This is a large and rambling old house, light and airy, in a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens and a short distance from town. From our east facing verandah taking in the view across the valley towards the mountains is the best way to start the day. Our rooms are in different sections of the house and we have two living areas plus a craft room and other spaces that you can choose to use. The TV room is in the middle of the house to ensure privacy. The room available is a single bedroom for $130 per week which includes electricity. It is a lovely room with two windows and is fully furnished with linen provided. There will be three of us in all, but the house is large and It's worth sharing a bathroom to live here. It's so peaceful and private but close to town.
I have a large house on 5 acres, 5 mins from Bellingen (Dorrigo side). There are 2 rooms available to the one person or couple - either 2 bedrooms or a bedroom and private space. You have a separate entry, dedicated bathroom and toilet, small balcony and storage. Share the kitchen and some of the rest of the house. Lots of outdoor space. Fabulous views into the forest. Room for vegies. You are welcome to play with the garden if you want. The spaces would suit a couple really well. The rent includes all bills. Internet is Satellite NBN or through your phone. NBN is not much good for streaming movies or online gaming etc . You can download movies and watch , just not streaming. Two small, loving dogs (completely faithless so you will get your share of the love...) share the house so probably more pets won't work. They sleep at my end of the house. My neighbour cares for the dogs if I am away. The place is not really suitable for small children for a few reasons, but I'm open to discussion. You will need transport. Frequent TV or loud music would be a deal breaker... sorry. No smoking inside. There is a good piano that needs playing !! You will have your own end of the house with the kitchen in the middle.
Me and my best friend milo are very cruisy duo, I work 30+ hours weekly at a cafe and when I’m not at work I’m usually down at the river, lake or beach having a swim and throughing the ball around with milo. I’m very clean and quiet I’m not a big drinker but do enjoy going to gigs and festivals. I’m 19 and moved up here from a small coastal town called forster. Milo is turning 5 she is more a human then a dog, she will be just laying in a shady spot during the day not bothering anyone whilst I’m at work,, she also doesn’t bark so complaints about noise will not be an issue 😄
I'm a quite, respectful easy going Individual who spends most of his time away from home either working or spending time with friends. I Will only be home in the late evenings and a bit on the weekends. Easy to get along with, love to spend time with others but also like time to my self. Can't stand mess and like things to be clean and tidy.
Friendly, fun and a good cook. Happy to share a meal sometimes and a glass of wine and interesting conversation. I also appreciate my own time and am considerate of others. I enjoy playing golf, drawing, swimming, bike riding, fishing and hiking. Would really like a place with a pool, and happy to work in a veggie patch / herb garden. Love BBQ’s, enjoy gardening, and playing board games. Recently moved to Coffs to work / management . I'll be away for work on and off on occasion Happy to consider any location within 40 min drive to Coffs, for the right place and flatmate :). LGBT. Would need some space to store 10 packing boxes.

Beautiful property. Like a tree house. Fantastic views of the countryside. 7 minutes to Bellingen. 25 minutes to Coffs Harbour or Nambucca Heads. It’s a Very large apartment with two bedrooms and a huge open living space. Shared bathroom and laundry. Separate toilet so it works fine with two people. Front and back patios overlooking trees. You’ll have your own furnished patio to relax on. Air conditioning. All inclusive.
I'm clean, have a gorgeous well behaved dog, I am polite and respectful, enjoy catching up with housemates, happy to do shared dinners from time to time or just keep to myself. Can move anytime from now until May.

I love living here because it is a quiet area next to park and river. I find it relaxing and private. Walking distance to town and the bus stop is 2 mins walk (not the official one in town) and walk to service station which has food and shop. 15/20 mins from Coffs Harbour. You would have 2 rooms and your own bathroom, view of park/river No air conditioning but have fans and usually get a cool breeze through the house.
Large 4M X 7M ensuite room with large BIR, ceiling fan, 3 access doors, large modern bathroom. Excellent 24 hour views, with Humpback Whale sightings from June to October. Only 1 set of traffic lights to the City Centre (5.5kms and 8 mins) and 1 set of traffic lights and 14 mins to the Jetty or Park Beach. Lots of birds, wildlife and excellent views surrounding the house. Large outside spa, clothes line, peace and serenity. Located 1.1 kms from Shephards Lane in Coffs Harbour along an all weather gravel and bitumen road, passing through rainforest areas and glow worms along the road side. Because there is no passing traffic, it is crime free and safe and secure. The house has verandahs front and rear, takes advantage of the views and is warm in winter and cool in summer. There is a wood stove in the lounge room. Solar HWS and solar electricity fed back into the grid as well as excellent Telstra, Optus and Vodafone reception. NBN WiFi with unlimited and very fast downloads included, as well as electricity and fresh rainwater. Certainly worth a look. Sorry no pets as we have a Flora and Fauna Reserve next door. Not suitable for children, as we are on top of a hill with steep slopes and an open dams nearby. Also non smoking property.
Available from 16 Feb there are 2 large 4M X 3.1M front bedrooms in a 2 year old home with great city and coastal views. Located in Shephards Lane just out of Coffs suburbia, but only 5.5 kms from the city centre, 7.5 kms from the beach and only 1 set of traffic lights to either. There are fantastic wildlife, birds, frogs and even better house mates. These bedrooms are available due to our long term residents being promoted to new job positions, and a short term resident travelling away for 2 months. All bedroom doors are lockable and there is a security coded door for entry into the house. Every bedroom has a large built in robe for clothing, and there is a ceiling fan in each room. We have solar hot water and solar electricity panels installed on the roof. We also have our own water tanks, so a very sustainable house. All electricity, gas, water and very fast and unlimited WiFi NBN are included for the house. There is also a large kitchen/lounge/dining room, outside gas BBQ and an outside Spa with great views over town, out to sea and the surrounding hills. Telstra, Vodafone and Optus reception is excellent. The road in, is an all weather 900M gravel road with bitumen for the last 200M, so there is no passing traffic and there are no hoons around, so a very safe location. The beauty about a gravel road is that you never have to wash your car ever again, as it will get some dust on it the next time you drive the road. There are only 5 other houses along this road. A very quiet and peaceful area with great views, birds and wildlife plentiful. Definitely worth a look. Thanks Pete
