I recently accepted a new job on the central coast, so need an unfurnished place convenient, to commute to both between work and Macquarie University - preferably with own bath room. I've lived in Sydney for two years after relocating through work from Perth, and am looking for a household of responsible and chilled people who like their own space but can also be accommodating to their flatmates. Biggest housemate bonus: I enjoy cooking an sharing meals with the house from time to time Biggest housemate quirk: I can get a bit anal about a clean and tidy kitchen When I'm not busy with study, I enjoy all kinds of electronic music, working out at the gym, cycling, the occasional beverage, exploring Sydney and dining out, and chilling with a movie or comedy show on TV.

So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I am an honest, mature lady. I grew up on the Upper North Shore and keen to move back into this area to settle. I am a Senior Speech Pathologist so I like a good chat but equally happy to spend time just with my little dog Sarah, my flatmate - she has always lived inside with me and so I usually add her onto the rental lease. She is very well trained, always had annual canine vaccinations and she's well mannered.
I'm a nursing student studying full time and working part time, and am very easy going. I am out most of the time during the day and some nights, so I tend not to bother you! But I'm super open to making new friends too, and down for hanging out and chilling at home :)
I'm 22 trying to move out of my parents place. I work full time in mt kuringai so would like to be close to that area. I have two cockatiels who are very friendly. I'm clean, I like to keep to myself but also have a laugh and a drink or two. I also don't mind a night at the local pub.
Easy going, wont be there most of the time. Currently live in Forster and need accommodation while working in Sydney. 2days, 2 nights 5 days off, will head back to Forster on my days off. Clean and tidy person who is also sociable.

Quiet independent young guy looking for someone who can respect space. I am initially looking for somewhere around the Hornsby area for 3 months. I will be working 6 days commuting between the central coast and Homebush for work. I will only be home for 3 or 4 nights per week as I will be travelling back and forth. At the end of September, I will be looking to make my residence more permanent.
I'm a mature, quiet, tidy, lady who is easy going, originally from the country (Tasmania) but been here long enough now to say I'm Australian. I work part time in the Child Care Industry and current working for a family in Chatswood, mainly afternoons and early evening shifts. Im friendly and enjoy socialising however I am also respectful of others personal space. I'm happy to share the occasional meal or drink together but in saying that I'm also just as happy to do my own thing.
