Hi I'm Brandon, Looking to move as soon as possible to be closer to work. I'm very easy going, quiet and keep to myself and I always clean up after myself. I do not drink or smoke, but do not mind others who do.
I am an easy going, friendly, independent woman. I have recently moved back to the area from Apollo Bay and have been housesitting since mid December!! I haven't got anything after early September, when I'll be looking for more permanency... I'm positive, clean & tidy, enjoy walking, the outdoors, yoga, music and being with friends & family... hope to hear from you soon 😀😀
Looking for a place that is self contained for day stays while the kids go to school. A few nights as well. I live nearby but too far away to drive twice a day for the little kids. I have lived in share accommodation before and I am aware of how to live cheek by jowl. Having a spot with my own private space would help keep the children and dogs under my wing. We are not wildlings and even the dogs are under control and housetrained. Cavaliers, Spoodle. We own our own four acre farmlet near Daylesford and I am married to a full time worker husband. I am tidy and organised. I am interested in early music, animals, farming, children and teaching.
An ambient space with a combustion heater, floor boards, carpet in bedrooms, full length bath, indoor laundry, dishwasher, BBQ, courtyard with fireplace, grass area, lots of windows all reach the floor allowing for an abundance of light. Great views of Mt Franklin, frog pond in the reserve right next door. Rent includes electricity, internet, wood and water.
Its quiet, clean, and plenty of room, own bathroom and 2 living ( lounge) rooms so plenty of space to relax in own areas. Bbq and outdoor enertainment area. NICE views overlooking golf course, so any keen golfers welcome😊
On free way so quick to get places and federation university if studying. All bills and wifi included in rent and is very secure as it's in the Ballarat student accomodation centre. No smoking or pets allowed.
Nice new home with mod cons. Northerly aspect (nice and warm) views from the verandah. Nice place quiet area and a quiet house. 4 bedrooms, of which two will be let and the third will be a spare in case family or friends wish to stay the night (or maybe they just had one too many the night before). So it's not too crowded. There are two living areas so you can have you own space. Just worked out how to use the gas heating and it works a charm, and there is an AC for the warmer months. The bedrooms are a nice size (about 3X3m) with built ins. The bathroom is modern, with separate toilet, and you would share this bathroom with one other.
Study a double degree online, so its full time study from home, work or travel during my breaks. Into pc gaming, cars, few quiet beers, don't go out to often. Am a kiwi so love my rugby. Fairly quiet, keep to myself mostly, always clean up after myself. Happy to bring my own internet if needed, requirement for my study. Have my own bed, drawers. Don't have a car, just need room for my computer desk. No more then $150 including bills.
Clean well situated house close to public transport and highway entry. Large backyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Fully equipped shared kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer, lounge room shared with TV and stereo

Hi All, I'm currently looking for one other person to (preferably) start a rental house with or move into a spare room that they have available. I'm a fairly level headed person and don't mind if the person i find either wants to be social or keep lives seperate from eachother. However, it'd be good to be living with someone who I can kick back with on the couch. I am someone who would like, on occasion, to have a friend or two over on a friday/saturday night, but would expect both parties to respect eachothers personal/bedroom areas. I'm looking to start a new rental for at least 6-12 months. I'm allergic to cats so I can't share a house with anyone that has one. Cheers
currently waiting to find out if i was accepted to start my hairdressing apprenticeship (That's why it says 'unemployed'). Don't want to move out just yet, I'm just preparing myself. Non smoker, no pets, no children. I am a bit messy but willing to clean if you ask. Only willing to live with other girls. Will cook food.
I love living here because it's in a nice quiet spot, with only the birdlife creating much noise. It's only a four minute drive to the cbd/supermarket and Western Freeway. There are two bus lines that run quite close, with the closest stop being about 500m away. The unit is only 18 months old so is very easy to keep clean. We have a decent amount of storage in our single car garage. There is astroturf (fake grass) so almost no garden maintenance which is great. The bathroom is also pretty nice.
