I'm an engineer currently working full time for PepsiCo. I'm clean and tidy, easy to talk to and will proactively maintain the house. I am considerate of other housemates' needs and space. I'm quite active so it's likely I'll rarely be home.
Hey Karan here. I am currently studying my Masters in UniSA. I have been in Adelaide for over an year. I am working part-time as well. I love going to the beach, drives, party. I am chilled out guy and would not interfere in anyone's business. To my future flatmates, it's gonna be chilling atmosphere and you will never sleep with empty stomach as I love cooking. Cheers.
I am in Belgium atm and I am doing a Working Holiday Visa and I am looking for a quiet place to stay. I like my privacy to be respected so I like to respect other's privacy too. I clean after myself. I am easy going, open minded and social as well. I like hiking.
I'm from Melbourne. My wife is from Brazil. We met in Mendoza, Argentina where we lived for 4 years - I had an Australian cafe and my wife was studying wine. We are tidy and respectful, both love to cook, and love to share a glass of wine.

Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
Just a friendly country bumpkin looking to make it in the big smoke... okay not really, but I am at least looking for somewhere to live with an equally friendly housemate?! Generally I am pretty quite and like my own space, however theres no stopping me when a laugh, a drink and a pizza or Mexican night is on the cards. Food is life. I LOVE to cook and share my creations with everyone around. Fortunately I also know how to clean and look after myself, making for a very tidy and easy going housemate. Im currently studying a Bachelor of Arts part-time at the University of Adelaide, whilst also working two part time jobs. So really, I wont be around all that much! I like to live a pretty healthy lifestyle, eating wholesome foods and exercising regularly by boxing and doing yoga/pilates. It would be great to find someone who is equally energetic, easy going, has a positive outlook and knows how to have a GOOD laugh. I look forward to meeting you and the many memories that could be....
I'm a mid 20s male studying a double degree of Education at Flinders Uni whilst also working 2 jobs. One as a Occupational Therapy Assistant and the other as an Event Specialist, so most weekdays (9-5) I am either studying or working. As well as this I also play Football on Saturdays. I can be both sociable and keep to myself depending on the environment and requirements. I have been known to enjoy sharing a chat and a beer/wine or 2 in the evening and love cooking, music and reading as well as watching movies or a tv show or sports. I have lived in a share house previously and am able to adapt to multiple personalities and know the expectations that living in a share house requires. I am a clean and tidy person and will always do my share of household jobs. I can also bring with me (if necessary) an extensive range of utensils and equipment necessary for a house highlights being a washing machine and a fridge as well as two recliners and a kitchen table (potentially also a table tennis table if it can fit!).
Hi! My name is Astrid and I am on a working holiday in Australia since February. I love Adelaide and hope to settle down here for a while. Just need to find the right place to stay. I love going on little adventures, enjoy a good movie and making the best out of every situation. I am very respectful and clean as well.
Hey! I'm a keen gardener (I hope you love plants cause I have heaps!), love to cook and bake and my preferred night off is being rugged up on the couch with my partner watching a film! I'm a Youth Worker in residential care, so coming home to a chilled out home environment is pretty important to me - however I enjoy having mates over for a relaxed night of food and drinks once in a while. Generally my working day begins at 2/3PM & I don't get home until midnight, every so often I spend a couple nights over at work & regularly work weekends. I also study part time and do a lot of volunteering within the LGBTI/sexual health sector - because of this there are times at my current rental where I don't see housemates for 3 or 4 days and this will probably remain the same if you work normal business hours! I am currently renting in Kensington and have totally fallen in love with the area. As I work out North and study at Magill I would prefer to stay around here, however I'm up for moving a bit further out if I find people I really click with! $200pw is the max, but I'd rather be looking around $150-$170. With the areas I'm looking in it's ideal to have 3 people in a house - makes it so much more affordable. I'm also okay with pets! I'm very relaxed, keep things tidy and generally quiet (besides the occasional music) and as long as communal areas are kept clean I'm all good!
Hi, I’m on the lookout for a peaceful share house, and hoping to live with one or two other full time workers or post-grad students. I’m sociable and like to spend time out of the house, but when I’m home I usually keep to myself. Happy to crack a bottle of wine and get to know whomever I’m living with. I have a 9 to 5 office job in the CBD, so a home with enough privacy to relax after work would be perfect. A large unfurnished bedroom is essential. I’m a non-smoker, housework doesn’t scare me and I usually try to do all my cooking on weekends. Coming with me is the ability wear headphones and an indoor cat named Aslan. I also have a fridge, microwave and plenty of kitchen supplies. Anything not needed I can put into storage.
I am a graduate teacher keeping an eye out for jobs and currently looking into relief teaching (possibly along side a masters course). I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before and i look forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
Hi, my name is Alice. I'm 21 and a student to be. My current share house recently had an enormous gumtree branch fall through it, leaving it uninhabitable, so I'm looking to find a room as soon as possible. I'm a fantastic cook, I'm clean and tidy and I am a responsible, well mannered person. I enjoy my own company but I can be sociable and would be happy to have a glass of wine or two with you. I enjoy going out for coffee, and a night out in town from time to time! My interests include, art collecting/galleries, going antiquing and op-shopping, watching indie and foreign films, and listening to and collecting music. I am available to move right now. I would love to become friends with the people I share with.
I'm a fly in fly out shift worker on a 3/3 roster working overseas. I'm a bit OCD with everything being tidy and clean. I love my fitness and coffee. Always keen for a beer as well.

We are two professionals (male and female, not a couple) in our early thirties looking for a third person of a similar age to share a beautiful double storey townhouse in Norwood. A bit about the room: The room will be available 15 April and is $170 per week and bills etc are shared equally. There is a bond required as well of 6 weeks' rent that is refunded upon departure. The room can be furnished with a bed or unfurnished and the bathroom is shared with one other person. The house is mostly furnished but there is room to store some items if required. There is free wifi! A bit about the location: The location is unbelievably convenient, being one street away from the Norwood Parade and right behind the Norwood Foodland. There are gyms, a movie theatre and a wide range of cafes and restaurants right at our doorstep! A bit about us: Adi works in the mines as an Engineer and as such is only home on weekends. He is quiet and respectful and a great housemate. Tash works in HR and spends her spare time at the gym and watching Netflix. She loves a good wine and spends a lot of time out and about with friends and doing volunteer work for the Norwood council. A bit about you: We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy and works professionally who likes to do their own thing. We are definitely not a party household but do enjoy small get togethers with friends at the house. The room will be available on 15 April and we are looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6 months, ideally someone who wants to stay until the end of the year. If the above sounds good to you we would love to hear from you.

Hi all! One of my housemates is moving in with her partner so I will have a room available in Kensington from the 25th of April. The room is approximately 3.5m x 3.8m, has a large window, high ceilings, floorboards, and is at the front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms in total, with 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, toilet and is also the laundry, the other with a toilet and bath. Huge enclosed backyard with 2 chicken coops (currently unused). The location is great - just off kensington road the house is a short (300m according to google maps) walk from shops and the marryatville hotel. Close to public transport too. Rent is $140pw not including bills which are split evenly 3 ways. Bond is 2 weeks rent. The room will be unfurnished, the house itself is mostly furnished but there's plenty of room if you want to add things. The washing machine and microwave will be leaving with my housemate so if you have either of those, bonus! Otherwise I plan on replacing them myself.
Close to CBD location, 2 minute walk to Coles and a 3 minute walk to The Parade. Small park across the road, tree-lined canopy street. Air conditioned/heated. The bedroom in question is unfurnished except for a large wardrobe.
Marryatville is a tiny, green and quiet suburb next to Norwood that only the locals know about. Direct to the city by bike or bus stop at the end of the street. Shops, deco cinema, bakeries, bars, pubs, parks, and cafes in the local area and only 5 minutes walk. The house is situated on First Creek so a lovely little bridge to trundle over. Lovely light filled home with a beautiful courtyard garden. Marryatville is also walking distance to the The Parade. Single or double bedroom with a large window Air conditioned plus central heating. Shower + Bath + Laundry with Washing machine + Clothes dryer. Internet access included. Living space is shared with living, dining and kitchen. If wanted some furnishings can be included. At the moment there is a single bed, medium-sized study desk, shelves, clothes rack. The room could fit a double and can help with that too. I only use natural products so people who like to use chemicals sprays or heavy perfumes need not apply. : ) It's a peaceful, lush setting and a great neighborhood, very safe. Easily accessible to shops and city by bike. Right next to Marryatville highschool. Happy to have someone stay for a couple of months initially until June, or up to the end of 2017 with the possibility to take over the lease. Suit student.
I have one room available for lease in a townhouse on Church Avenue, Norwood. This is a beautiful area in a quiet street, on the fringe of the city just a few minutes walk from The Parade. It is a three bedroom, three storey, 2.5 bathroom place; with a capacity for four tenants. The room will be available early June. I would like to meet the potential housemate before we agree to tenancy, so unfortunately no internationals who haven't yet arrived in Australia. There is readily available, free on-street parking; and carport with a two car capacity if desired. We are looking for: sociable and friendly, clean, young professional/students (20-30ish). We are open to a couple potentially. The rent is $240 per week for the large room (walk in robe, ensuite). The rent is exclusive of utilities (power, gas, and water), but inclusive of internet and Netflix which are both ongoing active accounts. There is wifi access across all three levels. The house is fully furnished; including beds, some furniture, living area, desk space etc. Our kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and my favourite- a Delonghi coffee machine :) It is also stocked with crockery, cutlery, pans etc. No need to bring anything if you do not wish to. The second floor has a shared study nook, with a desk, futon, and an iMac that is free for communal use. We have a grassed backyard with a decked entertaining area and large outdoor setting, complete with a BBQ, bar area and outdoor fridge, and a shed. The lease will only be for 4-5 months, as the landlord will be moving back in after that time. My partner and I will be overseas from mid June onwards, so the tenants will include: whoever is successful for each available room, and a mid 20's male who will be living upstairs on the 3rd floor. It's a fantastic spot, 5 minutes from the CBD and right on the bus line.
