We are after a clean and respectful housemate to fill a Queen room (bed1 on floor plan), The house is in a quiet dead end street with views over parts of Adelaide with plenty of nature around, it has reverse cycle air cond and a combustion fire. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 6 minute walk to the nearest pub and Anstey hill hiking area. The room is furnished with a queen bed, drawers, bedside table, built in wardrobe and a TV. The house has unlimited NBN, some fox channels, Netflix and Stan on the main TV.
I'm Clean, Bubbly, social & Easy to live with and just an all around freak in general 🤙 probably one of the funniest, most unique gals youll ever meet. 😂 Was currently renting a townhouse in munno para west for the past 2 years. But needing a change now that the lease is up and in Need of a new place for me and my Pride and Joy.. My Fully trained Tabby Cat Jamie to call home. Jamies no Hassel.. He sleeps all day and goes outside to play all night. If we seem like a good fit for you and your homestyle, gimme a hollaaaa 😊
I love to cook. Like to keep my little herb garden. Go to the gym regularly and keep fit. not a clean freak but like to keep neat and tidy. Generally quiet and laid back.
Large room with built in mirror robes, shared bathroom with one other. Vacant, furnished and giant lounge room to spread out! Plenty of room in a 6 bedroom house with three bathrooms- the house is split over two separate areas with the kitchen and dining central. 4 minute walk to the 542 bustop which runs express to the city during peak hours. #heapsgood $100 per week, unlimited NBN internet included. Bond: two weeks rent. Utilities not included. No smokers and no pets sorry! Unless it's a fish ;) Available immediately for a 6 month period.
This is a modern house we built only a few years ago, rent is negotiable depending on individual. The reason for the spare room is my girlfriend has moved to sydney for work for 6-12 months or longer. You would have the house to yourself most days because of my work. You must be ok with animals as i have 4 pets (2 dogs, cat and bearded dragon). You will have unlimited internet, access to xbox and netflix. I have just installed a new deck and a patio is the next upgrade. You would have bathroom and toilet which would be yours. The room is basically furnished but this can be changed if needed. This is a quieter neighborhood with parks, walking trails and just down the road St Agnes shopping centre. You are also within walking distance of Ansteys hill national park and the tea tree gully pub.

About Alexis: Hey! I'm Alexis but usually go by Lexi. I love listening to music (mostly indie and rock), hanging out with my friends and siblings, reading books (I love horror, romance, adventure, fantasy...pretty much anything really), and I also love to write- mainly stories, and sometimes poetry. I also write songs, but that's quite rare. I love animals, and kids- I'm studying to work in childcare. I'm quite shy at first, but usually when you get to know me, or I feel comfortable, ill be quite extroverted and ill love talking to people. I love to be there for people when they need advice, just to talk, or be a shoulder to cry on. About Tenille: Hello, I'm Tenille. I like listening to music (pop mostly), I like sport, cooking- in a VET course for cert 2 in hospitality, reading, writing, drawing, and watching movies/TV series. I love animals, so would like a place that allows pets. I'm shy, but will warm up to people eventually. I'm an independent person so I don't need much help, but will ask if I need. We both like to spend time with other people, but eventually need our alone time. So if we end up getting up and leaving suddenly, its not us being rude, its us needing a break for a little bit. We consider ourselves quite weird, but in a good way. We consider ourselves quite funny, and silly but are mature when we need to be.
Hi, my name is Lara and I'm looking for accommodation for at least the next 4 weeks, possibly longer if work permits. I'm here for work and travelling, originally from Austria. I was volunteering in Brisbane in the "Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary" for 1 month from December 2017, after that, I explored the east coast and the outback together with my boyfriend. Currently I am looking for employment in hospitality. In the meantime, I have some savings so rent wont be a problem. In my leisure time I love to travel, to go hiking in the mountains, to read or going to concerts. I'm looking for a private, furnished room; preferred staying with couples or females. Pets are not a problem. I'm looking forward hearing from you. Lara

My name is Mandy.I am easygoing, quiet and clean. I respect other people's privacy and am trustworthy. I work full time in medical admin. I am not into drugs but enjoy the odd glass of wine. I dont entertain much but do not have a problem with people having friends around as long as its not every night! I am always on time with bills and rent. I do have a friendly desexed female cat but she can be given away to a friend if necessary.I would make a great unobtrusive but friendly housemate!
Hi, I'm a student who values studying and nature! I'm an A grade student (which my reports can prove), and am extremely independent; I've been living out of home for about a year and a half now, and living independently for around a year with my dad's permission (I can provide references if you want, or you could contact my dad). I'm very responsible, usually very quiet and I can keep to myself. I occasionally have friends over, but never any more than two people at a time. I love writing, drawing, singing, fitness, and I plan on joining the army once I graduate! I'm part of the C3 Adelaide Hills Church in Hahndorf, and on the music/worship team as a singer for C3 Friday Night Youth. I've just recently joined a gym in Bridgewater. I was born and grew up in the hills, and so I'd love to continue staying in the hills as it's genuinely my home! I've been renting in Mount Barker since April, but due to distance issues, school and etc-era I'm just looking for somewhere closer to the Aldgate/Stirling area. I've just been accepted into the ASMS (which is on the Flinder's University campus), so I'm looking for somewhere to move into asap so I can organise myself for school. I also receive my own income, so there's no worry about me being unable to pay rent. :) Where I currently live, I also look after my own living room area, balcony and bathroom. It would be preferred if there was internet/internet access included so I could continue to do my homework. :)
I have a 5 bedroom home, 2 Bathrooms lounge, dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry, parking for three vehicles , paved covered outside area. Each bedroom with individual lockable doors. One bedroom used for computer, three others with built ins NBN available now
This is a furnished home and the room available is a double bedroom with double mirrored built in robes and ensuite. The room is partly furnished or can be unfurnished. The house has solar panels and water tanks for the garden. Undercover parking, close to shops and buses and O-Bahn with a 20-25 min. ride into town. I am looking for a quiet clean and tidy person who will clean up after themselves and respect their environment.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
