I am an outgoing, fun, clean and respectful person. I love outdoor activities but also love to kick back and watch TV. I like going out on the weekends and love meeting new people.
We have 2 large, unfurnished rooms in a beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom home available on the 27th of April. Polished floorboards throughout the whole house. Ducted floor heating in every room, and a wall A/C in the kitchen/living area. All communal areas are furnished, but if you’ve got some kitchenware and a TV to spare, we’re happy to accommodate. Both bedrooms are well sized and have built in wardrobes. Though there’s only one bathroom, there are 2 toilets in the house (one being a separate loo attached to the laundry). We also have a pretty nice garden with plenty of places to sit n chill or entertain your mates in the backyard as well as the front. Location-wise, the house is situated on Blackburn Road. We have the 703 bus stop right on our doorstep which takes you to Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre and to Blackburn Train Station. In the other direction, the bus takes you up to Burwood Hwy to Burwood One Shopping Centre (24 Hour Coles and Kmart, yeah boy!!) and the 75 Tram route (only a few stops away from Deakin Uni, and about an hour trip into the city). There are 2 off-street carparks available, with room on the street for other cars. We work on a bit of a first-in best-dressed scenario when it comes to parking on the property, but this can be negotiated if necessary. Bills and rent are split equally. We have cable internet which works out to be $15 p/m. Utilities (Electricity/Water/Gas) have been roughly around $75 all up per month when split with 4 people. Rent is paid monthly at $543.25 each. Bond is the $543.25. What we are looking for in a roommate: someone who is clean, open and honest. Passive-aggressiveness is a drain and just not tolerated. We’re a chill couple of girls just looking to make our house a home. We like a bake sesh and movie marathon every now and then, we hope you'll join us :)
My name is Erin and I am 33. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. Pay rent and bills on time. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
Hi Everyone, My name is Gemma, i’m looking for a sharehouse in Ringwood or surrounding suburbs. I’m friendly, like to be social but also like my own space and enjoy a good coffee. I work in Gaming and also have two small businesses on the side, so I keep pretty busy. I’m a non smoker, don’t have any pets, and have bond and rent ready. Looking to move in with people around my age (27). Please message if you think you’d have a house suitable! Thanks x

Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
Hi My name is Lisa. I'm 28 years old. I work full time in hospitality. I have been living in share accommodation for just over 5 years. I've lived with both males and females. I’m clean and tidy. I'm respectful of others and get along with everyone. I enjoy going out here and there and having a friend over sometimes, usually weekends after work with some weekdays so I need to feel free to come and go at all times of the day/night. I like to have a friendly relationship with the people I live with. However, I like my space and having alone time. I’m looking for something on the long term side if possible where I can settle in and feel at home in an easy going relaxed environment. To save time please do not contact me if your listing is not in one of my preferred or surrounding locations. I’m strictly looking for something in eastern suburbs. Please make sure you provide photos and a little about yourself/other housemates.

Hi! I'm currently looking for a new place for myself and my rescue greyhound, Maggie, somewhere in the vicinity of Melbourne (<1hr from CBD via PT). I'm 27, employed full-time as an editor, a vegetarian (but I can happily live with non-vegos) and totally LGBTIA+ friendly. I'm your standard, run-of-the-mill feminerd — I love movies, tv, books, podcasts, video games and board games — but really, I'll get along with anyone who's friendly. Maggie the greyhound is a sweetie pie who can take a little while to be comfortable around new people (she was a rescue and the runt of her litter), but she is super loving when she's settled. She spends most of her time asleep cos she's a longdog, but she loves a good play sesh too. She's lived with a cat before without too much drama (though the kitty had the claws so was the boss), and she loves making friends with dogs that are the same size as her or smaller. I am a dog person and a cat person and also a human person, and I'm totally happy to live with others' pets. I'm looking to pay about $180 p/w for rent (with a little wiggle room). Happy to split bills, do my share of the chores, and hang out every now and then if that's what you're after. Looking to move ASAP. Please get in touch if you think Maggie and I might be a good fit in your place. :)
I need to move closer to melbourne for work im a 4th year landscaper with constant reliable work so i can pay bills on time. Im clean polite friendly and all that yahoo get in contact if you'd like to ask a couple questions im super keen
I'm an easy going, 27 year old professional looking for someone to take out a lease with. I have enough furniture to furnish an apartment so all you will need is your bedroom furniture. Would love to grab a coffee and have a chat to see if we would be a good fit. I would potentially be getting a dog in the future, so would love a flatmate who is animal friendly.
