Where all looking for a temporary home until we find our forever home, following a stay with my abusive brother, so accommodation ASAP is needed.
Im extremely tidy easy going and social. I work full time 6days a week i moved here from nz 6 years ago. I have a big passion for motorsports I do a lot of track days at sandown and Phillip island. Love all animals so a house with pets wouldn't bother me at all.
This is a 5 bedroom property in Cranbourne South. It has a massive lounge room and a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There are 5 bedrooms but I'm not looking to rent them all out, so the option to set up a study etc in one of them. So there’s lots of space if you need your own area. Located 10 minutes from the train station. A 20 min drive from Frankston hospital and easy drive to Casey hospital. The main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe is available and a second bedroom with it’s own bathroom (or shared with one if 3 people). I'm looking for either 2 or 3 housemates and rent will depend on the number of housemates. If only 2 then $200 for the main bedroom and $150 for the second bedroom (which will have it's own bathroom). If 3 then $170 for the main bedroom and $130 for the other two bedrooms. It does have a pool (yes I know we are coming into winter) and alfresco area. Dogs welcome (so long as they are good with a cat).
I recently had to leave my previous place of accommodation in Pakenham due to a cut in the hours at work. Despite not missing any payments, my housemates screwed me over and kicked me out. I have since obtained some more hours, gotten some financial assistance while also continuing to look for additional/new work moving forward. I have been staying with a friend for the last few weeks which has also helped financially, but have since had to leave there leaving me without a home to stay. As a result I am in urgent need of finding medium/long term accommodation. I would prefer to avoid short/term or temporary as I really do require some stability. I work in the IT industry with stable employment (technology is very much a passion of mine). I'm certainly not the party type, and don't smoke or drink so there would be no issues there. As stated, I am happy with medium-term or long-term accommodation. If it's medium-term, I am morr flexible with what I am looking for than if I was planning to settle in somewhere long-term. I do not drive, so somewhere close to public transport is essential. A nearby train station is ideal but a nearby bus is suitable too. Bonus points if you have a cat :) (I don't have any of my own). My preference is for somewhere along the Pakenham-Dandenong or Cranbourne-Dandenong train line but open to other areas, especially if it's only medium-term. I was previously interested in the Pakenham-Traralgon area as well but unfortunately the regional V/Line fares are a LOT more expensive than I was expecting which removed those options from the table. My budget for long-term accommodation is around $200/week but will be less for medium-term accommodation as I will still need to pay for storage of my belongings elsewhere. To settle into something long-term I would need to be able to get my things out of storage. Happy to further discuss what I am seeking regarding long-term accomodation, but space would be high on my list. Sharing of meals would also be ideal. I do suffer from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), but am coping well. But you are a judgemental person or have issues with people who have their own struggles in life, then you are not the right house for me. If you can look past that, you will find I am a genuinely nice person who likes helping others and regularly goes out of my way for others, but unfortunately I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. My last housemates were no exception to this. I'm quite an open and friendly person and I have nothing to hide so feel free to get in contact and say hi or ask any questions you may have. Me and my partner are friendly and respectful. We don't drink or do drugs or smoke. We have a little puppy who is toilet trained/vaccinated/microchipped/worked she is super friendly and has never bitten anyone and is great with kids. We are easy going and don't intrude on other people's business. My partner works as a labourer and earns roughly $800-1300 a week and I am a full time student but have a traineeship lined up for me I just need to get to melbourne as I'm currently living In Shepparton and my partner has to travel for a few weeks each time to melbourne to work.

Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to get back into repairing musical instruments for a bit of extra cash. Outside of work I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you don't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park or stand ups like George Carlin or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke or do drugs besides the occasional drink. My limit is $180pw including bills and preferably internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent is not an issue. I plan to stay 6 months, perhaps longer depending of a few family variables. I'm a 22 year old female, I work at Iga close to mount Eliza, on a casual basis ,working a minimum of 3 shifts a week mostly arvo/nights. I'm also backed up with Centrelink so cash flow is always comeing in. iv put down my length of stay at 6 months as I haven't done this type of shared living before. if all goes well I'm welcome to stay longer. currently renting a govment house for youth but it's time to move on to a brighter future. I'm quite out going loves to sit an chill, mostly won't even be home as I have wide network of friends and family. I don't drink, I do have my license an a car that will want a spot to park.
