I'm a local from Victoria and I study philosophy and literature at Deakin university. But the best reason to live with me is because I don't make a sound and I always clean up after myself, and I like cooking meals for other housemates too.
Hello, I live in a 3 bedroom house with 1 spare bedroom... 3m x 3m. Room has one single bed, drawers, wardrobe, dresser, desk, chair, TV, DVD player, Netflix. Own separate bthroom and frig. Close to Deakin, Box Hill. Kitchen has everything, laundry, dryer and washing machine shared. Bus stop 5 min walk. Train station about 30 min walk. About 30 minutes to city from Box Hill. Always clean. Close to shops, bus, etc. $125 per week includes all utilities, internet and cleaning service. Rent is negotiable. :) :).:) One month's rent in advance required as well as bond security deposit. Safety assured. Long term is better.:) Would suit almost anyone. No drugs. Looking forward to getting your mail. All the best.
I am pretty easy going. I am comfortable doing my own thing but am more than happy to share a meal/ wine/ TV show binge with my housemate when appropriate also. I would prefer a place that's not a huge share house with heaps Of people, preferably just myself and one other. I am pretty clean and tidy but not obsessive about it.
The property is located in a nice, safe, little street that is close by to 24 Hour Kmart and Coles on one side and a set of shops on the other. It is a short walk to a tram stop that will take you down to Deakin or on an adventure into the city. It is about a 10 minute drive to Laburnum Station, which has a train that comes regularly. I am looking for a lovely, friendly housemate to takeover my contract until the 15th of February next year, if you choose to extend your stay, there shouldn't be a problem. The rent is $695 a month all up, including bills and internet. The property is available for inspection, just contact me to take you through, when a good time is available for both of us. It is also ready to move in fairly quickly, with most of the furnishings in the pictures provided. Including a double bed with a mattress, a desk and chair and storage available. The room is a bungalow right outside the house, which proves nice for a little privacy every now and then.
I have a very cute Pomeranian who is also well toilet trained. The one on the left is me. I'm in the security industry.
I'm 28, work full time in financial services and am looking to live somewhere between blackburn and burwood to spend less time driving. I'm quiet, tidy and when I'm not working or training I mostly watch netflix or read.

I'm a 25 year old post grad student from India. I'm here to pursue my Master of Business degree in Sports Management at Deakin and will be working part time as well. I'm a very friendly, chilled out guy capable of adapting to new surroundings with ease. I'm approachable, considerate and very easy to get along with. You can talk to me about anything, I will gladly have a chat with you. Need any help with something and I will do my best to help you. More importantly, I've spent 6 years of my student life living in shared accommodation, so I'm well aware of the responsibilities one may have. I appreciate cleanliness and hygiene. I enjoy sports (both watching and playing), music, travelling, reading and watching movies. I also enjoy socializing over Coffee or a few drinks occasionally. I love animals, so I won't have any problem having pets around. I have some experience in maintaining the garden from back home, so I can even help you with that on my free time should you need me to.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
I am a quiet tidy mature age student who enjoys cooking, dancing, watching dvds, reading, watching AFL (I am a diehard Saints supporter) and although I enjoy socialising with others, I also enjoy having time alone and quiet moments so I can study, read, etc. I respect your privacy and belongings, but expect the same in return.

This property is in the lovely suburb of Box Hill South. It is within a 15 minute walk to Deakin University's Burwood campus and 2-10 minute walk from public transport. You will also be surrounded by plenty shopping options with supermarkets and restaurants. Your room will be the main bedroom, with plenty of storage space and room for furnishings. One thing that the Landlord has requested is that you are working at least part time.
Hi, I'm 22 years old originally from Hong Kong, just graduated at Deakin Uni last year, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house as I have lived for 3 years at my current place. I work full time 5 days a week, and I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years so far. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I like sports, so I play soccer. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm fine with either going for a private room or teaming up with any of you for a house, planning to move in from March to April for a long-term lease, I need garage or driveway for parking my car as I wouldnt park on street, also I have my own furniture for a bedroom so a furnished room wouldnt be preferred. Built-in wardrobe is preferred. Please do not call me, and shoot me a private message instead if interested :) Thanks, Alex
Hey I'm Nick! Currently working as a specialised technician almost everyday of the week. Will hopefully be moving to full time just after the 26th of this month and looking for some chill happy people to live with. I generally keep to myself and do my own thing but am happy to chill out after work. I'm a gamer but with work lately I haven't been able to play much. Any tech related problems I can usually sort out and if I can't then I'll be learning how to so it's fixed :) I've got a queen bed, TV, computer, desk etc so as long as the bed fits in I'm good. Happy to meet up for a drink or coffee :)
I am looking to find someone to share a home with, where we share the costs and also a meal every now and then. I am neat and tidy and love a clean home. I am looking for a room in an already existing house. I am not too fussed on location as long it is the the east, or even south-east. I am open to someone with children, couples and even pets. I am looking for somewhere modern and in a safe area. I also already have a fair bit of appliances like a washing machine, fridge and my own bedroom furniture but okay to sell them if they are not needed. If I sound like someone you would like to live with or maybe catch up for a coffee to discuss further then send me a message :)
Hello, My name's Eilonwy, I'm an 18 year old university student looking for accommodation more convenient to my studies. I'm clean, friendly and quiet. I also stay out late most nights for study, so I'm not going to get under anyone's feet. I also have a very stable income at the moment, so bills will not be an issue. Please feel free to contact me for any properties available. Thankyou
My name is Dominic Peck. I'm from Singapore and I work in audit in Melbourne and also am part of a private mentorship group that mentors people on how to build a business assets outside of their 9-5. I'm a neat, non-alcoholic and peaceful person. I'm a Christian, and I'm also looking for a roommate that upholds similar values as me. I'm in search of a cheap accommodation where I could just sleep and shower. I enjoy reading and just hanging out with friends. Please feel free to contact me if you have a room that is available.
Hi, I'm clean, tidy and respectful person and social person too. Likes own privacy and quite time aswell as respects others space too. Im a nurse. I'm a christian and brought up that way and I respect everyone's belief too. I'm looking for a large unfurnished room/ master ensuite for long term stay place (until I buy my own place at least which i have no plans yet 😜👍) so talking LONG TERM stay please. Let me know if you have something similar.
Hi! I'm Ashlyn, I'm a 22yo law student at Monash and I work part-time in a Ringwood pub. I'm looking for a place to move as my current landlord is selling the property. I would like somewhere between Clayton and Ringwood, as these are the suburbs I travel between for work/uni. My budget is up to $180 including bills. I have a queen bed and a desk which the room would need to accomodate, so realistically the room must be at least 3m x 3m. I also have a couple of cool gadgets to bring, including a high quality blender, rice cooker and slow cooker. As I am generally pretty busy with work/uni, I don't have much spare time outside of sleep, however I also enjoy healthy eating & fitness, netflix, reading and nature. I like to have housemates who are friendly, down to hang out sometimes, but also respect having alone time. I am generally a tidy person, particularly in common areas as I think this is a big sign of respect. I prefer to clean things as I use them (dishes/bench tops etc), and use a rotating roster for vacuuming, mopping etc. Pets: As much as I love them, I am allergic to cats so can't live with any. I also love dogs, and can live with them happily. I do have a small reptile (named Koda) who lives in a tank on my desk, however if this is going to be a deal breaker I may be able to organise for him to live at my parents'. My current lease ends on Sept 25, so I am looking to move in early-mid September, however late August may be suitable for the right place. Ideally, I would be joining a pre-existing lease, as I am heading overseas on exchange in February and as such only require a 4-6 month stay. If I sound like a suitable candidate, message me here (please no texts/calls for first contact) and we can go from there!

Hey hi! I'm Lina, I'm 21 and go to Deakin! Currently working in aged care part time. I'm friendly, bubbly and talkative. I love music of all sorts, but I tend to keep it to my headphones. I like washing dishes because a sink of dirty dishes drives me insane, and as for other chores I am flexible. I am an ambivert, meaning that whether I'm close to people or not, it doesn't worry me too much, though it'd be great to have some new friends! Message for any other questions (be as random as you wish) :) Thanks!!
Im a very tidy person, If im not sleeping or out, I love to keep the place clean. I love my food and I like my moscatos ;) Im an honest person. Im a reliable and social person as well. I'm quiet, intellectual (if that's your thing- we don't have to talk), and financially stable so I can get rent in on time. I am willing to do more than my share of the chores because I could use the experience.
