Hi All, My name is Carly and I work for a professional Relocation Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 2 year working visas. We secure accommodation for them prior to arrival for 4 or 12 weeks (visa type dependant). 4 Week stays: we pay 4 weeks up front and the chef pays a 2 week cash deposit on arrival Extension of the 4 week stays are by negotiation between you and the chef and we are here to assist. 12 Week stays: we pay bond (ideally 2 weeks) up front and we pay rent weekly by bank transfer The 12 week stays are likely to extend to 18-24 weeks. We are flexible with the type of accommodation and just ask that it should be fully inclusive of bills and furnished. We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. CURRENT NEEDS: *Hillvue / Tamworth 1 x 4 weeks (arrival 27 Feb) *Tea Gardens 1 x 12 weeks (arrival 27 Feb) Anticipated needs (no definite timeline)
I'm currently looking for a room mate to share with myself and my partner in the Forster region or surrounding suburbs. I am a full time student who works casually, and my partner works and studies full time also. We are wanting a room mate who would suit this schedule. We are generally quite people while at home as study and work takes up a great portion of our time. Therefore, those who prefer a quite living environment would suit well. We are very tidy and self-sufficient people, stick well to cleaning routines and respect the property of others. Please feel free to contact myself regarding any other questions.
Hiya, I’m moving up from Sydney for a f/t job in the mid-north coast region, based in Taree. I don’t know the area well so am starting my search wide! I’m a single lady, young at heart, love food and wine, yoga, my Vespa, the beach and travelling! Am a tidy housemate without being obsessive. Typically like a mix of socialising and time alone.... looking forward to this adventure!
The room is the main bedroom at the front of the house and is very bright, comfortable with plenty of space. It has a double bed, ceiling fan, TV, desk and plenty of power points and cupboard space and room for yoga if that appeals! NBN Wifi connection is included in the rate. The front lounge and office area are for my private use, however, you are welcome to use the other common areas; bathroom, laundry, kitchen, back sunroom/lounge area and the backyard (although you would be sharing that with my beautiful border collie/x kelpie). There's a bar fridge in the kitchen area for your exclusive use. It is only myself living in the main house, however, there is also a mature, male, relative that lives in the converted garage/granny flat and he shares the bathroom in the main house and the laundry (he has his own cooking facilities). You don't see much of him as he is also very busy and keeps to himself. Sorry, absolutely no smokers and no heavy drinkers.. this is not a party house. I am an early to bed, early to rise type, although I am very mindful that a lot of people like to sleep in so I keep the noise down when I'm up early; as I would expect from you in the evenings.
This unit is located near the beach, and provides a balcony to take in the view. It is a small 2 bedroom unit, so a friendly/easy talking roommate would be ideal. The best way to persuade you is for you to have a look for yourself. So let me know if you're interested
Considerate, well-traveled and experienced at communal living. I like a home that's both a sanctuary and social that respects others. I am active, love getting out in the wilderness whenever I can and study & work online. Looking for a spot that has a bit of extra space or garage for creative projects. Flexible with move in dates.
Hello, my name is Kirra, I am 20 years old and moving down south from Townsville, North Queensland. I have lived on my own for 2 years now and I am very clean, look after myself, I like to stay very active and I am very easy going and social. I have a beautiful little cat named Bailey, she is very well behaved, makes little to no mess (only her hair) and is very good with other animals, especially dogs.
hey I’m 17, soon to be 18. I’m in yr 12 and work part time at McDonald’s. I am becoming a manger and just looking for nice place to live. I’m easy going, love a good chat and love my sport.
Recently returned to Aus after working overseas for 15 months. Need a place to live while I wait until my wife can move down then we will reestablish a home together. I'm pretty casual yet mature and tolerant. I am neat, tidy, and would be no burden on flatmates.
This lovely neat two bedroom unit has water views from its open plan kitchen/living room and hallway windows along with a lovely little undercover balcony overlooking the Port Stephens bay. It is a compact unit so it would be essential that we get along and you are considerate about noise. This unit would suit someone wanting a quiet lifestyle though could also be good for someone looking for a beach weekender or who does FIFO work. The room for rent is quite small though should fit a double bed and maybe a desk. The living area is tastefully furnished and I have a good sized fridge and a washing machine, but you would need to bring your own bed. You would be required to pay half the electricity bill which comes every 3 months, although water is included in rent. This property does not allow pets. Non-smokers only.
Hi! I'm a 25 year old who will be working full time in Salamander Bay as the health professional from February. I'm from Melbourne and looking for a one bedroom furnished place, or in a share house with one other female. I'm easy going, organised and tidy. I like to socialise and get to know people but also like to have my own down time. I'm respectful of other people's privacy. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga/fitness, brush pen calligraphy and exploring nature. I'm a non-smoker and usually drink for special occasions. I've got a temporary place to stay, but want to find something more permanent around April-May this year. Happy to stay for 6 months, or more, if it's going well!
It's a beautiful villa in horizons golf resort.clean property and is nicely furnished.Has got air conditioning in living area.Has access to two swimming pools and club house which are common amenities of the villa.just 3 mins drive to salamander shopping centre.

We're a young working couple who've just moved down from Yamba! We're moving into a place on the 3rd of February and we're currently housesitting until the 17th of Jan so we'll need a place to stay in the 3 weeks or so in between. We've lived by ourselves but also in student accommodation with 19 people, so we're not that fussed about the type of housing as long as we're living with roomies who are easy to get along with like ourselves and not overly messy. We both surf and are out and about exploring the region a lot at the moment (wine and waves what more could you ask for?). We're both outgoing but also understand the need for space and are easy going and tidy. We're pretty flexible about which area of Newcastle we want to live (we're still getting to know the city), but close to the beach would be ideal! Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about us or have a room we can come and view. Johan and Alexandra
Hey! I will begin working as a nurse at Manning Hospital in Taree January 2018. I'm friendly, respectful, easy to live with and spend most of my spare time surfing. Just looking to stay somewhere close to beach and a short drive to Taree and am currently looking at a couple of places. I also have a well trained boarder collie/kelpie.
