I'm offering a room in my own home in the quiet village of Bungendore - 44 km from Canberra and 20km from Queanbeyan. I currently have an ANU researcher staying with me who will leave some time over the next few months. The house is only a few years old and is passive solar and also generates its own electricity. Although in the village I've been able to live on my tank water for the 18 months I've been here - so if you are in to long hot showers this probably isn't the house for you. I have two small dogs (one belongs to my daughter and the other belongs to a work colleague - which I took on as they couldn't find accommodation with them). I also have two cats that have their own run and are contained to one end of the house. Public transport options to and from Bungendore are limited. There are buses and also trains between Bungendore and Queanbeyan but there aren't many so you would need your own car.
We’re about to move into our new rental, looking for a flat mate or couple. Liking dogs is a must. This place is a gorgeous modern house in the new suburb Googong. It’s a 30 minute drive to Canberra and a 15 minute drive to Queanbeyan. Your bedroom is a decent size room with a walk in wardrobe.
I work full time and live with my nearly 18 student son and two spoiled cats. I'm a great cook and he's a big anime buff. Pretty quiet peeps, don't party or smoke. Would love to find a cool, LGBT+ household to join, or another single parent to make a new share house.
I am from Cowra NSW. I am a Plant Operator working on Ellerton Drive Project in Queanbeyan. I'm easy to get a long with can cook and I don't party much i clean up after myslfe.weekends in Summer is spent on Wyangala Dam with our boat with my family and friends
The views from the property are of the mountains and surrounds. The property is on 1500m2 huge back yard with established fruit trees. Very quiet area to live in. A 10mins walk to Karabar shops and Tigers club, playing fields and parks. Bus stop out front of house to Queanbeyan town centre and bus terminal. Plenty of room inside the house and at the back yard for bbq entertainment.
The house is a little run down but has the basic essentials. Cheap rent and no locked in contract so you can stay as little or as long as you like. Close proximity to CBD, train station, airport, Canberra city, Canberra Outlet Centre, etc. Enjoy country living with city benefits.

Hi! I am looking to move out of my parents place again. Moved back to Canberra after being in Melbourne for 3 years. I work full time at a law firm and study law at UC part time. When i am home i am studying or cooking. I am looking all over Canberra, i work in the City and Uni is in Belco, but i am living in Jerrabomberra currently. I have a cat (2 years old, lovely, big boy) and also a dog (mini fox terrier, 1 year old, full of energy). Cat is indoors at night, on my bed or the couch and outdoors during the day. Dog is the same, back yard preferably so she can play during the day. i then take her for walks every night and on the weekends. She is trained and doesn't make a mess. Just wants cuddles and to pay tug of war! Looking for a 2-3 bedroom house with ultimately my own bathroom. A house mate that is clean and tidy and doesn't mind if i have my boyfriend over a few nights a week. I am an Australian girl, 23, a hard working professional and will keep the house tidy. I am not a vegetarian but not opposed to someone that is. I am LGBT friendly. Don't mind if you smoke outside. Let me know if you have any questions!
I am a young and vibrant individual with an extraordinary zest for life. I prefer a small amount of time with my roomies and a fair amount of 'me time', however I'm always up for a good chat and a glass of wine. I clean up after myself and respect the space of others.
Hello! I’m looking to relocate from NSW in the very near future and would like to find cheap but comfortable accomodation until April 2019. I’m super chill and like to have a laugh but also like spending time by myself. Love a social beverage but also keeping fit. I can get on with almost anyone so will have no problem fitting in with multiple room mates.
Was living in Canberra from 2012 -2017. Have been living in Sydney, but keen to come back to Canberra as prefer the people and the lifestyle of Canberra. I am hoping to move down in October, but am flexible with dates. I have lived in various sharehouses before and I am always happy to do cleaning etc as i do like to keep shared areas clean. I have been working in customer service, so hoping to get the job before I come down and a similar role. (currently have more than enough for bond. ) I like to live an active lifestyle and dont mind staying in. I like to be social but also like time to myself. I do also like to garden, growing own veg etc, and I love animals so happy to be with pets. Have own furniture, so can be flexible with furniture.
Clean, keep to myself but i am friendly and happy to hang out sometimes for a chat. I work in kingston and close by would be an advantage but anywhere in Canberra is fine as i have been living in Evatt for the last 10 months. Weekends i am not around alot as i travel back to Orange to see family. I am a soccer coach and go to the gym to keep some sort of fitness
