The house is a 60's renovated bungalow, wrap round verandah, polished floor boards, high ceilings, art deco like with renovated kitchen and bathroom. There is lots of space for creativity and outside areas to get away. The area is great, walking distance to The Parade, Norwood and stylish Stepney.
I'm a 21 year old interior decorator. I pride myself on being responsible and respectful. I have rented a unit by myself for 2 years and understand the financial responsibilities of leasing. I am very neat. I'm looking for a relatively long term living solution. I don't eat meat but I don't mind living with people who do. I would like to be able to furnish my own room and have some extra furniture but that can be stored if there is no space. I'm very polite and easy to get along with.
I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
This is a very clean and modern flat. walking distance to bus stops and Parade. the bedroom has got a big built in robes and a bed and mattress however, you can bring your own furniture if you want. The flat is fully furnished and very much suitable for students and full time workers
Spacious townhouse located literally metres from the parade with car parks, excellent courtyard space and big lounge! Shared bathroom with second seperate downstairs toilet. The bedroom is quite big with built in robes.
I am from Port Lincoln. I moved here Feb 6. I am super cool and friendly and I have netflix that I will happily share. I am quiet. I study so I need the internet. I don't mind sharing my things. I clean up after myself. I like to socialize with friends and get outside and be fairly active. I don't know what else to write but please message me if you'd like to know more. I would really like to move within the next fortnight. I am looking for a decent sized room to fit a queen bed and a bir.
Hey ! I'm Marylène, a 22 engineer student from France. I'm coming to Adelaide for 6 months for my studies, and also discover the country, its landscapes and its culture ! Apart from that, I think I am quite easy to live with. I'm very open-minded, calm and peaceful in general, but I love to meet new people, chill or go out and party with friends. I enjoy cooking a lot, and also reading, colouring, hiking, and I'd like to learn how to skate ! I was barmaid for 2 years in my school, and I always enjoy a beer or a glass of wine with nice people :) I'd like to find kind and fun roomates with whom I could spend some time in the evening and at week-ends, and discover Adelaide & Australia thanks to or with them ! See you and sorry about my eventual mistakes in english ! ^^'
23 Years Old, love to have a good time, have good (intelligent) conversations and also chill out. Looking or a likeminded housemate :)
Hey guys! I've been renting for many years now and I'm starting to get pretty tired of moving. My hope is that I'll find somebody on here who would be happy to rent a two bedroom unit with me. I'd prefer to be the only one on the lease and have somebody sublease the other room from me. Over the years I have acquired most of the furniture and appliances necessary. I've got a big fridge, a washing machine, a couch, shelves, microwave, an amazing vacuum cleaner as well as dishes, cups, cutlery and much much more. All you'd need is a bed and whatever else you'd like to have in your room. I'm a pretty easy person to get along with, always happy to chat and also completely respect people's need for space. I would like to find somebody equally respectful and quirky who I could have a very good relationship with. We don't have to be best friends but I would like to live with somebody who I'd be happy to come home to. Don't have any bias when it comes to gender, age or ethnicity. A little bit about me: I am a full-time student at Flinders University. I am studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Arts (majoring in visual arts). I have many artsy hobbies such as singing, painting, sewing and doing all sorts of crafty things. I can't say that I've ever been much of a party animal but I do like to occasionally go out for drinks with my friends/family.
I am a full-time teacher and SSO. I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before so i am quite familiar with household courtesy. I like to socialise, go on hikes and enjoy a casual catch up with a drink or two.. looking forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
Hi, I am an electrical engineer work full time hours so I'm not often home. I'm quite social and very easy going and a good cook. I love having few wines while enjoying a dinner with my housemate . I like playing soccer, basketball or going for running on my free time and sometimes I would prefer watching a good movie and just to relax at home. I'm looking for someone who is easy to get along with and is generally tidy. I don't mind having pets at home.
Hi my name is Abbey. I'm full time student and also working. for my work and study, I'm looking for the place around CBD or Eastern Suburb. I'm pretty much working everyday, clean and tidy, non smoker, quiet but sometime goes out. Definitely not a party animal and respect others space :) If you have any vacancy for me, please feel free to message me. Thank you :)
APOLOGIES TO ALL WHO I HAVE NOT MANAGED TO CONTACT REGARDING ACCOMODATION. There are several people who have been kind enough to keep me in the loop with prospective opportunities. Please accept me sincere apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Curve balls have been thrown, & my situation is now different to my original situation. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP !! All the best ... Mardi. (Will delete my listing in a week or so,...hoping that anyone waiting to hear from me may see this!) •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Hi! I'm looking to find a private secure place that I can choose to keep to myself or socialise, as I am a people person! Nursing history, Iridologist, Hypnotherapist, Student of Musical Cognition & Neurology. I'm fascinated by both art & science. I'm respectful of others needs for space and appreciate the same level of respect. Not interested in party house. Focusing on my business & my growth of skill set & soaking up all the wonder this life offers! Would prefer a inclusive cost, and therefore can consider higher rent if this is included. Thanks for popping in! Feel free to message me ... life is about negotiating !!!
