I also need a place with a lockup garage to house my car and tools. I'm happy to pay a bit extra if you don't need to use these facilities. I'm pretty chilled, like to have the occasional beer or 2, and I am a very clean and tidy person. I don't really care what nationality, gender or age you are as long as you are a like minded person who can pay your own bills on time. No problem with noise or late nights on the weekends but during the week I like my sleep!
