House is located in Marsden (between 4th & 5th Ave) Park at the end of the street - Very quiet area, walking distance to local shops and bus stop. Woolworths and a variety of different shops are in walking distance. Close to Logan Uni/Tafe/Hospital and M1 and Loganlea train station 5-10 mins drive away, bus stop around the corner. Weekly rent of $150 - 2 weeks rent required for bond, power additional. Hi, My husband and I are going to be moving to Brisbane from Townsville (I am already here, staying with family) in December and are currently looking for a place to call our own. A bit about us, we are a quiet couple, aged 25 & 26, we are non smokers, rarely drink an occasional one here and there. Both working and I also study, we are also volunteers for Lions Clubs International. No children, and we own 2 cats - 1 year old both males and both desexed. We are moving to Brisbane because my husband wants to be closer to his family. We are currently finding it hard to find a place ideally we would like to stay on the South side close to Algester area (because of family) however we are just needing a place for when my Husband and cats come down. So anywhere on the South side would be fine :)
I keep to myself but happy to live in a more social home. I clean up my messes, can handle my own laundry and so forth. I'm useless with cooking though so a microwave is a must, haha! I work nightshifts and that includes weekends, so I'm not bringing home parties every weekend. As I am a smoker, don't fret, I already smoke outside not within the home :) I have a car, it's not obnoxious but I do come home generally around 1am so if you're a light sleeper living together might not be ideal as I'm more active/awake until the early hours most often and sleep during the day. I'm not after a furnished room as I have my own furniture :) if the room has a ceiling fan even better! Haha. Unfortunately at this time I can't really stretch past $150 per week unless it includes bills and internet ($165 max)
Pretty chill guy, easy to talk to and get along with. Pretty tidy person but can handle a little messiness. Not the best cook out there but definitely don't burn toast.(most the time)
I am tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I go out on most weekends and chill with my mates sometimes have a drink. I usually stick to myself but don't mind a chat. During the week I have work from 6-2 and sometimes on the weekends so I'm busy most of the time.
