I’m honest and hard working, my hours are completely different to the normal 9-5 job which means I’m usually out and about before everyone else. I’m really self sufficient and I keep my space very clean and clutter free, I am looking to move with my dog who is 2 years old and loves people and animals all shapes and sizes. I’m happy to either be on property and have a small back yard.
I am a really easy going person, I’m very easy to be around and I get along with anyone. I have a very bubbly excited personality. Currently studying for my year 12 exams and looking for a job. Plan on going to uni next year to study an artsy course. I love to cook and enjoy others company. Am currently from hillside but the situation is complicated so hoping to find a place to live asap. Brand new 4 bedroom home, you will have your own loungeroom area, shared kitchen and dining. 2 bedrooms, your own bathroom and powder room. Only area's to share is kitchen and laundry. Great location in the new Lamandra Estate. I am only home a few nights per week so you have to have references and be clean, keeping the property in excellent condition. I will be installing ceiling fans to both bedrooms and a queen size bed frame and side table is available to you if you like. I will be doing some additional works to my new home which will be done in 2018 but this is only new benchtops in kitchen and new tiling which should only take a couple of days to complete. It has a double-bed and base and small side table and comes with all linen if needed for short stays The carport is currently used by the person who rents Bedroom 1, but there is space other vehicles in off street parking. Long term tenants can expect to pay $150 a week for this room - anything under 4 months it's $165. Definitely no smoking, no couples, no children and no pets. I take care of the gardening, mowing and all maintenance needs.

Peta, Jack and I are currently living in craigieburn, however we are looking for another share house. I'm 19 years old, Peta's 18 and Jack is 20 but we can guarantee that we each have had experience living in a share house. We understand that boundaries need to be set in order to ensure an environment that would suit all those who are living under the one roof. At the minute, we are not currently studying, however we all have part time jobs, peta having two. That being said, weekly rent will not be a problem at all. We can reassure you that we are responsible with our incomes and have each managed to save more than a sufficient amount in the bank. it may also be worth noting that we are looking for a place until May as Peta and I will both be going overseas to work for six months. despite being young, we can promise you that money will not be an issue. We like to keep our area clean and can fend for ourselves in the sense that we are able to cook our own food, buy our own groceries, clean after ourselves, do our own washing, as well as drive ourselves around. in regards to furnishings, we have our own belongings to fill up the rooms for rent, so that shouldn't be an issue. we are extremely outgoing people and can easily adapt to different environments, we would love to be able to move into a home where we are comfortable and can remain friendly and civil. We will not invade your personal space as well as your personal belongings. We also love animals and have two beautiful cats, our little baby ragdoll Alaska, and our cheeky Bengal cat Bernie. Hey all! Please read full discription :) My name is Shaeli, i am working fulltime in construction and currently studying to gain a successful career for myself. I'm a boxer, i train weights, i ride dirtbikes (motocross) and i spend as much time with my dog as possible. Taking him out to beach, walks in a park etc. Because of my busy lifestyle i am not home a lot of the time as working 5 to 6 days a week and out doing hobbies etc. When i am home, i spend it in my room relaxing during the week and if i am home on weekends I'm still quiet, do my own thing but I do enjoy a good chat and a shared meal here and there. I'm very independent. I'm looking for a new place to call home, somewhere cheaper than where I am currently living as I'm pretty much paying for someone else to live. That's honesty. I would prefer living females, or a male that is laid back and more around my age. I'm reliable, I pay rent, bills etc on time. I'm clean, neat, tidy and clean up after myself and my dog. I'm not a clean freak but i do like the main areas of the house kept clean. I'm fun to be around and would make a great housemate :) My dog is the most important living creature to me and he will come with me. It is hard finding a home that will except a large breed but i really hope someone/something will come my way soon. I'm not in a rush to move but i would like to asap to save money and make it easier for myself. A little info about my dog: His name is Ryder, a 18 month old Rottweiler who is well behaved, house trained, has manners and loves people. A gentle giant teddy bear, that doesn't jump, nor does he go on couches, beds etc unless invited which i don't usually do and don't need to do. He is an outside dog 90% of the time due to myself working and hobbies but sleeps on his bed in my room at night time and will come inside if freezing or too hot out. Thanks :)
