The house is fully furnished and includes all crockery, cooking utensils, aircon (in your bedroom too!!!), heating, Netflix (on a 60" UHD Smart TV) and Wireless Internet (UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD). There is even a full gym. The bedroom is fully furnished, including built in wardrobe, a queen size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a 42" Smart LED TV with Netflix, etc. I won't be living in the house. The current housemates are 31 and 27. If you are looking for a room in a nice modern, comfortable home, this is for you. Whilst it's a non-smoking house, smoking outside is OK. She is an awesome dog to live with in almost every way. Friendly, quiet, and house-trained. The only thing is during seasonal changes she loses a lot of hair.
