Our place is modern and comfortable. There’s two living rooms both with a TV (and Netflix!) and couch. We have a dishwasher, air conditioning, washing machine & dryer. The backyard has a fully covered area perfect for sitting out with a tea :) Our spare room is private, has a built-in wardrobe, and block out curtains. You’ll have access to the main bathroom and kitchen. We’re just a short 15 minute drive to the city, or there is a bus stop across the road with frequently running buses. Northpark shopping center (Coles, Woolworths, banks, etc) & Sefton plaza (Target etc) are 5 mins drive/15 min walk down the road or 3 bus stops away.
Hey, I'm Daniel | 23 years old | Adelaide | full-time student | casual worker I'm: - studying at Flinders University (and looking for a place nearby) - seeking for an unfurnished room - to move in a queen double bed and accessories - with a car to park - reliable, friendly and neat - down to Earth - valuing of respect and privacy :) I've previously rented twice - with friends. I'm reliable, as I always pay rent and bills on time. I have references to show. I'm organized, respectful and cordial. :) I'm about to start my first year of full-time study in Medical Science at Flinders University. I'm currently working casual at Cellarbrations. I'm trying to find some solace in company. I like living in communal environments; of being around those of similar ways. Somedays, I enjoy creating art in my free time or finding my way out in the world. Other days, I spend a bit of time at home reading or playing games. Living in a household where everyone feels comfortable is important to me. I seek to resolve any issues with diplomacy; I keep an ear open. I'm quite fond of cleanliness, and a bit of peace and quiet here and there. My interests are: sights, outside a box, the shoulder of Orion - for which attack ships are on fire, the meaning of semantics and any teapot in orbit around Sol between Earth and Mars. Oh, and some heavy muses too. In other words: photography, abstract, astronomy, sci-fi, philosophy, metal \m/ and other miscellaneous stuff. I'm a non-smoker, and I drink on occasion. :) Don't hesitate to give me a message or text if you're interested! So thank you! And take care! Team-Ups: If anyone seeking a room wants to contact me about leasing a place of our own, I'd be more than willing to do so.
I am looking for a M/F to share a three bedroom house with just myself in Blair Athol, available now. It is 9km north of the CBD of Adelaide and a 10 minute drive. Rent is $185/wk, negotiable in some circumstances. Water, electricity, gas and furnishings are included. The room can be unfurnished for $10 less per week. The third bedroom has a share desk, etc. There is on site parking in the front yard. The house faces onto an attractive parkland, in a quiet street, with buses a one minute walk away. In the other direction it is a two minute walk to a sports oval. The rear yard is a delightful established garden, with space for a veggie patch. You must be a non-smoker. The house is well maintained, with a modern kitchen, semi updated bathroom, gas heating, and an air conditioner which can cool the whole house to varying degrees. The NBN is available.
A pretty easy going dude that doesn't mind a chat but also enjoys my own company. I think it's more about the people you live with over the place you're living. I'd rather live in a worse house with better people rather than vice versa. I'm a baker by trade working part time and selling linen/textiles on the side. I don't drink, smoke, or stay up all night partying, and I treat others how I'd like to be treated myself. I keep my area clean and don't mind chipping in with chores and things. A granny flat or similar would be ideal for me as I can be a bit anti-social at times, but don't mind a little socialising and chin wagging too. :) I'd totally live with me. :)
I'm very clean and organised. I dislike messy houses. I like to be low key but enjoy being social on special occasions & sometimes on weekends. I work full time in the city at a 5 star hotel as a barista, 6am - 4pm / 5 days a week. I go to gym most days when I finish my shift & train for competetive soccer 3 nights a week. I also do a lot of writing and drawing. Im positive, i have a good sense of humour and don't take life too seriously!
We are a really easy going, work oriented couple. We love to hang out but are just as happy to leave you alone depending on what youre comfortable with. We are clean, quiet and considerate and looking to move for the first time. Michael works in pool table manufacturing 5 days a week and in his down time is a bit of a gamer. I work 3-4 days a week at the coopers alehouse gepps cross as a gaming attendant and love to watch netflix and read when im not working. I also like going out during the day to visit family.
I'm Mariam. I'm currently working part time. I'm interested in moving in at the end of February with my cat Kermit. He is an outdoor cat. I'm super friendly and easy going, I keep a neat room and don't take up too much space.
