3 bedroom house 15 minutes from the city and very close to public transport. The house is open plan with ducted air-conditioning and big windows with lots of natural light for all our plants. The 3rd bedroom is medium sized with a built in wardrobe. The house quite most of the time but has a good outside area and rumpus room for when we have people over. NBN Internet We have 2 young cats Diego and Evan. They are super cute and cuddly. Electricity, water and internet split evenly.
Each room is lockable, with ceiling fans. The room was recently freshly painted. We all get along well, and it is a peaceful environment. There is one main bathroom but there is a second toilet also. There are large gardens, with plenty of space to sit and have a coffee or a glass of wine, which I love to do. Close to public transport. Bills and internet are included in the price.
Hey future roomies. I'm a full time speech pathologist currently working in paediatrics. At the moment I'm floating between the Barossa and some north side schools. I'm originally from Darwin but I've lived and studied around Australia for the past few years now, so definitely not new to share housing :) I like to keep busy and play a few amateur sports (AFL and touch rugby) - I don't proclaim to be any good but I give it a good crack! I also love the gym and Crossfit style workouts (so gym buddying is welcome). My work and activities can mean I leave home early and come home late-ish but I like to think I'm a respectful housemate in terms of not being too noisy or leaving a mess behind when I do :) On the weekends I love going out for coffee (or a wine) with friends. I'm also a huge sucker for live music. I'm social and love a chat but am also happy with my own company so you might often find me tucked away in the bedroom with a cup of tea. I'm looking for a clean and tidy space, preferably with no more than 2 other housemates. Hoping to find people who are happy to contribute equally to household duties. If possible a place that's more on the modern side. I don't mind living with a mix of genders. I'm very flexible with move in dates as I'm currently at home base.
We are a couple from Srilanka ( Age 29) and We are going to stay adelaide for two years. We are looking for a place to near by UniSA Campus. It should be a nice place with privacy and close to UniSA and the CBD. If some couple wants to share a 2 room apartment that word be great. Other that it shod be a apartment with own bathroom and shared kitchen also fine.
Short term rent a room available. Bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, room fully furnished with brand new mattress, bed frame, sheets & linen. Spacious living and big outdoor area for entertaining. Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to public transport via bus, supermarkets restaurants and cafes. 10-mins walking distance to Churchill Centre, Costco and about 20-mins bus ride to CBD. Newly installed evaporative cooler throughout the house. Simply move in without hassles of setting up room or house.
My name is Danielle and I work full time Monday-Friday in the city. I am on a temporary 5 month contract which ends 31/05/2019 and then I will move back to Sydney on 07/06/2019. I am seeking a furnished room with a bed/cupboard/bedside table/desk/chair for a short term period with female housemates only. I am easy going, neat, tidy, respectful and do not have children or pets. I have a car but am happy to utilise street parking if private parking is not available. I am available on weekends and after 5pm weekdays to view rooms. Ladies please message me if you believe I would be a suitable room mate.
Hi my name is Phillip, I am Genderfluid MtF who identifies as female, I am looking for a nice place to stay that is long-term and stable for me that has good Internet with unlimited data (NBN is preferred, if not that's OK). I am a gamer and love to play videogames a lot, so if you're the type of person who likes playing videogames and talking about them, then we may get along just fine, I am currently working myself up to be full-time Twitch streamer to generate a better and more stable income for myself (hence the need good Internet like NBN in order to stream). I usually like to keep to myself a lot and do my own things, but may have chats every now and then when I really feel like it. I like having my own privacy to be left alone to doing my own things as I usually like to get deep into lots of mini projects in my spare time. I like to have lots of quiet times, helps to think better when there's less environmental noise around and about. My general budget for renting is around $250 a fortnight, and if bills are included or some bills then that's fine. but would prefer if some are included with fixed rate. -- If you are looking for a team-up for a place I'd be happy to do that, feel free to message me about it. I'm originally from the UK, I moved out here to Australia about 5-6 years ago now for bit of a change. I've been in Adelaide for about 2-3 years now.
The most easy going couple you'll meet, super friendly and respectful of peoples property and space. Mature beyond our age and both hard workers. We come with a gorgeous dog who is clean and short haired, and of course extremely well behaved. Current lease is up in June so looking at our options as are trying to save to buy a house
Hey I’m Jay, been living with my best mate for 4 years and it was time for a change so looking to move in with someone who is similar to me: has good vibes and is positive, clean and tidy and understands personal space. Likes to keep the living conditions great and easy to work with. I’m flexible on moving date, time etc. I’m an operations coordinator at work, I enjoy socialising, keeping active and getting away or down the beach. I’m from Adelaide. Please ask if there is anything else you’d like to know...
I am originally from Adelaide and grew up here. I work as a draftsman for a structural steel company. Its a permanent position so financially stable. I love be outgoing as much as possible. I enjoy the outdoors, going out to bars and clubs, movies, beach, good banter, etc.... you name it :) My hobbies include music and playing guitar. So if you can handle me playing guitar all the time then that's good :) My purpose for looking for flatmates is to give myself a change of lifestyle and experience living with flatmates/different people.
I am a really easy going girl who loves her space but also enjoys a chat. I love to clean and cook and have respect for other and other peoples property/space :)
Hi, I'm Heman Mahesha, moving to Adelaide from Bangalore for my post-graduate studies at the University of South Australia. will be there on the 22nd of February 2019. looking for a place in and around the city or near my campus (Mawson lakes) whichever is better. I'm a very amicable person and I get along well with everyone, also, a health and fitness enthusiast so once I settle down I prefer to cook my own meals. we can share diet food if you are into fitness as well. haha. I'm adjusting but keen on keeping my surrounding neat and tidy. pretty outgoing, wouldn't mind exploring the city with the flatmates. social drinker. looking for a place with all bills included preferably might consider stretching the budget if the place is nice. a furnished place would be better but flexible. will plan on working part-time. Do team up if you're looking for accommodation at similar areas. also, I enjoy running, swimming, good music and shopping.
Hi all. My name is Steph and I work full time in the city. I am looking for 1 or 2 people to share a house with from mid March with at least a 12 month rental agreement. I am a very reliable person when it comes to paying bills on time and would expect the same. I am a clean and tidy person and when I share a house I would also expect the same in the shared areas of the house. I do not take drugs and would prefer my housemates didn't either. I have a bearded dragon lizard who likes to hang out in the sun in his enclosure and I am open to having other pets at the property as well. I am a quiet person who usually goes about my own business but in saying that it would be great to have a house mate or 2 that is happy to socialise with each other. If you think you would be a potential match with me then please msg me and we can possibly meet up and talk about living together and get to know each other. : )

I'm a happy go lucky type of bloke, I love a laugh and am very sociable. Big things for me are respect, integrity and honesty. I am a clean and tidy person. I am very handy when it comes to gardens or even house hold repairs, I like to cook, I'm one to enjoy being up riding my or taking a nice hike or walk along the beach, though I do love a good lazy Saturday on the couch. I would like to find a place north of Adelaide though am open for other areas.
I am a working professional in the Hospitality industry, working full time in the Prospect area. When I'm not at work I like to keep to myself, but am still a sociable person. I love to cook, watch movies and play some video games here and there. I have a beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, she is 13 weeks old and very well behaved, so a backyard would be great, but also if the property is close to some parks that would also be an advantage. My girlfriend Emma and I are both clean and tidy people and we are both easy to get along with, and will go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and cleanliness of the property is at the highest standards.
Hi, I'm a nerdy/sporty engineer looking for a place to stay in Adelaide when I move there. I just signed a contract that will have me moving to Adelaide mid Feb but then looking for a place starting early March. I will be working full time at a company north of Adelaide but still wish to stay close to the city. I'm an energetic and social person who cooking is definitely recommended by his friends. I am a tidy person who always cleans up after himself. Looking for a nice place with hopefully some people around my age bracket I can meet, as I don't know anyone in Adelaide.
Hi! My name is Tayla and I am in my final year of a Bachelor of Arts, studying creative writing, history and cultural studies, before I start my Masters of Secondary Teaching. I am a friendly, easygoing person who loves socialising with friends, is up for a good chat and a relaxed evening at home or with friends. I am musical and enjoy playing netball. I currently study full time at UniSA and work in before and after school care. I also value sustainability and make efforts to be fairtrade and eco-conscious where I can. I am currently looking for a place to share with my sister Jessica, and we are looking for another friendly face to join us, preferably also female. Jess is also musical, sings and plays saxophone and will be studying a Bachelor of Music at Adelaide Uni. We both enjoy cooking at home and healthy eating. Other shared interests include spending time with friends, watching movies, or getting out on a hike or to the beach. We don't yet have a house, but when we find the right person we will team up and begin looking for a new home to suit us all, preferably within a 10 minute drive of Enfield and a quick trip into the city by bus or train. We are each positive and friendly, easy-going and down to earth in our own way. We are polite and respectful of others and will be mindful of keeping the place tidy. We would both love to live in a warm, friendly and welcoming space filled with good company and conversation. We'd love to share with someone who is up for a good chat, who can also enjoy some quiet down-time and space. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm a full time night shift worker, who teaches dance once a week. I'm a quiet housemate and spends a lot of time reading and training. Loves a decent red wine and a laugh. Looking for a quiet place to move to close to my workplace if possible.

Heya, My name is Shawn. Originally from Taiwan and will be a UniSA student. Me and one Brazilian are looking for two private rooms at the moment. I'm an easy going and considerate gay boy. Occasionally love spending time with housemates watching movies, listening to music and having a chat, also like to have my private time doing some study and own things. Happy to find international environment to meet new friends. I've been living in share houses for over one and half year. I hope I can find a LGBT+ friendly house to live in and happy to team up with you! Oh! Btw, I do not have pet, but I do love cat/dog. They won't be problems for me! Feel free to ask me any questions or meet up !
I'm Christie, I'm 25 work full time in the city, I live a fairly active life and spend most of my spare time at the gym or out eating with friends, so I’m out and about most of the time. I've lived in shared accomm for 4+ years so understand how it all works, I'm very social and easy to get along with but don't mind alone time. My move date is not confirmed, my current lease ends In May but there is potential I can move sooner then that. I come with a nice big new fridge, so hoping I can find somewhere I can bring that with me 😁
I value privacy and cleanliness the most. I see things in different perspectives, making me understand and respect diverse people. I am very flexible; I can be quiet but am also up for conversations. Lastly, I reckon conserving energy and water is important.
