hi! So I've been living in shared accommodation for the past 8 years without any problems. Ive lived with loads of different people in Syd and Melbourne. Im looking at moving to the Hawksbury area to be closer to work. I Ride racehorses early every morning and teach at Richmond TAFE during the day so I am quite busy. If I am home Im usually keen to chill. Im tidy relaxed and prefer a quiet ish home. I have a lil sausso dog and a cat! They're no fuss. Just look after themselves. Im in no hurry as I have a place but just seeing whats out there.
Looking for someone to team up with, I'm wanting to rent a house with a decent yard for my dogs, I have two well trained working line german shepherds who I also work with full time. I have all the basic necessities to furnish a house (minus a washing machine) currently living in a cabin where I work so I can move as soon as a lease is signed. Looking to share with a dog lover. I'm very easy going, tidy and respectful like my own space but also some friendly banter and a beer orntwo every now and then. Any questions feel free to contact me as I'm hoping to be out of my cabin before winter really sets in!

Hey there. I am an ESL teacher, but recently I retrained (MA in Special Education) and have taken up a F/T post at a state school in South Penrith. I have enjoyed fruitful experiences in shared houses in Australia, England, Brazil, Japan, Colombia & Afghanistan, so I am a fully domesticated (can cook & clean), sociable, and enjoy reading, rugby (union) & a riding my bike.
I'm a veteran of many share houses in my youth. I have learnt a lot in the process, especially the value of dependability and discretion. I expect the same from any other flatmate, a sense of fun and an open mind are icing on the cake. No dramas or stress please, I've had enough to fill a few lifetimes of this and I'm over it. I bring a lot of life experience, a seasoned travelling expat in my youth and a professional Community Support Worker specialising in Disability and Mental Health (with 7 years experience in the industry in group homes) who is just striking out with his own business doing same in-home for individuals under the NDIS. I'm currently also studying part-time with a view towards a Doctorate, whenever that happens. I cook (my mother trained in Paris at the Cordon Bleu and I did learn a few things) with a passion for ketogenic, LCHF, Paleo. I clean, and as a diagnosed Aspergers I tend to be a bit thorough. Computer nerd on the side. Aspiring Saxophone player. Amateur Taoist. I have a beloved female Jellicle black and white very shy Skitty Kitty who is strictly an indoor cat. Are we a good fit?
I'm 24 years old, working as a Civil Engineer and have recently been put on a construction project in South Penrith. Currently living in Bondi, the commute for 7am starts is killing me! So I'm looking for a nice spot to live closer to my work. I moved to Sydney about 6 years ago from NZ, so I'm fairly established with friends in the city. I do love the outdoors and I am a pretty easy going person, so I'm excited for a change of scenery and pace of life.
My name is Ben and I'm an Australian looking for a place to move into near Agnes Banks. I work full-time as a tour guide as well as study at Macquarie University. Currently living in Sydney but my partner is starting an internship as a vet at Agnes Banks so will need to move in late July or late August. My partner will have to stay at the clinic most nights but will be around regularly. Willing to sign a contract and can provide references.

Respect is my most important word. I love music but am very quiet most of the time. I have lived all round the world, am British but like to call Australia home. I write a lot and have very diverse interests. I seek a home, where I can bring my daughter to stay when the opportunity arises, rather than a place to live.
Josh- work full time, easy going, clean I work as a site manager for a big home building company. Love my sports and having a great time Brielle- work part time, studying, friendly, clean She works as a swim teacher and is at Uni studying
I'm a dutch expat, currently working in the financial services industry. I'm a quiet non smoker and very light social drinker. Im a quiet relaxed person and would respect all as I would expect the same in return, can appreciate someones space and values.I am interested in history, photography, travel and in my spare time I am a volunteer firefighter with the RFS.
I appreciate a clean and tidy environment. In my downtime I like to exercise, play sport, watch the AFL or listen to music (I go to lots of concerts). I respect people's privacy and need for space, however would also like to live in an environment where housemates can have a chat or a drink or a meal. About to start university full time, hoping to move around July/August once I'm settled in that routine.
