We are a fun and bubbly easygoing couple that enjoys alot of time alone as we are quiet people. I have 3 children, however only right now have 1 full time and 1 2 nights a week. They are 4 & 6 years old. Miss 6 is in school Monday-Friday then with her father and Miss 4 is with us Tuesday-Thursday each week. Both Jerid and I are looking for study and or work ASAP. We both have alot of personal comittments so pretty much only eat and sleep at home. We are ultimately looking for a granny flat or a dual living situation that is as close as we can get to North Ipswich State School. We both smoke however are happy to abide by any set rules surrounding this. I own 1 registered car and we have no pets. The house is situated in a Quiet Street, with good neighbours and is only 10 minutes walking distance to the CBD and close to public transport, it has recently had a modest renovation and has all the basics that you would expect, It is not a huge house but has a comfortable lounge, a sitting room and a lovely verander and a small relaxed backyard which is only partly fenced, making it unsuitable for dogs, but would be quite suitable for cats
It's beautiful big old house with front and backyard. There is also a park on the corner which is right on the river. The house has been lifted creating a big space downstairs in addition to the 3 rooms upstairs. There is a big living area and a small porch with BBQ. Lots of room inside and outdoors. I moved in fairly recently and am really flexible in how the space can be used. The kitchen is a little small but an upgrade is on the way. There is plenty of space to park as well as a garage for storage and a shed out back. This is the perfect house for someone who would like to bring some pets and some ideas. Will definitely get a little pool set up for sommer, but the house has airconditioning of course. There is a big split system in the living area and another unit in the yellow room. I have potentially 3 rooms and a large living space downstairs to share. The yellow room is nice and big and has the additional aircon unit in it. The other 2 rooms are a bit smaller and no additional aircon. The rent will vary of course depending on which room you want, the smaller rooms will be bit cheaper and I can put an extra aircon unit in if needed. We just installed some solar panels, which will help keep the bills down. There is a bus stop on the corner, it's about10min to Riverlink/ Ipswich train station and about 5min the other way to East Ipswich train station. My neighbours are lovely people and respecting them is very important to me. They've never complained about noise before, but I would not like to have a noise party everynight or something like that. If you have dogs just bring them by and we'll see if our puppies get along.
