Hiya! i have just recently received a job transfer from Armidale, NSW to Coffs Harbour. I have two very well behaved dogs called Loki and Freyja whom I take for walks and adventures in my spare time. I have lived in share homes for approximately 4 years so i have plenty of experience renting and living with others. i don't know very many people in Coffs so i'm looking for roommates who are friendly and wouldn't mind a chat every once and a while :)
We are clean, reliable, chilled out and love a good time. We are a fun loving couple who love to have a good time and make new friends and go on adventures but also really chilled out and keep to ourselves!
G'day (house)mate! I'm a professional nerd (IT Security Consultant) and run my own business, mostly via remote administration to my individual/SMB clients around Australia and beyond. Rent is paid in advance and on time, and I keep myself and my space to a high standard. I'm happy to do my part and keep things clean in common areas too - I'm cleaner than most but I don't quite take it to an obsession :) I don't smoke (expensive way to smell bad), I don't do drugs (my brain is already weird enough!), I do rock 'n roll but I know how to use headphones (they're practically attached to my noggin when I'm not on a call or otherwise talking to someone; love my music), so you won't hear any of that. I have the occasional cider or spot of Old Tawny, but my idea of a wild party is a games night where the Scrabble or Uno gets a bit heated lol I've recently gone through some personal losses, but I'm looking forward to a seachange and embarking on a new chapter - maybe we'll be the right fit? Please feel free to drop me a text or call on oh-fore-sev-tree fyve-sev-tree wun-too-wun (gotta get past the censors, haha - seems a bit of a rip to have to pay to contact). I can't answer if I'm on a job, but I'll typically get back to you within the hour. And yes, you get free tech support. :p I'll keep the PC/phone/laptop/TV/etc going ;) ----- Must-haves: - Walkable to beach (<1.5km) (some days you just need this) - Peaceful household (that doesn't need silence, there can be noise that doesn't intrude) - Clean/hygienic/pest-free (need I say more) (note PEST not PET, I like animals but have none) - Smoke-free (once in a blue moon or occasional guest is fine) - Honest communication (including no passive-aggressiveness or such - if there's a problem, let's solve it) Nice-to-haves: - Own bathroom with a tub (some days this is just what the doctor ordered!) - Aircon in bedroom (had it once before and it's easy to get spoilt lol) - Good internet/NBN fibre (on every nerd's wishlist - but I have my own mobile net as backup) - Someone who would be interested in games nights, like anything from the aforementioned Scrabble to regular board games, pictionary, all that dorky stuff, up to proper hold'em poker (I might also be starting a fortnightly/monthly DnD thing) - Someone who likes the occasional deep-dive chat into some aspect of psychology, society, beliefs, technology... really could be anything, but my usual interests are around people, why we do the things we do, and how to make the world a better place with the skills we have. Contact is oh-fore-sev-tree fyve-sev-tree wun-too-wun - no need to pay for premium or whatever just to get in touch with me ;)

Hello! I am looking for a room to rent in the Coffs Harbour/Sawtell area. I am 35 years old, work full-time as a lawyer, and I am into yoga, hiking, mountain biking and generally spending lots of time outdoors. I am away quite a bit on the weekends and am generally an early riser/sleeper during the week, and am neat and respectful of others' space. I generally keep pretty busy but am always up for a chat when around the house!
Willing to put in a concerted effort to make any situation work. Quiet and reserved, way past the "partying" age but not anti-social! Love my Guiness and bourbon (not together and rarely at that)! Love any pet. Believe in honesty and taking charge of my own issues. Generally tolerant of everyone (incl. orientation - I'm hetero and belief system)! Unfortunately profile photo is not particularly flattering, it was the only one I could find on my h/drive! Seriously! **NOT MOVING JUST YET, SEEING WHAT'S OUT THERE AND A F/T JOB OF COURSE**
Hey guys! ! I am Julia, 20 years old from germany. Been in Australia since July last year and in Coffs since March, planning to hang around till July 2018, since that’s when my visa unfortunately runs out. Not the typical kind of backpacker since I’ve only lived in Melbourne so far for 8 months and after in Coffs since. Not planning to travel for a long trips since I’m pretty settled here now with two jobs and a partner and friends. Got great references from current and former employers and proof of income of my last 6 months. Looking forward to hear back from you! Cheers Julia
Molli and myself are sociable but also like to have time to ourselves, we have a good sense of humour, we keep the place clean and don’t mind sharing duties, and we are respectful. We are secure in our jobs, as we have been there for over well 12 months.
