Needing to commute between Sydney and Melbourne. Looking for something close to transport and including bills would be great. I come with nice furniture, fridge if needed unlimited wifi, easygoing and respectful, studying postgrad. Don't mind pets but I don't have any and I'm good if you have children there, I will have my almost grown up daughter occasionally in Sydney, i don't smoke but don't mind if you do.
Hi, my name is Chiara and I am a full-time teacher. I have lived in Victoria for more than four years and now I am moving to Melbourne in August. I would like to find a place to share in the Eastern suburbs. I am easy going, clean, reserved and tidy.
Hey, I'm Rhett and a Primary School teacher in the Eastern Suburbs. I'd be great to live with as I am fun, social, love to go to the gym and keep fit. But, most importantly I am clean, organised and always pay my bills on time.
Hi there, My names Matt, a bit about me! I work full-time in a sales role in Burwood, that keeps me fairly busy Monday to Friday. I also play quite a bit of social sport, basketball, mixed netball and might be starting tennis up again soon! I like to keep active and get to the gym as much as I can. I also play a bit of acoustic guitar from time to time! I love my footy and am a big Hawks fan, so I get to the games most weekend. I am generally a very tidy and neat person who will look after my own stuff as well as help out with house chores. I am respectful of peoples privacy and like that to be returned. I also would like to be able to get along with the people I live with as well! I'm looking for a decent sized room to fit a queen sized bed and a bedside table or two! Preferably in a non-crowded home. Ideally I'd like to pay 170 a month or less but would look to pay more for the right room/house/housemates. I'd probably prefer a house that didn't smoke, do drugs or and wasn't going out every night of the week as I get up fairly early for work. I'm currently living in Sunbury and making the commute to Burwood every day, so I'm pretty keen to move someone as soon as possible! If you think we might get along and you have a room that would suit me, please don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you'd like to know more about me! :) Thanks Matt

I'm a 25 year old post grad student from India. I'm here to pursue my Master of Business degree in Sports Management at Deakin and will be working part time as well. I'm a very friendly, chilled out guy capable of adapting to new surroundings with ease. I'm approachable, considerate and very easy to get along with. You can talk to me about anything, I will gladly have a chat with you. Need any help with something and I will do my best to help you. More importantly, I've spent 6 years of my student life living in shared accommodation, so I'm well aware of the responsibilities one may have. I appreciate cleanliness and hygiene. I enjoy sports (both watching and playing), music, travelling, reading and watching movies. I also enjoy socializing over Coffee or a few drinks occasionally. I love animals, so I won't have any problem having pets around. I have some experience in maintaining the garden from back home, so I can even help you with that on my free time should you need me to.
I like living here because of the north lighting, the organised (non cluttered) overall feel, the cleanliness of the property, being surrounded by greenery, close walking distance to everything and the friendly neighbours (who live in the other house on the block). This home is the place in which I've become very grounded and driven, so I guess I am looking for someone who respects that this is a family home, not a party home.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
Currently working full time with plans to study full time at the start of 2018. Looking for a room to rent that is homely and comfortable. Adaptable, clean, sociable and respect others privacy. I love trying new things, going new places and chilling out with friends and family.

Howdy, I love this house, it's HUGE. Given the size, you can have a private entrance, private bathroom, and private toilet. All in all it's 4 bedrooms (all carpeted), 2 separate living areas (one for me and for for you if you're ever not feeling overly social - your living area is featured in photos and includes couches if you want them), plus a rumpus room with table tennis table, and a massive garage with some boxing and exercise equipment, and a backyard. It has ducted heating for the winter, and airconditioning in every room for the summer. There two bedrooms available. So prices are as follows: Back bedrooms - $170 each Back bedrooms combined (eg single parent with a child) - $300 All the photos are of your own private areas (the beauty of having such a big place).
I am a quiet tidy mature age student who enjoys cooking, dancing, watching dvds, reading, watching AFL (I am a diehard Saints supporter) and although I enjoy socialising with others, I also enjoy having time alone and quiet moments so I can study, read, etc. I respect your privacy and belongings, but expect the same in return.

Hi, I'm 22 years old originally from Hong Kong, just graduated at Deakin Uni last year, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house as I have lived for 3 years at my current place. I work part time 5 days a week, and I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years so far. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I like sports, so I play soccer. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm fine with either going for a private room or teaming up with any of you for a house, planning to move in from March to April for a long-term lease, I need garage or driveway for parking my car as I wouldnt park on street, also I have my own furniture for a bedroom so a furnished room wouldnt be preferred. Built-in wardrobe is preferred. Please shoot me a private message if interested :) Thanks, Alex

I pay rents and bills( open to splitting utility bills) on time because i hate not paying on time. I like exploring new places and travelling, going out to gigs and bars with occasional club scene. Cheers Mourya
I love a good chat, good music and good food. Looking to make friends in a home not just share a space. I am also clean and tidy :)
I'm a Uni student at the moment and studying a double degree of education and arts! I'm half way through my second year at the moment and looking for a new place to stay. I'm a friendly, happy and active person who always likes to have fun and a laugh. I'm still relatively new to Melbourne having moved here from country SA
A bit about us BELINDA I work as a part time/casual travelling salesperson, I also do pet sitting. I come with a cat, indoor/outdoor, 100% litter trained, friendly and docile, and two little guinea pigs who are outdoor in the one cage, neither have to come with me if you don't want pets in the house, they do have somewhere they can go MATT Currently looking for full time work, but has a fortnightly payment so he can pay rent and bills. Smoker, smokes outdoors or off the property as respect to non smokers, also trying to quit. Ideally we'd like somewhere long term, but we can do short term. Our budget is $100-150 a week not including bills, or $150-200 a week including bills. That would be between the two of us, not each. We're quiet but like to be social too. Like having communal dinners and such, but respect peoples privacy and wishes. Neat and tidy, happy to help with household chores, inside and outside. Will come with all bedroom furniture (except a bed base so if a queen bed base is available we'd like to take it) and a couple of things for the kitchen too. If you have a room that you think would suit us then please let me know!
I am 25 years old female student from Indonesia with Chinese background. I have lived in Melbourne since 2009 (study and work full time), but decided to go back to Indonesia since October last year. Now I am back in Melbourne to study at Swinburne Uni and pursuing my dream as an Early Childhood educator. I'm clean, neat, tidy, and quiet person. Most of the time I'd like to keep myself in the room to catch on with books or series. But I don't mind hanging out to share meals or few drinks once I get to know you more. I do cook once in a while ( not too great but not too shabby either ). I like reading books, playing piano, and watching movies and series. I do like to travel at least once a year, as per say I do enjoy photography. Message me if you have any questions and a room to offer which is close to public transport and easy access to Swinburne Uni.
I am reliable, easy going and very tidy. Happy keeping to myself but do enjoy having a couple of drinks, sharing meals and having a good chin wag with my fellow housemates. Looking for a room for myself and my beautiful fluffy cat, Doagy. I am a vet nursing student so rest assured, I clean up after my cat and she won't be any bother. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, cooking and going out to see live music. Not too fussy on location, would like to be based towards the city if possible. As long as I can drive to my jobs/school (located in Ringwood, Fairfield and Bayswater) within an hour then I'm happy. Wanting to move in about a months time (start of August). If you would like to know more about me or if you potentially have somewhere for me to live, please send me a message.
I'm an 18 year old Food and Nutrition/ Commerce student at Deakin University, so I can assist you with my first year knowledge of food and commerce things? I love to cook, and eat so if you cook too that would be a match made in heaven. I am sociable, and enjoy the occasional drink however I also value some quiet nights in. I'm into fitness, and love running so we can run together either if you do too, or if you don't ;). Pretty flexible, and all the basics, neat and clean! Just looking for some chill people to make some solid friendships with.
Heyoo! I'm Malin, moved from Sweden and got here on my WH visa in February and I'm looking for a fully furnished room (since the only thing I brought here were my clothes) from late July and on. I am willing to pay anywhere between $145-200 per week! I am a very laid back, outgoing, mature, reliable and chill woman in my early 20's and I'm looking to share an apartment with open-minded people. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle as I'm at the gym when I'm not working. I love to mealprep but of course I still eat yummy dinners as well. I want a place to call home. I love to have movie nights, cheese and wine nights, and have a "family-dinner" when it fits the household aaand a beer or a glass of red wine on weekends. But don't get me wrong, I'm not a party animal. (I would love to find people who will join me watch series, the new GOT season coming up ;)) My weekends starts off with cooking breakfast with pretty good tunes. It's pretty basic and it's very good music, you'll love it. Just to make clear, if that's nothing you're into I'm happy to have my headphones on. Furthermore I do need my personal space and I always clean up after myself. I will bake Swedish Kladdkaka every now and then, I swear to you, it's delicious. If you want an optimistic and enthusiatic gal, then you want me to live with you! I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Yours Sincerely, Malin
Hi. Currently I am house sitting in Brunswick whilst friends go overseas and will need somewhere to live after they return, late September early October. I am reliable and conscientious. I love animals and am pretty health conscious. I've been working in a public hospital for the past 18 years. The current photo is a few years old, as am I, but it is me. I just haven't any recent ones of myself at the moment. My desire is to live by myself but am happy to share with 1 other female and would require my own bathroom. Even happier if you have a pet. I don't eat warm blooded animals but I do eat tuna and salmon on occasion. I have a partner of 15 years, who has his own house (too far from my work) whom would obviously be spending a weekend every now and again with me. I also spend weekends there too. Am happy to meet any time that is suitable for us both. Cheers. Suzanne
