Easy going, very friendly but also like my own space, I have cool pets, wanting my own place rather then renting a single room, looking for someone similar minded. Must like animals - My animals are friendly, however my dog doesn't get along well with other dogs but any other pets should be fine with my pets. Prefer someone tidy (not super clean freak but not filthy, somewhere in between) I am basically a self-employed contractor, I do event promotions and also work in children's entertainment doing kid's parties and face painting, I really enjoy my work and it keeps me busy. I am from New Zealand but have lives in Perth for 10 years Things I do in my spare time include listening to music, drawing, visiting friends & cooking/baking sweets.
Hey hey! I am jess, 29 and I work fifo. My budget is around 150 per week as i am rarely actually in perth but a little over spending a fortune on hotels! Looking for either a room or a team up. A little about me: I work fifo and recently finished working a crazy roster that saw me paying for airbnbs and hotels adhoc all over perth. I am now working 8 days on and 6 off. However i dont plan to be around every break either so whoever i live with won't have to share often!! I had planned to move home (Sydney) but i have met someone recently that means i now want to be in Perth more often. He does have his own place and works 6 days a week but would be around on the occasional afternoon before we go to gym or sometimes he may stay over on the occasional weekend.. if we arent away somewhere which we are more often than not. So.. as you can see, i am basically looking for a reasonable priced place to access on the times i am not away at work or travelling . Pretty good deal huh? My personality: I am fun, friendly, outgoing and i dont mind a wine or social dinner night when i am around. Also happy to do my own thing and not be in anyones space too much. Any more quesions please feel free to ask Thanks Jess. :)
Hi! I'm a very friendly, social person but also love to have my own space and time, and will respect yours. I have been living by myself for the last year in Mandurah, but I want to move back to Perth in mid October. I am studying Kinesiology in Myaree, and would like to find a place within a reasonable distance of there. I have a dog, so would need a secure backyard. He is a 10 yr old Beagle X Blue Heeler, which means he mostly sleeps all day and hangs out for dinner and belly rubs. I'm mainly looking for team-ups to rent a new place, as I have furniture but am willing to look into existing share houses if the circumstances are right :)
I'm an outgoing and friendly 22-year-old female. I am originally from Brisbane where I worked as a qualified radiation therapist. I will be moving to Perth to study medicine full-time at Notre Dame University. Aside from my studies, I will be actively engaging in church activities on the weekend.
Hey all, casually looking for a new place to move into, not in any particular rush. Preferably furnished a place. I'm studying Nutrition and also working part-time in hospitality. Enjoy cooking every day and getting into bed early (not a night owl, I've got things to do). Smoking and drugs are a turn off for me. Not interested in moving into a party house either (lame, I know). Ideal housemate would be someone who gets out of the house at least once or twice a day, works part/full time, mature, has their sh*t together etc. I like having space so ideally a granny flat or unit, otherwise I'll happily pay extra for a master room :) I have plenty of references if needed :) Please note that if you simply copy and paste your ad into a private message you will be ignored!
