I am looking for a m/f to share a three bedroom house with just myself in Blair Athol, available from 25th Oct 2017. It is 9km north of the CBD of Adelaide, and just over a 10 minute drive. Rent is $140/wk, negotiable in some circumstances, with a two week bond payable. Water, electricity and gas are extra. The room is currently furnished and can stay that way for $10 extra per week, or it can be unfurnished. The third bedroom has a share desk, etc. There is on site parking in the front yard. The house faces onto an attractive parkland, in a quiet street, with buses a one minute walk away. In the other direction it is a two minute walk to a sports oval. The rear yard is a delightful established garden. You must be a non-smoker. The house is well maintained, with a modern kitchen, semi updated bathroom, gas heating, and an air conditioner which can cool the whole house to varying degrees. The NBN is available and has been connected until recently.
I'm a clean and tidy housemate. I enjoy my own space and respect others. I am polite and respectful. I enjoy an arvo beer or wine and a chat. I am not a crazed sports supporter but will hang out to watch to be social. I own a lovely 8yr old cat who is fully housetrained so no stinky litter box required. Fully vaccinated, no fleas etc. He keeps to himself and is pleased to be left alone too but loves a scratch under the chin. As a full time chef I'm usually pretty tired! I ride my bike to work to stay fit. I enjoy a hit of tennis, fishing, gardening and anything outdoorsy. Currently I am studying business management in my spare time so I do like a fairly quiet environment. Im not a night owl and need my sleep! Warning: I do nap 😂 So feel free to SMS me with pictures or ideas to team up. Preferably no more than 3 housemates and definitely no other pets. ✌️

I am friendly, clean tidy and responsible, looking for like minded people who are easy to get along with. I am into music and film in my downtime. Preferably looking for a furnished room and a price including utilities if possible. Thanks for your time. Hopefully i hear from you soon. DJ
Hi there future housemate!! I am currently a year 12 boarder at Loreto College, Marryatville. I board from Western Australia and plan to further my studies in Adelaide. I am wanting to rent a room until my family returns to Adelaide (6-8 months). Going back to Western Australia is not an option for me and I do not have supportive family in SA so it is crucial that I find a place to stay once I graduate (27th of October). I turn 18 in December and I plan to work full-time until the new year as I will be a full-time student. The Boarding House has enabled me to practice a respectable and honest living lifestyle for three consecutive years from an early age. I believe these qualities will respectively enable me to live and tolerate diverse people from all walks of life. Please do not be turned off by my age as I consider myself to be mature, reliable and responsible. I enjoy socialising and meeting new people of different ages and backgrounds. I am a neat and tidy person and am willing to help around the house. I also LOVE dogs. I look forward to hearing from you. :)

Work full time in the city, odd hours. Love music, but am pretty quiet when I'm home. Gay, traveller, vegetarian. Looking to stay close to the city since I've recently taken to becoming an Uber Eats driver on the side, mostly because I liked the idea I could get paid to study Japanese with my audio books. Ask me how that ones going :) Bonus points for: dogs, n64, spa/pool, kick ass cooks, non-smokers, chill/kind/tidy people

It's a big new house. One of the bedrooms is available now. The house is close to bus stations on both Prospect Road and Churchill Road, and walking distance to Costco, Coles, Kmart, Aldi and Asian restaurants. The house is very clean and tidy. The room is about 12 m2, with built in big wardrobe, furnished with a queen size bed and mattress, a bedside table, a big computer table and a chair. Now, looking for a clean, respectful, and honest person to share the house with. As I am a shift worker, I prefer to communicate with people via text message or email.
My name is Catherine and I am looking for a room to rent as close to Adelaide CBD as possible, available to move immediately. Originally from Russia, I am a Permanent resident in Australia since the end of 2015 and planning to become a citizen. Starting my new job at Women's and Children's Hospital, will be working rotating shifts. Have been doing nanny work before, and my background before coming to Australia is in HR -- I am planning to get back to it once I settle down here and sort out additional training and other things. I don't have a car, pets, don't smoke or drink, don't party, clean after myself, and don't have any furniture except for a queen mattress (+quilt and pillows). I am pretty quiet, like to have my privacy and don't bother others, but happy to chat, cook together or hang out in the outdoor areas. I am usually the tidiest person in the household (at least that was the case in all sharehouses I lived in), and every once in while will get in the mood to bake pies and cookies to share with everyone.

Howdy, My name's Crystal and I'm a 27yo single mum. For the last 7 years, my daughter Saphira and I have lived with my mum. And its been great. But I've reached a point where I need my own privacy (so to speak) and independence. So for a temporary time until I adjust to life and my daughter adjusts to the changes, she will be staying with mum. Thought I should probably state that. Me, I'm a quiet, friendly, yet like to keep to myself often. I'm neat and tidy. And I can cook and love cooking for people.
