Easy going, clean, tidy, considerate. Currently work for myself in construction, but looking at going back to fly in fly out mine work. Recently separated and have 2 young girls both in primary school so it's extremely important to me and them that they be able to visit over weekends and school holidays. Both beautiful well mannered girls far more mature than their age and always have people commenting on well rounded they are. I am just as accepting towards other peoples children if you happen to have your own either living with or similar circumstances to my own. I smoke, enjoy a couple of drinks after work, but aren't interested in people who like to party regularly. Usually prefer my own space so I won't be constantly in your face, but happy to have a drink or socialise over a BBQ etc. Own a purebred German Shepherd bitch, she has been extremely well trained, doesn't dig holes, normally not a big Barker unless she sees a threat. She has grown up with my girls since they were 4&5, and have never had any issues with other children - my girls regularly invited their friends for sleepovers. I realise I'm probably not ticking everyone's boxes with what I want to find considering the girls and puppy, and without sounding too abrasive, if your not immediately willing to accept them I'd prefer if you save us both the trouble of getting in touch. Great neighbours and owner, lawns cared for by owner, Close to Castletown Shopping Centre, central area makes commute anywhere easy by bike or car, nice clean fairly modern flat. Two-storey, second bathroom downstairs is currently unused. AC and fans in all rooms as well as central. All rooms have built-in sliding door wardrobes with mirrors. Heaps of cupboard space, kitchen is all set. There's a stupid comfy hammock out front that makes for a relaxing afternoon with a beer and a book.
Super friendly, bubbly personality. Will have rent paid in advance where possible, if not will always be on time. Extremely neat and tidy, love to cook and clean. Love animals and a quality conversation. Early education student.
