My name is Erin and I am 32. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. Pay rent and bills on time. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.

I'm looking for a quiet location, with public transport in walking distance, for 6-12 months, ideally near Box Hill or Blackburn. Must be LGBT friendly. Moving between now and March 12. I'm very clean, neat and quiet. I do not work or study due to diagnosed chronic pain, but my income is reliable. I have been sharehousing for 2 years so far and never had any trouble paying bills. I have a rental history, and some furniture/appliances (depending on where I end up, I'll keep what I need), including my own mattress. I don't drive. I am single and I'm a very quiet shy person, definitely not a partier. I don't drink or smoke or take drugs. Gluten free omnivore. Happy to share my cooking sometimes if you're up for that, I make great roast pork :) And of course I contribute to cleaning. I like to write and draw on my computer, I enjoy art and I love cats. Am I right for your house? Please send me a message if you have any questions! Thanks for reading!

Hi there, My names Matt, a bit about me! I work full-time in a sales role in Chadston, that keeps me fairly busy Monday to Friday. I also play quite a bit of social sport, basketball, mixed netball and tennis. I like to keep active and get to the gym as much as I can. I also play a bit of acoustic guitar from time to time! I love my footy and am a big Hawks fan, so I get to the games most weekend. I am generally a very tidy and neat person who will look after my own stuff as well as help out with house chores. I am respectful of peoples privacy and like that to be returned. I also would like to be able to get along with the people I live with as well! I'm looking for a decent sized room to fit a queen sized bed and a bedside table or two! Preferably in a non-crowded home. Ideally I'd like to pay 180 a week or less but would look to pay more for the right room/house/housemates. I'd probably prefer a house that didn't smoke, do drugs or and wasn't going out every night of the week as I get up fairly early for work. I'm currently living in Sunbury and making the commute to Burwood every day, so I'm pretty keen to move someone as soon as possible! If you think we might get along and you have a room that would suit me, please don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you'd like to know more about me! :) Thanks Matt

So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
