in the weekends, I try to cook more than one meal and then store the extra in tupperwears in the fridge or freezer (so I highly value fridge space). In the weekends I have to shop and since I have no car I use Curtin bus or my bicycle. I play guitar whenever i find the time to do so, but noone will ever hear a sound because the one I bought is electric and I don't have an amp because my intention is just to not loose finger agility, so it serves the purpose to make me keep practicing. When I have some free time I also like to compose or play some computer games or watch some youtube vids and chill like most of us do. Since these activities never bothered anyone I lived with it leads me to believe I am good to live with. I barely watch TV and I would love to have a dog but honestly I currently have no time to properly take care of one, nor I will have it in the 3 years I will stay in Australia. So yes, I have no pets and no furniture. I'd like to know what are the rules regarding visitors in the house, specially partners. I arrived in Perth 2 moths ago and I always get along with all of my roommates. Anything else you need to know, just ask me.
We are couple who seeking for private room. We would like to find room maximum for one month stay while process of finding our own house. We are student and I'm also part time worker. We are quite and respectful.
Socially quiet, friendly, non-smoker, tidy & clean, enjoy goin to the movies & out to my social dances
I have already had experience living out of home, as I moved into a place with two friends for six months; I am also very tidy, organised, and laid back. I am quite shy to begin with, but that just means I hardly ever have any personality clashes with people. I play softball (see LGBT+ for reference) and love all kinds of pets.
Hey guys, I am searching a shared house/room around Victoria park. At the moment I am in a job change but I definitely will work 2 days per week but search something to work full time. To my person: I love to cook after a long day and just relax and talk a little to my house mates. I am a clean and funny person who keeps everything tidy. Also I am no one of these party backpackers, just trying to find a job and a good place to stay to earn and save money. It would be awesome if some animals would live in the house! Cheers Jan
