We are a group of 4 sharers in a very large house in Kingston Beach. Some of us are working people in our 30s and some are more mature students. We love Tassy and its beautiful bushland and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. We are looking for a professional/working person or mature student to share with. We will have 2 rooms available soon. One room is upstairs, it is the master bedroom and is very large. It has it's own private study/studio space , off street parking, queen size bed, desk, heaps of cupboards and wardrobe space. It is light and bright with two sets of windows and lovely polished wood floor boards. Sorry I don’t have a photo. This room is $210 per week for a single person or $260 for a couple. This includes all expenses. It will be available from Early June, possibly sooner The other room is downstairs and very private. It has its own external entrance as well as access to the very large downstairs lounge and kitchen. It is also very large, has a queen bed, cupboard space, desk, wall heater and new carpet. This room is available from May 24th. Again sorry no photo, but I’m working on that. The room is $185 per week which includes all expenses. The house has two bathrooms, two lounge rooms and plenty of out door living space. We have a very productive veggy garden and 7 chooks. We are 10 mins walk to the beautiful Kingston beach and 5 mins to all shops and services in Kingston. It is a 10 mins drive to Hobart, the Southern Outlet makes it an easy straight drive, and there is a reliable bus service about 3 mins walk to the bus stop. Kingston beach cafes are great and a walk up the Alum Cliffs off Kingston beach is a beautiful and peaceful way to spend some free time. I am a professional woman, Drama teacher and am away traveling a bit this year. We have created a harmonious community of healthy, responsible, respectful, working/studying people who enjoy this tranquil property and share a happy, easy going home. We have a small dog who lives at the property as well. Let me know if this might suit you.

I’ve just returned to Hobart and am working from early morning till late afternoon restoring an old classic yacht. I lead a quiet respectful lifestyle without dramas. I’m courteous of other people and their space. Always clean up after myself. Send me a message and let’s meet to see if we are a match. Cheers Gerry.
I'm Daniel, 22, currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources Management) at Uni by distance. I'm clean and organised, like cooking and going to the gym. I enjoy a good chat and casual wine, but can also keep to myself when work and uni life gets busy. I am relocating to Hobart to live closer to my girlfriend while we look at finding a place together to call home. In the meantime, I am requiring roughly six months accommodation, maybe more, with a bunch of friendly, clean, and easy-going housemates. I will be working full-time and studying on the side. Thanks for checking out my profile; please let me know if you have something available!
I will move to Hobart next month to study. My family has my husband, my 11 months old son and me. We are very clean, neat and always pay rent on schedule. We look forward to renting for about 1 year or more. We come from Vietnam and live in Sydney now.
I work for Woolworths as a Produce Manager. Hobbies include gym, PlayStation, Netflix and outdoor activities in the warm weather. Recently moved home from Melbourne to the parents house, just pondering about a bit more space to myself.
A pretty adventurous and chill personality on the lookout for likeminded housemates! I spend a lot of my time working which I love, but that also means I really appreciate alone time. That said however! I'll almost always be up for a beer or (occasionally) indulging in guilty pleasures like Bachelor in Paradise or Game of Thrones. I love anything to do with the ocean / bushwalking / dogspotting, and am currently saving up for hopefully a grand trip around Australia. In the meantime the dream sharehouse for me would be near Hobart (as that's where I work) have a bathroom to housemate ratio of 1:2 , bedroom big enough for a double bed, and prefs off street parking, but of course I'm flexible with all of that :)
I've recently moved to Hobart and work in the city. In my free time I'm looking to explore more of Tasmania. I would like to find a place to call home, meet new people, going to the gym, squash, yoga, and hiking. I also have a car but I'm happy to park on the street.
