I’m looking for a furnished room anywhere in and around Mackay. I work 7/7 so would only be there half the time, I’m fairly quiet, I have no pets although I do love animals. Non smoker, occasional drinker. I’m hoping to move in round the tenth of January and stay for around three months.

I have just moved up to Mackay for work at the harbour, however most weekends I will be flying back to see my family on the Sunshine Coast. So pretty much only around Monday to Thursday night. I have an easy going nature and looking for somewhere to rent for around 12 months. I enjoy running and the occasional glass of wine after a long day. I am clean and tidy. The unit is located in North Mackay just over the river in a quiet area.To drive to Mackay its self takes me 6 minutes there's also a bus stop straight outside the door. The unit is one of two in The complex with a large three sided covered carport they could easily fit two cars you'll see by the photos it's not much but neither is the rent. I only use the unit to eat shower and sleep ,so you could add whatever you wanted.
I’ve lived in Mackay for about 6 years and know the area well. I opened a restaurant down on river street and worked out at Hay Point for a couple of years. I haven’t been a big party guy since I was in my mid 20’s so I’m well past that :) just looking for somewhere clean, quiet and with a decent size room and a good housemate that’s financially stable
