I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit).
About me I'm Ella, a business owner and blogger looking for a positive vibe home for me and my dog, Daisy. I am looking for a room to rent in Perth, somewhere less than 25 mins from the city with a high vibe community. I am looking for the perfect place and am flexible with a move in date. Daisy is an extremely well trained dog, who gets plenty of exercise everyday and has no behavioural issues. She is a kelpie/cross staffs who needs a yard. She doesn't bark excessively, and is super friendly with dogs, people, and children. There will need to be a backyard suitable for my her at the place we choose. She also knows over 30+ super cool tricks! I unfortunately don't know that many tricks, but I am super positive, clean, friendly and considerate. I love sport, photography, blogging, writing, reading books, personal growth, business, netflixing, travelling, eating and most of all hanging out with good company.
Were both very friendly, easygoing people who like to keep our place respectably clean and tidy. Peter works full time and I’m in my last year studying architecture at Curtin uni. Have lots of hobbies and like anything from going camping, to staying in with a movie or a puzzle. Not huge party animals but don’t mind if others are! Still love a social outing and drink or two. Don’t have pets but we love all animals so open to a furry flatmate addition too ☺︎
I work Concert Logistics (Audio and Lighting). I love to cook, and have been told I reasonably good at it. I love netflix and cricket (BBL mostly) Enjoy a drink but tend not to party to much anymore (I am 40 after all).
33yo FIFO nurse. Week on/off. 15mth old female inside dog that would love some lovin on my weeks away! Open to sharing existing property, or getting a new place with new people. Pretty active on my week off, either out and about with the pooch, visiting friends/family, studying, on the golf course or at a dog beach. Love a netflix night or 2.
Heya, Need a room from Feb. 10th, I am a research professional at the Curtin University Tech Park. Regards Mahavir
We are a tidy, quiet and no-smoking young couple, travelling from Melbourne to Perth on January 27th. We have been living in Melbourne for 6 months, and we are moving to Perth to improve our careers (me as a Chemical Engineer and my wife as a Business Manager) We also have references from our landlord. We always pay on time. We do not have children or pets. We both work and study Mon-Fri all day. We are looking for a cozy apartment, studio, or granny flat with one bedroom and one bathroom.
Hey, I'm Elise. I'm nineteen and currently at Curtin Uni doing Urban Planning. I like to have a pretty active social life, and don't spend that much time at home. I'm friendly and get along with pretty much everyone. I have a healthy dose of common-sense when it comes to household responsibilities and like to keep everything pretty tidy and clean. I've lived in a share-house for about a year now and looking for a new place as my lease is up.
Easy going and considerate female who likes shopping, reading, browsing the internet, dining out and spending time with family and friends. I am very respectful of other peoples property and I always keep my home clean and well maintained. Heya! I'm Shannon, currently studying full time at Curtin Uni. I have two jobs, one at a theme park and one at a restaurant and am usually quite busy. I like to bake, travel, read, watch movies and shows, have a drink with friends and play sport. I am a tidy person and clean up after myself. I am friendly and love having a chat with people, but I also like my own space at times. I am easy-going, considerate and respectful of other people's space. Looking to move out to be closer to work and uni.
Very quiet but friendly, but most importantly clean and tidy and respect others privacy.
I'm clean, not fussy and quite chill to live with. I'd like to think I am pretty fun and social but I'm not the type to have big parties or go out a lot. As long as you are chill and friendly, I would be ideal to live with.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.

Looking for a housemate for our sharehouse, a homely and well situated character home in Ardross. The house is very close to Garden City shopping centre (5 minutes walking distance) and 1 minute to bus stops that go direct to Perth City bus port, Canning Bridge train station, Murdoch University, Garden City bus port and Fremantle. The house is also well situated to catch buses to Curtin University and UWA. There is space in driveway for off street and covered car parking. The house is fully furnished and the two available rooms are furnished. Both rooms have built in wardrobes with lots of storage space. Room 1 - The first room is ideal for a single student. It has a single bed, study desk, bedside table and built in robe. It can also fit a double queen bed. This room is small to medium sized. Room 2 - This room is large sized. This room is perfect for people who want their own space as it has a 'mini living room' in the overall bedroom. The room is structured in 2 parts - one part is the bedroom area and the other part is a mini living room. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed and side table. It has 2 built in wardrobes with ample space. The mini living room area has enough space for a couch and TV and even a study desk and is great if you want your own space and privacy. The room also has it's own door for entering and exiting the house. Split bills for electricity and wifi internet. Water and gas bills are included in rent. The house, including the rooms, have heating and cooling facilities. The share house is low key, relaxed and quiet. You'll be sharing with a couple which are full-time working professionals in our thirties that have fairly busy schedules but do enjoy catching up with housemates for a friendly chat. We are ideally looking for a housemate who is independent, clean, tidy and reliable. One our favourite things about the house is the location as it is close to Fremantle (15 minutes by car), the City (10 minutes by car) and a 5 minute walk from the Swan River which has fantastic views of the Swan River and City. It is also very close to supermarkets at Garden City Shopping Centre (5 minute walk). The house is also very close to public transport (1 minute walk to bus stop which goes to Canning Bridge Train Station and also buses to Perth City). The rooms are ready to move into. We look forward to hearing from potential housemates :)
I'm quiet and I keep to myself. I'm currently studying biomedical/laboratory science, and I'm cat and LGBT+ friendly. I spend the majority of my time in my room gaming, reading, or studying, and I'm more inclined to go out to spend time with friends than entertain them at home. I am very passionate about my studies. If you want someone to talk to about epidemiology or blood parasites, I'm your girl. If you want someone to really very NOT talk to you about epidemiology or blood parasites, I am also your girl, because I'll be too busy studying to talk. I don't smoke, I'm disinterested in drugs, and I very rarely drink. I require an unfurnished bedroom as I have my own bed and desk, and I'd prefer <4 housemates. The location isn't a problem so long as the area is safe and there is public transport nearby.
Hi future roomie! My names Shan! I’m 25 years old and work full time as a marketing account manager for a corporate magazine. My current landlord is selling our property, so I need to find a new home. I love keeping fit and eating well. I keep to myself during the week as I wake up quite early, but I don’t mind debriefing our day over a quiet drink or dinner.
Hi Future Housemates, We are looking for an easygoing and clean housemate to share with 3 others. The house in is a lovely tree-lined suburb of Ardross, located nicely between Perth CBD and Fremantle. We are walking distance to the river, bus station, Garden City Shopping Centre, boutique shops and cafes! The place is fully furnished and has mostly jarrah floorboards throughout. There is a small kitchen/laundry and a larger open dining/lounge room. The great advantage of this place is you don't have to sign a fixed term contract! Just give us notice if you intend to move out. For $140 per week, the bedroom has a double bed, study desk and chair a wardrobe and a free standing chest of drawers. Shared bathroom. Bond = $560 (4 weeks rent). Bills are split evenly between housemates. Utility bills are water, gas, electricity, NBN internet and are usually around $20 per week per person. Our house is fairly quiet house but sociable, not a party house though. If you would like to view the rooms please message or text me. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I’m usually quite busy working, I believe in an active lifestyle, I love cooking healthy food and absolutely love animals since I am a veterinarian. I am also extremely particular about cleanliness, and need my flat mates to be pro-active about cleaning. I love spending weekends in with a glass of wine and a home cooked meal. I do go to bed early and am looking for a quiet person with a similar lifestyle.
Easy going student, studying Marine science and working as a bartender, can make you cocktails and always down for drinks or the beach
Hi! I'm a full time teacher who travels during holidays and rarely spends a weekend at home. I love keeping fit and in summer you'll mostly find me at the beach or snorkelling. I've done a fair bit of flat sharing so I know that being respectful of other people's property and personal space is a must! I'm also very clean and tidy (I'm not about to shy away from doing my fair share of the chores) and I always pay rent and bills on time. Hope to hear from you soon 😊
I work full time and I am in to my health and fitness, bike riding, tennis, basketball and so on. I love the outdoors and get on well with everyone. I am also very clean and tidy, don’t mind cooking and respect others privacy.
Currently working full time in the city and studying. Looking for a place to call home until June/ July 2019. I tend to keep fairly busy, lead an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoy spending my weekends at the beach, catching up with friends and indulging in the brunch scene. I would rather live with people I can have a conversation and a glass of wine or a meal with, not the hide away in your room type. I like to keep a tidy house, am mature and respectful of personal space. Preferably looking for a place that is within easy access to the beach or river and close to public transport :)
I'm a 35 year old full time student, part time worker, studying commerce at Notre Dame. In my spare time, I'm a pretty big nerd or I'm out and about with friends - overall, I’m a pretty chill and quiet person.
Hi everyone! I am an Electrician by trade and recently completed a two-year stint FIFO in a specialised position. I am taking a break from full-time FIFO and currently studying full time at Murdoch University, in my second year. I work as a FIFO shutdown electrician during my uni breaks. My time spare time involves a balance of seeing family, friends, study, exercise, composing music and going out. I am a friendly, mature and clean individual. I am quiet, considerate and enjoy meeting new people and chatting on a range of subjects. I am very respectful towards others opinions and views. I am looking for a quiet place but also like to chat and get to know my housemates.
Hi, I currently have a place in Hamilton Hill but am looking at moving to save some money for a trip to America at the end of the year. I would like to team-up with a like minded individual who is clean, intelligent, working full time and whilst enjoying their own space doesn't mind a shared meal, a couple of drinks etc. I work full time in Fremantle, have most furniture items required and think I am pretty good company. Finally, as a bonus, I do have a place with a spare room so that can be used until we find something suitable.
Nursing student studying at Notre Dame. I am a clean, tidy responsible person who respects other’s space. Love reading and being a bit of a nanna, definitely not a big party person, prefer quiet nights in with good food, wine and company. Also love hitting the beach when I have free time and massive animal lover so pets are a bonus :)
I am a really casual person, like my personal space but really enjoy socializing; love to have a casual drink and I am a sports fanatic. I am currently between jobs, I have casual income but should have a full-time job soon. I have a lot of stuff that I would need to bring as well. I have 2 TV's, 2 couches, 2 fridges, a full outdoor set up, a washing machine and a handful of other general items. So if anyone is looking for a new place I can supply majority of the items.
Hi, my name's Gracie and I love animals, food, wine, adventures and gigs! I'm super laid back, clean, I love banter and just relaxing. I'm studying crop and pasture science at Murdoch and working as a nanny about 20 hours per week. Not looking to move in until late January as I am going home to Kenya (East Africa) for a couple of months over Christmas/New Years. Looking for open minded, genuine people who are as laid back as me and are happy to become friends as well as housemates! Throw me a message if I seem like your type of person :)
I currently work as a bartender, so late nights and sleep ins are my life at the moment. On my days off I like sleeping, playing video games, watching movies, cooking and reading. Or just sitting on the couch with my laptop and a cup of tea. I'm pretty unobtrusive, I prefer to keep to myself, but I'm not opposed to a drink and a chat if the opportunity arises. I am planning a holiday come the end of April, so my stay will almost definitely be a short one, but I'm sure we'll get along great.
Hi there! Jordan, 28, French lad working abroad as a teacher for a few years now. Used to live with international flatmates for about 5 years now, whether it's in France, the UK or the US. I'd say I am much laid back and very easy to live with. I enjoy spending quality time with the people I share a home with, but also appreciate some alone time every now and then, in order to focus on my job, which will take a lot of my time. Looking forward to meeting the perfect household ;) PS: Let's converse using emails, as I do not have an australian number yet. I am arriving in a couple of days. Cheers!
Fully furnished single bedroom with a king single bed. The property is located in Mount Pleasant, a 2 minutes drive from Garden City, 7 from Murdoch university, and an 8 minute walk from Bullcreek train station. The area is safe and beautiful, Swan river is only 5 minutes walk from the house, so if you like long walks or cycling you will enjoy the gorgeous view of the river. Shell petrol station, IGA, post office, cafes/restaurants are 300 meters away.
