I'm a Brazilian musician/music teacher who just moved to Melbourne to take a course in Steiner Education. I love music and arts in general. Also happy to share meals and have some booze once in a while, but I need peace and privacy to keep my mind (and heart) focused on my career projects. I've been gigging with a few bands, volunteering in some cafes and restaurants to help people and gain experience in hospitality aiming at getting a job as soon as possible. I'm clean, tidy, reliable, and a curious person.
Just your typical Coffee Fuelled Writer. Hobbies: I'm a theatre maker/artist, working in writing/directing/dramaturgy, building a portfolio and network in the Melbourne Scene. I am passionate about ASD advocacy and education. Keen lover of Film/TV, generally always up for a chat! Perks: Good listener. Will Proof read letters and emails. Quiet and private. Makes food for specific diet. I know where the good theatre shows are.
Hey there, I'm Nadia. 20 this year and of mixed heritage from Malaysia. Will be in Melbourne in mid of June for further studies. I'm looking for a place to rent or a room in a house-shared with anyone or students from Deakin as well. I tend to be pretty shy at first but will blend in the more we chat. I love outdoor activities and will usually go out during the weekends or my spare time. Budget p/w: 150A$ and below Anyways, I hope I'll be in what I'm looking for if not that's also fine with me. - Tidy and clean environment - Outgoing and friendly house mates - If my mom can come over for hols visit (negotiatable) - It's fine with me if you smoke but not infront of me as my nose sometimes will get too sensitive or if you don't its fine as I don't smoke but vapes. (not an active vaper as before) - Doesn't mind having a meal tgt/up for a chat or maybe a day/night out. - Helpful in household things. - Does their individual chores. I hope we get along well if we're to be housemates or anything haha.
I am moving to melbourne at the end of semester one and am looking from somewhere to live once I arrive. I'm clean, quite and a non smoker. I study a visual art degree and tend to only be at home to sleep.
Hi! I'm a third year Food&Nutrition Science/Commerce student at Deakin. I am originally from a small NE Victorian town and have been living in the big smoke for uni. I love travelling (just completing a 6mth exchange to Hong Kong) and anything to do with food and culture. I'm outgoing and very adventurous, willing to try just about anything new. But I also enjoy spending time chilling with a book or Netflix and socialising over food or drinks. Im very easy to live with (so all my previous roomies have told me) - I've lived in shared campus accommodation for the past three years... so that adds up to a lot of good praise!!
I and my husband are looking for a nice place to live. We like to cook but will clean up afterwards. We spend our time together going out or watching movies. Happy to say hi and have a chat now and then or will keep quiet if you want privacy. We will be very respectful of your property during the stay. We actually prefer a little furnished house but will be happy to inspect and move in whichever comes our way.
Hi Lovely to meet you! I am a friendly, easy going gal who is always up for a laugh and a chat about our day over a drink and meal or cuppa. I am respectful of your space and I love to have some downtime as well after my busy day. I work in Child Care so I need to keep fit to keep up with the babies and children that I care for. I do this with swimming, long walks, riding my bike and tennis. I am into healthy living so I am a non-smoker and social drinker. I would love to hear more about your home so feel free to message me. Have a lovely day. Fee :)
Hi, I'm 22 years old originally from Hong Kong, just graduated at Deakin Uni last year, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house as I have lived for 3 years at my current place. I work part time 5 days a week, and I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years so far. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I like sports, so I play soccer. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm fine with either going for a private room or teaming up with any of you for a house, planning to move in from March to April for a long-term lease, I need garage or driveway for parking my car as I wouldnt park on street, also I have my own furniture for a bedroom so a furnished room wouldnt be preferred. Built-in wardrobe is preferred. Please shoot me a private message if interested :) Thanks, Alex
George and I love all things music, food and movie related. I study dance full time and teach it in my spare time. George studies Audio and Sound engineering and works part time. We are both clean and respectful people to live with, and would love to make some new friends. :)

I like to travel to new places and like to cook, watch movies and play cricket and volleyball. I am very much focused on my work and like to keep things and stuff clean always. Looking forward to finding awesome flatmates. Cheers.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place somewhere around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne (but I'm also happy to travel a little further too) that is pet friendly, as I have an older cat - she is house trained and is happy to go in and out to the toilet as needed. A little about me: I work full time and I'm a clean, quiet person that doesn't make too much of a racket. Please feel free to get in touch if you have something available. Cheers!

I am a 25 year old nurse looking to move closer to work. I am an honest person who will happily pay her rent on time and tidy up after herself. I'm always happy to sit and watch a movie with a housemate. I like reading, music, and trying new sports.
Hello potential house mate, I'm very independent (socially and economically), respectful, clean and kind. I make an effort to keep fit, travel to different countries and cultures across the world whenever am not working. I don't mind going out for a drink or a meal from time to time as well as having an occasional glass of wine. I considered myself a modest guy, open minded, non judgemental and intelligent (academically at least for I got at least 3 degrees though it doesn't matter much). I don't do drugs and likewise I wouldn't like to share a house with someone doing drugs even if he/she was just a recreational user. If you are decent gentleman or lady happy to share-rent a 2 bedroom 2 shower unit or apartment around Doncaster, Box hill, Monte Albert, Surrey Hills, Blackburn, Mitcham or Ringwood. I'm interested in teaming up with a hardworking and respectful individual and starting our own 2 people share house on our terms, starting late June - early July 2017 (availability negotiable). Please inbox me if this idea is of interest you to you. We can organise a quick face to face catch up in the city after work or over the weekend. Regards, Andrew
Hi all im Jacob I'm 25 easy to get along with, im a social guy, quite active, new to melbourne so im hoping to meet some like minded people show me around hopefully
Hello Everyone, So a little about us; We're both tidy, we like our privacy and respect others privacy as well, and we also love a good chat with the housemates we do live with, we like to garden and grow our own food, Gavin likes to do things around the house which makes him a good handy man anywhere, we're both easy to get along with. I volunteer with animals at the RSPCA in Burwood East, and soon to be volunteering once a week with the Salvation Army in helping the homeless through night watch. We're both a bit quirky and love creating things, I paint and draw, and gavin creates things out of anything he gets his hands on. gavin is studying horticulture and works in gardening on his extra days. We do eat more towards a vegan diet, (we don't mind if you don't). We are looking for a nice homey feel, a place we can look forward to coming home to from work that has some cool housemates, a clean house and a loving supportive environment. We would love to have people that are like minded in some ways living with us and looking toward the future with a positive outlook. A house with a good front or backyard (grassy) for Gavins gardening and a big bedroom is what we seek.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
Hey my names deano, I work full time. I'm easy going, clean and am a friendly person and get along with everyone. I'm hoping to be part of a house were new friendships can be made in a nice house hold. Looking to share with people around my age.
18 years old, getting my life back on track and trying to find a new home I'm kind of sick of couch surfing. I like to think im easy to get along with, houseproud and cheerful. Love my music and knitting. Please feel free to contact me directly
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon
